    On my first vacation to Arizona to visit friends who recently moved there and to get away from it all before Christmas hits, the greatest horror befallen my vehicle. Okay maybe the second or third greatest horror. We stayed in Sedona, Az where temps got into the low low 30s... But anyways, the next day we got up and left the house for our hour and half drive down to Phoenix and the temps were still in the low low 30s. Net realizing you shouldn't do this, I turn on the heat in the car on high so we don't freeze to death and you guessed it, cracked my front windshield. Now the first pick doesn't seem that bad, but the crack was well over 10 inches long. Refusing to ride around with this "Scarlett letter" on my car, I called several local spots and came across SafePro who offered the best deal I could get at the time (cheaper than going through my insurance). The following day I took my vehicle to their physical location, they did the deed and replaced my front window in little over an hour. The staff was very friendly and understanding; understanding of my situation and me being rather bougie at times. Provided excellent work backed with an awesome warranty. Can't thank them enough for keeping this mini vacation a happy one... Though I didn't have to spend extra money.

    The technician when he showed up did not represent the company from safe Pro in my book it looked like somebody from the local wrecking yard showed up in that vehicle when the text showed up on a white and blue truckers only 48 Hours old on a new paint job had black and marks all over the truck front windshield had the rubber still hanging in the back and you was trying to use a lighter to heat it up and stretch it that never worked he never corrected that when he put the back windshield in it he tore it in two places and damaged a 3 in area in it the paint job that was never corrected I had tried lately to get safe bro to come back and correct it they're not wanting to do anything so I'm going through this and the Better Business you have to try to get this dispute and my insurance company to help out but it looks like I'm going to have to correct it and fix everything out of my pocket I feel on both ends I've been screwed

    Mournings of both sides of front window were cut to remove broken the window and left unfixed.

    Next day I called SafePro on this issue. Dana replied she'd find universal molding to fix it but no answer till today.

    Had a great and easy experience. Found them through Yelp & sent a request for a quote. I received a response immediately and was able to get an accurate quote. I did have to wait for my small windows to Be ordered but I was aware that it would be awhile to arrive since it was a special order. Derek was up front with the time it would take and scheduled me right away to have a tech come out and have fixed. I was pleased with the work Josh the installer did: very prompt and done within 15 min. Would definitely use again for my windshield needs!

He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

Instead, I experienced negligence, poor workmanship, and a complete lack of accountability. During the repair, the technician applied excessive pressure and caused additional damage to my vehicle, including the top glass, the A-Pillars, and also scratched the right passenger window tint. What is most concerning is that none of this was disclosed to me at the time. I only discovered the damage later and had to contact the shop myself to raise the issue. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects serious ethical concerns. Although I initially wanted Tesla to handle the repairs, the owner, Matt, assured me they would take care of everything under a lifetime warranty. While they did replace the windshield and top glass, the rest of the work was substandard. The paint job on the side trim was poorly done, and during the tinting process, my right passenger window was damaged. When I brought this up, they denied responsibility. I then went directly to Tesla, where I was informed that the damage was consistent with a poor tint job. I am now left dealing with a whistling windshield, a botched paint repair, and damaged window tint--all issues that did not exist before my visit. To make matters worse, the technician claimed the damage was already there. If that were true, why was it never documented or pointed out to me before any work began? Before the tint job, we specifically discussed the Tesla logo on the right passenger window, and I clearly saw that area was in good condition. This contradiction only adds to the dishonesty I have experienced. I called last Monday, warranty about whistling window to service manager Jose, he said will take care of it for me but it's been a week and I have heard no news from it. Also said will not replace my right passenger window damage. The attitude was horrible. I chose this business based on its 5-star reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Not only did they fail to fix the original issue, but they also created multiple new problems. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle. The poor workmanship, lack of integrity, and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a minor repair into a costly and frustrating ordeal. To top it all off, there has been no genuine apology. The service manager, Jose, was particularly unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process, which only made the situation worse.
