    Repaired passenger side

Overall satisfied with the final outcome of my Honda Civic SI 2015. The quote time for repair was accurate. Communication was good. Progressive sent me to this shop for my insurance claim. They fixed that issue perfectly. I asked them to repair an issue on the opposite side of the car. They fixed the major part of the issue, but I should've been more specific and explain the little scratch next to that big dent should be fixed too. I was hit by an e-bike. The ladies butt but the rear fender and the bike must've slapped to the side of my car. The butt dent looks good as new, unfortunately I'll forever remember her drunken accident due to the pedal stamp still on my driver side. $1600 only covered the dent. I asked what the cost would be to repair the pedal mark, it would be another $1200. He explained the painter would've had to blend the paint into the driver side door, which is why they didn't fix the issue from the jump. It didn't meet the estimate cost. But I would've paid the difference. Overall as I said, great work! Fast and efficient.

I was involved in a minor auto accident last week, and unfortunately, the other driver was insured with Progressive. Progressive apparently has no insurance adjusters locally, and contracts with shops like Roadrunner to provide estimates of damages. In the east valley, they only have 3 shops, so I had to go to Roadrunner for the adjustment/estimate. I had trouble setting up an appointment with this shop to begin with. My first call on Monday was answered by a fella who audibly *sighed* when I asked about how to make an appointment. I was transferred to another person that explained the process they have for Progressive claims. That process is I drop off my car they "take it apart" and then do the work. I told this man I was uncomfortable with that process and wanted just a simple estimate as the damage to my car was minimal. He insisted that was impossible. I hung up frustrated and called Progressive directly. They confirmed that I would not need to leave my vehicle overnight with strangers and that I could just get an estimate. We called together and made the appointment for today. When I arrived with my young son about 10 minutes early for the appointment I was presented with 2 men not wearing masks in a county where mask-wearing was mandated (Maricopa). I asked if they would wear a mask, and they told me they did not need to. Then they go on to tell me that there was some sort of miscommunication with me and that they would NOT provide me with an estimate for my vehicle's damage today and only take pictures. At this point, I realize I am backed into a rock and a hard place. I go outside with a man (who would not tell me his name) and I made very clear how astonished I was that they are so cavalier with other's health. Especially with a child around. I did not consent for them to touch my car but did allow them to take pictures. I obviously do not expect a fair assessment of the damage. I will update my review with the results of this fiasco. I realize there are many people way out here in Queen Creek that think Covid is a hoax. You are entitled to your bad opinion. But to disrespect a "client" so blatantly, it just calls into question their judgment. Obviously, beyond the estimate process here, I will not be using Roadrunner to repair my bumper. I would implore anyone with common sense to avoid this shop. If their judgment is so poor to allow a shouting match in their parking lot over a lousy mask in front of a child, I can't imagine the kind of decisions they make on the quality of the repairs to your vehicle. Certainly progressive should reconsider their choice in a vendor. And clearly, Roadrunner doesn't consider me their client, but Progressive. The photo attached is just a very unreasonable employee walking away from me and refusing to share his name.

I brought my Tundra to get repaired at this shop and they do great work. They went above my expectations and my truck looks better than it did before the accident. I would highly recommend there shop for your collision repairs.

I had some custom work done on my 03 Rubicon. Brent and his team did a great job explaining what needed to be done, setting realistic expectations and coordinating the work. Brent kept me updated on the progression of the paint work and application of the customized parts that I purchased. Brent and his team even provide me with a ride back home after I dropped my jeep off. Fast, friendly, precise service!

This shall be the before picture.

I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself--it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.

Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
