Recently had work done at this shop and to sum everything up, i will not be coming back and i would advise you all to go elsewhere. When insurance is involved, these guys will do anything to get more money in their pocket (regardless of it delaying anything processing on your end). Especially this tony guy. At the end of the day, it is a business and businesses need money to keep going, just take care of your customers at the very least if you're gonna be that money hungry, because i noticed some "minor" issues on my "finished" vehicle. On top of each time i kept coming back to check on it, the miles on my car would increase but i was trying to be a nice guy since tony was so "friendly". I wouldn't waste my time. read more

I had a lot of respect for this shop, but let me just say this make sure you inspect the repairs before you drive it of the lot. There is no empathy from shops or insurance companies when the repairs aren't done properly and and instead of you trying to make it right fingers get pointed a bad repair is a bad repair regardless of the red tape. I have been using Robert Cross at Body Pro's for over fifteen years. He has repaired everything on my family vehicles from Suburban's to Hyundai's. Paint, Bodywork, Interior (Dash, Headliner Replacement, Leather Panels on the Leather Seating, Electric Window motors, and Windshields, etc...). Highly disappointed, brought my car in for a minor repair and ended up with damage to my wheels which were not damaged, or even part of the repair. Not entirely sure what happened however, looks as if paint over-spray got on them, and in cleaning them paint from the actual wheels was scrapped off. All I know is there was no damage to wheels on my car when I brought it in, and now they look like they were scrapped against a curb or something. read more

I had minor repairs to be done not caused by an outside accident but a personal mistake where the garage door won. I wanted to clean up the car and make it look new again and so I brought it in and Tony quoted me a great price compared to 3 other quotes from other local auto body work locations. I have to say the crew did a great job and the areas that needed fixing and repainting turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend their service. Do not take your vehicle here if you have State Farm. You will NOT be able to re-open a claim when they completely miss damage to your vehicle's suspension or other components during their inspection. This body shop completely missed damage on the wheel hub assembly on my vehicle when I contracted them well over a YEAR ago to repair my vehicle after a collision on the left rear. They repaired the actual wheel rim, but some how completely miss the part that the wheel mounts to that is also damaged? I went through my new set of tires I had on the car (they had just under 8k miles and under 2 years old) they were cupping extremely badly on the (you guessed it!) the left side! After the tire shop recommended me to get the rear alignment inspected due to the condition of the tires, the Acura Dealership informed me that there is damage to the wheel hub assembly and potentially more as they are unable to tell without removing the hub assembly first. They were unable to align the vehicle due to this damage in the left rear. When they informed me of this damage, the first question they asked was "Has the vehicle been in an accident before?" and that's what sent me down this wonderful rabbit hole of a repair and experience that I was originally fully convinced was done correctly. So you're thinking, oh just re-open the claim with your insurance company! I tried that, and was also informed that Body Pro's Collision is NOT a partnered or licensed body shop with State Farm. What kind of a "Dealer Certified" body shop isn't partnered with one of the largest car insurance companies? So because of that, they will not re-open the claim as they cannot certify this body shop (probably due to them being shady) and that I will need to open a new collision (at fault) claim and pay a deductible and be subject to ANOTHER increase in rates because of damage that missed from the loss ONE YEAR AGO. I do not have a ton of mechanical background, but I will tell you that it is NOT hard to use deductive reasoning and further inspect AS YOU ARE BEING CONTRACTED TO DO to locate & assess all damages after a collision. Especially when the damage was literally on one side (the left rear) and the wheel itself was damaged as noted from this location. The vehicle has been parked since learning from the dealership about the existing damage. I am seriously considering further action depending on the true extent of this existing damage that this shop completely failed to notice. I will never give my business to this shop ever again, and neither will anybody I love and care about. Because this has been an absolute nightmare. read more

I'm giving 1 star only because I can't give zero or negative ones. I was in an accident in February. I took my car there and Tony ordered parts and said it would be about 4 weeks. I waited and heard nothing. So, at the end of March I called and Tony said all the parts were not in. I waited another 3 weeks and called back again and asked did the parts come in? He said he thought that they were all in, he was going to go check and make sure and would call me back to schedule a time to bring it in for the repairs. That was 3 months ago. Tony still has not called back. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and will advise people to stay away if they actually want their car repaired. read more

Recently my car was hit and I called body pros for an estmate and drove over so they could look at the damage. They gave me a quote and a couple of weeks later handled my repairs and dealt with the insurance. It was done when they said it would be and my tail light didn't work when I got home. I called and they fixed it the next day in 5 minutes. I was happy overall with the service and repair. read more

Been almost a year. Still waiting after the last "don't call me, I'll call you" 6 months ago. Mechanically, no complaints. Great work. Customer service wise, not so much. Took a few months of "I promise I'll have it for you Monday" calls. It was never ready on Monday. Again, I'd 4 star the mechanical work, and if that's the sole consideration, I absolutely recommend them. But the customer service left me feeling like an insignificant, unimportant, disrespected annoyance. So. There you go. I'll update in a few months. read more

Worse place ever. Bring my car over there as a recommendation from Honda. At first, they seem nice and say they gonna take care of you. After you drop off your car, they don't even bother to let you know what is going on with your car. I work with Tony, the "president" of the company." (Really hard to believe as he don't even dress appropriately) He set up appointment to meet you and when you arrive, his staff say he will be late. And he don't even tell you that. This place was great to us. When the insurance agent totaled our car, Body Pro explained what that meant--much better detail than what the insurance agent had. They explained the that there is difference in payout when you take a salvaged car as opposed to letting the insurance take the car. They were nice enough to fix the light in our car at a very, very reasonable price. I will go here again if the need arises. read more

Beware! They will overcharge you and the insurance company and steal whatever you might have in your car if it is deemed totaled. They were going to charge me and my insurance so much that it ended up with a salvage title. I picked up my car from the salvage yard and found that they stole all the equipment, jack, mats, carpet, plastic containers from the back of my RX330. All that was visible was metal. I went to get my things back and they denied they had all those parts. I insisted that they did have all that was missing from my car. In the end they "found" all my equipment and gave it back to me. If I had not insisted that they had it, I would have been looking for all those parts at a junkyard. They are not to be trusted. read more

I got lucky choosing this shop, I've found! I sustained $5000 damage to my 6-week-old Honda Civic after being hit from the rear . I called the dealership who said this is the body shop they use. Since then, I've found that I got lucky choosing them, rather than the 'recommended' body shop (Sterling) that my INSURANCE COMPANY OWNS (shouldn't that be illegal??!!). Sterling tried to get them to straighten and reuse a side panel, which they would not do. After 6 weeks, I have my car back, looking and driving good as new. I've heard from others that they are one of the BEST in the Valley. I highly recommend them. read more

I am so disappointed in this shop. I was referred (and usually businesses go the extra mile for their referrals) but I am not happy and when I spoke to Paul he didn't care that I wasn't happy. These guys have had my car for over a month and have been telling me for the past 2 weeks that my car will be ready on a certain day. Then that day arrives and it "going to be ready on X day." I have a 2016 Ram 3500 that needed frond fender repaired, some aligning and a good buff and repaint from a fender bender. I have had two vehicles here in the past with great work and decided to come back for a new vehicle that needed some body work. Always a great staff and very helpful. My issue came down quality control. First time around I picked up the truck and there was overspray on the windows and what looked like cut marks from cutting the masking tape off the hood and door. Both these body parts were perfectly intact and did not need work done, they now had scratches in them. Paul was great and got it put back into the shop asap to be fixed. I got the truck back the second time, paint looked good and the scratches were removed, over spray was still an issue on the bumper, the windows, passenger side wheel (the more I look at it the more I see spots where there is overspray), door jam seal was not installed all the way and sanding dust on the door and seat side in the cab, needless to say I had to have the truck back and I gave them a second chance to fix the issues which had more then I originally brought it there for. I was not happy and was not giving them the keys a third time to fix what should have been done first time around. Anyone who says the truck is too big to be taped off properly for no overspray will not receive my business again. So I got the truck home, windshield miserable to see out of in the sunlight. I bought a clay bar and started going to work, hour or so of cleaning the windows I can see again no matter what time of day it is. On the road trip I could not get the windshield washer system to spray on the window, when they took the hood off I assume, they never installed the lines back up to the hood for the windshield washer sprayers. This was as I was driving through Oklahoma and bugs are smeared everywhere from the wipers moving with no fluid. Once again, not happy with the simple things like quality control. All of this could have been prevented with quality work or someone double checking this vehicle before it left. I will not bring a vehicle back to this shop for repairs and find another shop for future repairs. read more

Be careful with tony at this place the guy that makes most of the arrangements to have your car towed, looked at, "provides a free rental", and so on. When I had my car towed to this place I clearly told him being that the other car was at fault running a red light and having insurance that I did not want to paying anything out of pocket, and he said "don't worry we will cover a few days for you" I knew that he would benefit from my car being towed to his place so I agreed with the arrangement, everything was good luckily I found a car a couple weeks after that, so I only had the car for 10 days. When I returned the car to hertz they wanted to get paid and I told them that tony said he would cover the charges, but when they called him he just kept sending them to me and the other guys insurance to collect apparently what he said about covering a few days had gone in the wind so when I called him to see if he would cover at least a few days, again he gave me the run around about collecting the money from the insurance which I'm aware off , but I reminded him what he said at the beginning and to be a man of his word, apparently they did not mean anything and just told me to "not do business with him any more and don't call me anymore"...so save your self the headache and money out of pocket and make sure where ever you take you car After an accident to have them put it on paper and sign all the promises they are giving you. read more
