We have used them many times. You make the call and they take all your info and then stay on the line with you to report to your insurance. They do a great job they come to your home or office. You will get a call 30 min before arriving and text/ call when complete. They will then schedule for your calibration in a day or 2 if needed. We have never had any problems with the quality of glass or workmanship on installing. I have referred them to lots of family and people on the neighborhood group. I have also seen my family use a different company and they experienced leaks in the ceiling of their car and calibration was totally screwed up. Having to take their car back 2 times, on top of making arrangements to drop off for a whole day the first time. One time a guy went to the house Nextdoor and took off weatherstripping and started removing the windshield before realizing it was the wrong truck/ address . He slapped it back together, never telling anyone. It's all on the web cam. You can't make this stuff up , kinda funny! Needless to say afterwards they had to give the neighbor a free windshield. So knowing things like this happen I'm glad we use Auto Glass Clinic and they do the job right! read more

First of all had a good conversation with the customer service representative that answered the phone. She was straightforward and honest. She said that the technician would give me a call 30 minutes prior to showing up. Technician gave me a call a little after nine and showed up on time. Update after response from Revan: As per the camera calibration my battery was not low or dead. It started right back up and never had any issues, I even took it to autozone to have it tested and it was perfectly fine. Whatever you technician did to my vehicle cause the issue that you then say you couldn't work around. Also yes your tech did break my visor. But you have not made "multiple attempts to contact me". You made one call and said you were gonna send the same kid that broke it to install a new one, not a certified technician trained in these things. Plus there is NO WAY a visor cost $300. I ordered it myself for $45 and installed it on my own in order to not have to deal with the lies your company continues to spew. Again further proof that this company is not to be trusted. They even lied in their reply trying to make themselves look better. read more

Touts mobile windshield repair and advertises possible reward for windshield replacement. When they realized my insurance wouldn't approve me for a full replacement, they would not return my calls. This created a hassle for me because then I had to call my insurance company and have the approved provider (Auto Glass Clinic) changed back to Safelight. They would not play it straight with me and they basically only wanted my service if it was approved for a full windshield replacement. Big waste of time. read more

Wow! Awesome customer service! Super pleased! Recently, my husband's Jeep received a small rock chip/crack in the windshield and we wanted to get it repaired. I received a referral to a different place and called them. I was advised to text them the detailed info on the Jeep, which I did. Several days went by, no response. I texted again and nothing. Then, I was looking through some mail and came across a flyer by AutoGlassClinic and I figured I would call them. I called this morning and spoke with Kyle, explained the situation and he noted Victor could come out within the hour. What! That fast! Yes! Sure enough, Victor showed up as Kyle advised. I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield. Well, the 100$ Check Coupon is for real. Called them yesterday afternoon and spoke to Gibson. They do a conference call with you and your insurance company to verify coverage and that they will accept what insurance pays. Then with insurance off the line they set up today as the install day...you can either wait for them to call you or call them after 830 to get your window of time for the appointment. Gibson said I was 9-11, 30 minutes later Victor called and said he'd be here in 30-45 minutes...he was. Installation took 30 minutes, clean job, got check, very friendly installer. Auto Glass clinic was awesome. I filled out their online form and expected a callback in a day or two. I received a call from Gibson less than an hour later. He took my info about my vehicle and my insurance carrier, then explained to me what to expect. Gibson called my carriers claims center then contacted me to file the claim. We were approved in a few minutes and they scheduled my windshield replacement for the next day. I let them know I had a specific window of time 1:30pm to 4:30pm and I could wait a day or two if they couldn't fit me in during that time. Gibson assured me it wasn't a problem. the next day I got a call from Scott at 1:40pm, he was 10 minutes a way and wanted to make sure it was a good time. Scott was very professional and courteous. He was done in 30-35 minutes and it looked great. He had me sign off and handed me my $100 rebate check. This place totally impressed me and I would do business with again. read more

GREAT SERVICE... Gibson and Victor were very accommodating and did everything to make it right... Firstly, the original OEM windshield had changed, whereby they eliminated the dark windshield tint at the top. Victor noticed this and before beginning the job advised me of this and said let me my supervisor and see what he says. He explained that he could get the glass but only from a third party vendor, (at no additional cost) and I advised that with our sun any shading helps and thats what I wanted. I then had to change service locations as the original one would not work for me the following day.... NO PROBLEM he said, just say where and when and we will be there and they were.... Auto Glass Clinic has a few five star reviews. Mine would have been similar but for the poor response from Gibson Daoud (General Manager) who took to arguing with me about details. Add to that the fact his tech chose to urinate on my sidewalk. The Positives: My glass was repaired in good time, by a technician who knew his trade. The cost was $210 for my Nissan Titan, good price. The Negatives: The repair technician, Javier, urinated on my sidewalk after I thought he had driven away. !!! What? Was I supposed to tip him or something? During the install, the technician removed my radio antenna; following which the tech replaced the antenna but did not secure the antenna. The antenna fell off into traffic a few hours later. Gibson Daoud stated I would have a fight to get the antenna replaced, as it "could have been missing prior" (my fault?). Why would a company not accept that their own tech was the cause of his own fault, instead of blaming the customer. Gibson Daoud even employed argumentative tactics to dissuade me from pursuing replacement of my OEM antenna, when I insisted they had responsibility to replace it. I imagine the tech probably lied about the antenna to cover his own mistake. Auto Glass Clinic is not Better Business Bureau accredited. An April 16, 2016 review of them at the BBB: H.B. states, "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ...extremely rude and unprofessional ... manager Gibson Daoud said it was my fault ...He began yelling at me..." Lesson learned and my opinion: Go to a reputable company who specializes in glass repair. A google search of Auto Glass Clinic shows their offices to be within the same physical building of Discount Auto Sales. They are likely an offshoot of this low-credit-rate auto sales company located in the low-rent part of town. read more
