My daughter brought her car in that got hit by a flying truck tire on the freeway in the dark. Our insurance worked with them and it came as a recommendation from them. They were great at communicating with us as far as work required, timeframe, costs, insurance and everything!! After driving it for a few months after repairs we are very happy with fit and finish of all repairs!! read more

They told me I had to bring my vehicle in for them to give an estimate. I figured it would be unlikely they would work on it because it is a rare british car. But no estimate without driving it there. So they made an appointment for me and I waited and drove it in. They took one glance and said they wouldn't touch it. I don't know why they had to make me wait for an appointment and waste an hour of my day when it was so obvious they don't do bodywork. This is a paint shop. They replace and paint bumpers for toyota camrys. They don't do body work. They admit they don't even have the tools to do body work. If they'd been upfront about that and not wasted my time, I wouldn't be here writing this. read more

Overall satisfied with the final outcome of my Honda Civic SI 2015. The quote time for repair was accurate. Communication was good. Progressive sent me to this shop for my insurance claim. They fixed that issue perfectly. I asked them to repair an issue on the opposite side of the car. They fixed the major part of the issue, but I should've been more specific and explain the little scratch next to that big dent should be fixed too. I was hit by an e-bike. The ladies butt but the rear fender and the bike must've slapped to the side of my car. The butt dent looks good as new, unfortunately I'll forever remember her drunken accident due to the pedal stamp still on my driver side. $1600 only covered the dent. I asked what the cost would be to repair the pedal mark, it would be another $1200. He explained the painter would've had to blend the paint into the driver side door, which is why they didn't fix the issue from the jump. It didn't meet the estimate cost. But I would've paid the difference. Overall as I said, great work! Fast and efficient. read more

I was involved in a minor auto accident last week, and unfortunately, the other driver was insured with Progressive. Progressive apparently has no insurance adjusters locally, and contracts with shops like Roadrunner to provide estimates of damages. In the east valley, they only have 3 shops, so I had to go to Roadrunner for the adjustment/estimate. I had trouble setting up an appointment with this shop to begin with. My first call on Monday was answered by a fella who audibly *sighed* when I asked about how to make an appointment. I was transferred to another person that explained the process they have for Progressive claims. That process is I drop off my car they "take it apart" and then do the work. I told this man I was uncomfortable with that process and wanted just a simple estimate as the damage to my car was minimal. He insisted that was impossible. I hung up frustrated and called Progressive directly. They confirmed that I would not need to leave my vehicle overnight with strangers and that I could just get an estimate. We called together and made the appointment for today. When I arrived with my young son about 10 minutes early for the appointment I was presented with 2 men not wearing masks in a county where mask-wearing was mandated (Maricopa). I asked if they would wear a mask, and they told me they did not need to. Then they go on to tell me that there was some sort of miscommunication with me and that they would NOT provide me with an estimate for my vehicle's damage today and only take pictures. At this point, I realize I am backed into a rock and a hard place. I go outside with a man (who would not tell me his name) and I made very clear how astonished I was that they are so cavalier with other's health. Especially with a child around. I did not consent for them to touch my car but did allow them to take pictures. I obviously do not expect a fair assessment of the damage. I will update my review with the results of this fiasco. I realize there are many people way out here in Queen Creek that think Covid is a hoax. You are entitled to your bad opinion. But to disrespect a "client" so blatantly, it just calls into question their judgment. Obviously, beyond the estimate process here, I will not be using Roadrunner to repair my bumper. I would implore anyone with common sense to avoid this shop. If their judgment is so poor to allow a shouting match in their parking lot over a lousy mask in front of a child, I can't imagine the kind of decisions they make on the quality of the repairs to your vehicle. Certainly progressive should reconsider their choice in a vendor. And clearly, Roadrunner doesn't consider me their client, but Progressive. The photo attached is just a very unreasonable employee walking away from me and refusing to share his name. read more

Nephew's car was involved in a hit and run and had to find a collision shop to do the work. Looked up RoadRunner Collision Center and based on reviews chose them for the work. The car ultimately was totalled out and no repairs were done but worked with Aaron who was very professional when we arrived, kept me updated during duration of the decision on the car, and worked with me in getting things out of the car prior to it being surrendered to our insurance company. Not only Aaron but everyone I was in contact with was curtious and helpful. Made the process easier to deal with and was always available for any questions. If a "situation" arises where I'll need a collision shop in the future I'm coming back here first. read more

Professional, informative, honest, quality work, timely These guys really treat you like family. They explained what i could expect with the repair, communicated a delay in getting a part from the manufacturer, and did a great job making my truck look like new. I was impressed at how clean my truck was inside and out. Thank you for taking care of me again. I would definitely recommend this repair shop. read more

I was unfortunately in a car accident and was not at fault. It's usually never fun to deal with another persons insurance or trust who they use for repairs. Luckily, this was the place they used and I am SO thankful! My car looks better than before and their customer service was top notch. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and great with communication and updates! Highly recommend this place! read more

Terrific service from start to finish! Keith kept me informed every step of the way even though it was a small repair. I felt that the Roadrunner team treated my car like they would their own. I highly recommend! Roadrunner will be the first plave I go for any additional auto body needs. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about RoadRunner! Just five weeks after getting a 2022 Yukon XL I was hit on the highway. The insurance of the responsible party, Progressive, referred me to RoadRunner Collision Center. After seeing their reviews online I felt comfortable moving forward with them and I am so happy I did. I had some issues getting Progressive to cover a rental car that was big enough to accommodate three car seats for my kids. When I mentioned this to JJ at RoadRunner he immediately called Progressive and made sure they resolved the issue. Additionally, the parts weren't available for several months but JJ made sure to regularly check on the availability of the parts needed and keep me up to date on the timing. Finally when the parts were ready, they got me in right away and finished the job in a shorter time period than expected. Everyone at RoadRunner was friendly and accommodating. They truly made a crappy situation a lot less crappy, and for that I'm appreciative! And as for my car, you'd never be able to tell it's been in an accident. Good as new! read more

We found RoadRunner through Progressive Insurance after a fender-bender. From drop-off to pick-up (a week early), they treated us to concierge type service. Keith went over the car with us before and after, and was just great. The front desk person was also lovely, but we didn't get her name. They did a fantastic and thorough repair job on my car with all work guaranteed. My car was also cleaned and detailed inside and out. We can happily recommend Roadrunner! read more

Brent Vanderpol is an artist! I had the opportunity to visit his shop. He has amazing vehicles that he has restored. He has worked on the wife's van when we had a fender bender. He restored the vehicle back to its original condition. He has been our go to guy for automotive repair for quite awhile. I'm really excited to get my brother's old 1967 International scout to him. If you have an old memory that you want to see restored to its former glory or beyond, then hook up with Brent and Amy Vanderpol at Roadrunner. read more

Another driver hit my new van and their insurance suggested I use Roadrunner Collision Center. Since it was their insurance company, I was extremely skeptical. I called the shop, discussed the repair options and procedures and got a feel for the process. I took my van to them on a Thursday and by the next Friday it was completed. Three working days ahead of schedule! The work was perfect. Everything worked perfectly and you could not tell it had ever been in an accident. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful and didn't mind at all my asking a lot of questions. They even cleaned it for me! Bonus!! I would definitely recommend Roadrunner Collision to anyone who needs their services. read more

We had a dent in the fender of our 2010 Kia Forte and took it in to a couple of different repair shops. We finally met Brent Vanderpol and saw his shop and some of the cars he worked on. His work was fabulous so we left our car for him. He repaired the car to better than factory and blended the paint so you could not tell there was ever a dent in the fender. But better than that, his price was way less than any of the other repair bids we received. Going to have my truck painted by Roadrunner Collision next. read more

I got into my first car accident last month and didn't know much about the process but had heard from a family friend about Roadrunner Collision Center and their experiences there so I knew that's where I wanted my car repaired. I let my insurance know this was my shop of choice and Roadrunner took care of everything from there on out. They even sent out a tow service to get my car that came on time and without hassle. Roadrunner kept in communication with me to let me know when an adjuster was coming, how the repairs where going, and when my vehicle would be finished. Everyone I spoke to was always helpful and pleasant. When I got my car back it was like stepping into a brand new car again. They took the time to clean it and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. I didn't even have to take my rental back to the rental car center, I was able to check it out then and there. Roadrunner made my experience so easy. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I used to work at a body shop as a technician so I can spot 1/2 fast repairs and poor paint matches/finishes. I got rear ended in my Buick Enclave the other guys insurance was paying for the damages so I decided not to fix it myself. I was recommended RoadRunner by another body tech who actually worked at a competing shop! The work was flawless, paint blend was perfect. Great experience! We had gotten 5 different estimates to have our 2013 Altima repaired from a fender bender accident. Aside from price (which was the cheapest!) we chose Roadrunner because of the customer service.. friendly, locally owned, Husband/wife team. I left my car with Brent before going on a 6 day trip, and came back to it clean, repaired, and looking brand new! Beyond satisfied with the experience, completion, and price. Would use them again (if ever necessary) and would definitely refer them! **seems they are very well noticed for classic cars, but I have to say the work on my new car is flawless... they can do it all! read more

Rating a one because there is no place for a zero. My 2001 Mercedes C240 was taken to Progressive Collision center for processing. The car was sent to Road Runner Collision Center for repair. When the car was returned to Progressive and I went to pick up I could not believe the shoddy repair work. The interior trim panels that had been removed were not put back in place, there was a gap of approx. one quarter inch between the windshield and the seal that let both wind and water in, the dome lights were no longer working and there were nicks on the trunk that were not there when car was delivered to Progressive. Car was sent back to Road Runner and when it came back the second time there is a bubble in rubber window seal that was not there prior to repairs. I took possession of car because we needed it. A couple days later I noted the decals on the rear of deck lid were CLK 240 instead of C240. That fix has still not been accomplished. I have advised Progressive to get someone else to fix it as there is obviously no quality control or pride in work done by Road Runner. I have been thru Progressive Collision and always had top notch service and never a problem with repair. My advise, if you have an accident and take your vehicle to a collision repair center ask who is doing the repairs and if it is Road Runner ask for another provider. I note other reviews are positive but I can only go on my experience. read more
