10/10. I've now used Mr. glassworks twice for windshield replacement on both my corvettes. The company makes using insurance a breeze and is prompt and responsive throughout the entire process. With cars of these calibers, I wouldn't trust just anyone and Mr. Glassworks has won that trust and for good reason. The tint turned out incredible and knowing AZ, I'll be back for every repair forward. read more

Do not take anything to this place, I had sunroof repaired in April and was never told all they would do is replace the glass and any visible glass not check into any of the mechanical parts even though I specially asked if the would. In November the sunroof broke because the cup of glass they never removed basically destroyed all of the sunroof mechanical works. I had it repaired but it took 45 days because they filed a supplemental claim with my insurance instead of owning up That they did not do a good job at the start. Never informed me they were filing a supplemental claim with my insurance on something that should have been their responsibility from the start. read more

Want to thank Mike and all of the great contributors that work for mr. glassworks, we had an 2023 Land Rover defender that hit an huge rock on the I-17 and completely cracked the front window. He was able to get us an OEM window from land rover and had it installed with in 24 hours. He is an preferred installer for multiple insurance companies. The process was super easy getting the window covered under insurance an simple 3 way call with insurance. There really an one stop shop. I would highly recommend Mr.Glassworks to anyone that needs an automotive window replacement or fixed. Amazing work thanks again for the help. Amazing read more

Had to get my windshield replaced due to kids throwing rocks in my neighborhood. Being on the phone with the gentleman helping me make the claim through my insurance was so much easier than me doing through my own insurance app. He was very kind and my windshield looks amazing, it even is tinted at the top. On top of it all this was a mobile service that was very fast an efficient and got it all done under an hour. He also was able to transfer my StateFarm safe driver tracker onto my new windshield. Thank you so much for your help. read more

Got all the windows tented for new dodge ram with Mr Glassworks! Thank you guys for getting me done quickly and doing a quality job.

My family has been using this place 3 years + now because they offer cash incentive . I called to schedule my window repair and Logan told me they offer ceramic window tinting for the windshield and driver/ passenger ; I told them I will have to discuss it with my husband first ..I was more leaning towards the driver/passenger because the front windshield get replaced every year Because az is prone for chip.. I never approved it and they installed it anyway. They didn't want to give me the $100 incentive due to the tint installation that i didn't approve . So I called in and spoke to mike and he said not to worry and bring in and they can use the $100 incentive on the side windows. I did . Tinting was descent. It had small bubbles when I picked it up. That didn't bother me as much. What bothered me most was whomever installed my tint , did a sloppy job . I guess he had to pull the panels of the door open to get to the window because apparently he left scuffed marks on both of my leather door trying to open it up. I messaged mike and he didn't want to take any accountability for it... the worst part was I had a dent in my bumper and he said " not like my 2007 Lexus was perfect inside out" . Wth?!?? Is this how u talk to a customer when they come to u and tell u about a bad service they received ??? We will never come back . So be careful when u get service here ...it's a sloppy job and they don't take any accountability for their work and belittle your old car. read more

Mike and his team are great!! There was a minor issue getting ahold of the right glass but they were on it. I was called immediately after the mistake was found, apologized to and felt like I was being taken care of. There are very few companies that offer such a high level of service when thing go right let alone when they go sideways. I'm very impressed and will continue to use Mr. Glassworks for my needs going forward. Thanks! read more

Mike, who, I believe is the owner of Mr. Glassworks, is incredibly flexible, reliable and responsive. I truly appreciate when a company shows a sense of urgency towards the customers needs and then backs that sense of urgency up with quick, efficient results. That is exactly how Mr. Glassworks operates. They get the job done and communicate effectively Before partnering with a major commercial company like Safelite, etc., this shop should be considered a priority partner shop of any insurance company that prides itself in customer service. I'm a Midwestern raised man from a small town, living in the city and I will always use shops like this before I am comfortable using run of the mill, basic large corporations who see you as just another number. Mr. Glassworks has a personal touch, something that made me feel like I was back home, like my grandpa had vouched for them - and that's a big deal, ya know? read more

Unfortunately I've had to replace glass on multiple vehicles in the last year or too but fortunately I had Mr Glassworks do them all. Mike is friendly, communicative and very accommodating read more

Don't let the reviews fool you! Good customer service from the owner, poor craftsmanship on the installation. We had to have the installer out twice after the initial installation. Not only did the installer not know how to do the job right the first time, he also ripped the inside of my car (the driver side pillar cover)! read more

I've used this company on multiple windshield replacements and the one star review must be a fluke. They have been so easy in my experiences that the only downside is that with a big grin I tend to drive toward oncoming rocks these days. It is just a real pleasure doing business Mr. G. read more

If you need glass repair or windshield replacement THESE GUYS are TOP NOTCH and not only because they don't waste ANY time but they are incredibly responsive to do the repair (typically within a day). I recently referred a client of mine to Mike and Logan and informed them that it was very important to me for them to provide the VERY BEST for her as she is very particular and quite meticulous about good quality work and excellent customer service. When I followed up with her the next day after the repair and asked how it went she said "He was VERY KIND and I thanked him personally" and that it was "Easy peasy" Not sure why anyone would give these great guys less than a FIVE star review? (I guess there are just some people out there that just LIKE to complain) Take that into consideration because these guys truly are awesome and they value customer satisfaction. read more

Fast competitive cash quote. Continued communication and was responsive. Scheduled for next day, came out to my office to do job. Cant imagine how this could have been an easier more convenient. read more

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a few rock chips in my windshield and when I messaged him on Yelp about it, he responded promptly and provided clear instructions about how to proceed. Once I'd contacted my insurance, everything else was really easy. He was available to come to my office parking lot to fix it the very next day. I'll definitely work with him in the future whenever I have a need. read more

I had an unfortunate encounter with a rock on the freeway and my car windshield needed to be replaced. I found Mr. Glassworks through my insurance. My car requires calibration for safety features after windshield replacement. Mike was willingly to meet me to replace the glass, and I could get it calibrated later at the dealership or have the glass replaced at his shop and calibrated during the same appointment. I decided to have him do it all. I can't believe there is only one review for this business! The work product and customer service are top notch! read more

Awesome ! quick !efficient! great pricing , always great service highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

Horrible customer service. I messaged him asking about getting my windshield fixed and I had to beg for an answer. I kept asking him questions and he either didn't answer my questions or gave me short answers. I gladly took my business elsewhere read more
