Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would take about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match . read more

I have successfully used Michael @ Next Level Detail twice now; once last year and again this year. I've used them to detail my 2007 Chevy Pickup both times and have been very impressed with their recommendations and the results. This truck sits on a backyard concrete slab and is subject to both sun and dirt accumulation. The truck still has the original factory paint ( except the roof) and I want to preserve the paint. Last year Michael did the interior seats and carpet, along with the exterior. This time just the exterior. The workmanship, attention to detail are not even close to what you find at a car wash. I am extremely disappointed with the overall done performed by Mike. Let me start from the beginning. I made the appointment for 8 am Arizona time per his appointment scheduler. At 8:15, I reached out to figure out what was going on. He said the appointment was for 9, and he said he would be there by then for sure.Ok, I will give a pass for the mistake on the original time. At 9:11, I received a text stating he was running late and would be there in 10 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, he finally showed. Where the true disappointment lies is how dirty the Iinside of the car was. I had to bust out my own vacuum to get all the food that was missed. Not to mention the lysol wipes to finish wiping down all the missed hard surfaced areas. I am not even mad at enormous amount of dog hair left behind, but food between the seats is unacceptable. This was a gift for my mom's 70th, and it was a waste of money. I could have paid $100 less and had the job be done 10,000 times better by the car wash next to my house in California, which I plan to take there next time she visits. Save your money and just do the job yourself. read more

If you have never had the pleasure of someone carelessly overspraying your cars for you I'll let you in on a little secret, it doesn't just wash off. I searched for hours about how to remove overspray and companies that offer services in my area. I finally stumbled upon Next Level Detail and gave him a call. He promptly returned my call and scheduled to come over the next day. After meeting Michael and speaking with him I immediately knew he was the right guy for the job. When it came time for him to start I watched him meticulously set up his gear for about an hour (I'm talking a full on canopy that shades the entire car including the sides). After seeing how much time and care he put into his set up I was even more convinced I picked the right guy. I watched him off and on the next couple of hours as he pampered the cars and was completely blown away with the finished results. There was not a single speck of overspray and the paint looked better than new, everything was as smooth as glass. You can see in the close up before pictures the little brown specks of paint and in the after pictures all you see is a beautiful shine. As car guys we had some major concerns letting just anyone touch our cars, if you have those same concerns, look no further, I did the homework for you. Let me start off by saying Michael answered his phone at 330-4am from a Yelp Request for proposal i put in! I was simply just trying to get info.- He Immediately set a schedule for 6am (2) hours after the first work spoken. He didn't live far away from me so he took that advantage and by god it paid off - We met and he took a look at my truck and gave me pricing. I agreed on everything and liked what i heard so we Immediately set up a appointment. I was so relieved to be done with the quoting process- The day and night before doing research i received probably 9 different quotes from people in the valley. I looked at reviews , there photos , the product that they used, and also the services they offered to retain repeat business. I was down to 2 of the companies at the end but Michaels promptness and customer service were top notch which gave him the project. I believe that Any manager/owner who will answer that early to a customer and jump out of bed, you better be dam sure that your a priority in there eyes. Jump forward to the repair/detail . He came to-my house and was there for roughly 6-7 hours straight. By this time i was getting off work and returning home. He was finishing up as we talked for about 20 minutes and went over everything. Besides small touch ups that I pointed out (and I mean like hey run a rag tight here ) he was GOLDEN. The work was amazing, the customer service amazing and I will and already have set up mobile detailing for the future. Im excited to be in my truck again and for it to get cleaned every 2-4 weeks as i need it. I contacted Next Level Detail because I needed someone to repair the shoddy workmanship on my new paint job. There was orange peel, overspray, tape marks and the trim were attached to the car crooked. After about 4 hours work by Next Level my car looks like it got a five-thousand-dollar paint job. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I would give zero stars if I could! ~I called one morning and spoke with Mike. He offered me a 4:00 appointment that day to wash the exterior and clean the drivers seat of my Tesla. He texted me at 4:05 (late at this point) that he would be arriving at 5:00 now. He texted me again at 5:00 saying he was not able to service my car. I responded with, "you are cancelling at 5:00 when you said you'd be here at 5:00? I would still like you to come! " I had already waited an hour and a half! He replied saying he could be at my house by 6:00. I agreed. He never showed! I tried to call, he didnt answer my call! He said he was going to have to charge me gas money and whined to me telling me had a truck that only gets 13 mpg and gas is 5.00 now. Really? Sir, this is not a customer issue! This is your business and you offer mobile detailing so that's your problem! To make matters worse, he texted me at 12:48 at night (who does that?!) with why he didn't come and a ridiculous bunch of lies! He is rude, calling me a "Karen" and cursing in a response to a review i left on his business page. ( which he keeps deleting) . This man lies and is unprofessional in every way! Mike's customer service is top notch, and he was even able to squeeze me in on short notice in the afternoon, which was fantastic. We had Next Level Detail come out to our house to do Two Cars at once. They are both leases so we had to get them looking immaculate. I've used Next Level Detail twice, once for their "sell your car package" + headlight restoration on a smaller car and once for the headlight restoration on my Honda CR-V. Both times the service was excellent. When I sold my smaller commuter car, the person that bought it said it was "beautiful," particularly compared to the other cars they had been looking at in that price range, about 5000 - 6000. Totally worth the investment. Also, the headlight restoration is out of this world. Mine were very cloudy and yellowed, very ugly looking. My headlights now look like they did the day the car rolled off the factory floor, after years and years of and negligence and sun damage. Huge difference!
