Honest and helpful. I took my new truck in because it had a boo-boo on the tailgate. Cesar and Antonio came out and looked at it and quickly wiped off the paint transfer, making the damage almost invisible. He advised me what it would cost to restore it to 100% and we agreed that it probably wasn't worth it because it was barely noticeable. I offered to compensate him for his time and he would not accept. I hope I never need their business, but I would absolutely go here and recommend them to anybody. read more

Gentry handled our repair after my son was rear ended. The car was done in less than a week and a half and the communication and service were excellent. They communicated directly with our insurance company and we never had to do the back and forth that I'm used to. We would absolutely use them in the future, but hope we don't have to! Great place to get body work done. Big O hit a curb when I bought new tires then didn't tell me so I had to file a insurance claim. They went above and beyond ended up painting and fixing the whole thing instead of the one little area of damage. I had some old rock chips they fixed. Brand new clear wrap the car looks new again. This place is amazing! I got into an accident a couple weeks ago and my insurance let me pick where to bring my car and I heard a lot of good things about caliber collision. When I went into my appointment to drop my car off they explained everything to me very well and were super nice. Throughout the process they kept in touch with me everyday through text and called me twice a week which I loved. Troy was amazing at explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Car was in the shop for about a week and a half ( which was shorter than my done date) and I was set up with a nice rental. By far the best service I've ever had when it came to my car! My wife rear ended one Sequoia with ours - just wanted to make sure its clear it was wasn't me.....anyway, I work in the insurance industry and already knew about Caliber and their overall good rating, but never took my vehicles there - namely because I had a shop I'd always worked with where we used to live and they had a direct repair arrangement w/ my insurance. They were good and I stuck with what I knew. OK, so the point is we're in AZ now and I tried Caliber. From the get go, smooth operation. My first contact was Nancy - she's got customer service skills. I hope they pay her well. She was calm, made me feel like I was their only customer and they were glad to have me. Went through the process very thoroughly, recommended a tow company to pick up our vehicle. She got me all of the necessary forms via email, had the veh picked up and transferred the matter to Gentry (not sure if i'm spelling his name correctly.) Gentry was just as professional -- it seemed like he and Nancy actually liked their jobs and enjoyed making a good impression. That's a little rarer these days. They kept me posted twice a week (really more than I needed, but, hey - great service!) They texted the status as well. They got the wrong bumper part and let me know immediately - no big, it happens. Long and Short of it - they've got the cust skills down. Oh yeah, the vehicle was repaired well (far as I can tell - we just got it back.) But I have every confidence that if there are any issues, they'll be johnny on the spot to resolve them. I don't want to have to deal w/ another wreck, but I'll choose them again. Frankly, more than the repairs is the service. You just want to know what's going on. read more

My 2012 GMC Terrain was recently in a accident with serious damage to the right passenger door, rear right wheel and tire costing thousands of dollars to repair. I wasn't sure if it could be repaired or even drivable in the state it was in. My saving grace was a Caliber Collision representative by the name of Gentry. My question to Gentry was could it be fixed? His response was "Yes" and it will be as good as new when completed. Now this was a stretch for my imagination and my belief system knowing what the car looked like and the damage, unknown beneath the cars exterior. Several weeks went by due to the scheduling of parts, equipment and several other issues all in the mist of a virus epidemic. Again Gentry to the rescue, "EVERY" Tuesday and Thursday I would get an update on the vehicles progress. Knowing the importance of customer service, Gentry answered all my questions and if he didn't have an answer, I would receive it the next day. Now that I received the vehicle, the Terrain is "TRULY, BETTER THEN NEW" and Gentry put my mind at rest! I had my car smashed into by some young 17 year old kid and I was devastated because my car is brand new, but thankfully, his parents insurance was Geico and covered the repairs here at Caliber. Within just a couple days of the accident, Caliber partnered with Hertz to get me a rental and started the repair. I was BEYOND grateful and relieved that Caliber is so close to me let alone exists. The woman that works the front counter is probably the sweetest, most professional employee I think I've ever encountered in my entire life and I'm not even joking. I regret not trying to remember her name but she was there all 3 times I went in to drop of my vehicle or do paperwork and signings. She was like a literal Angel that helped me not feel so much anxiety over the situation. Caliber is extremely lucky they have such a gem working for them. Also, shoutout to Gentry for consistently communicating with me throughout the whole process. Apparently GM sent him the wrong door for the repair, not just once but TWICE and let me know as soon as it happened and always gave me new expected dates for completion. Our experience with Caliber was nothing but a landslide. Initially received a quote for front end repair and was impressed with the speed of the estimate and scheduling. Wished it stayed that way. Daily disappointing news with additions, delays, modifications and price updates. Thousands of dollars apart from the initial estimate done by Junior and the day of pick up suddenly we were yet again hit with more adjustments to price. Such a bait and switch. Dishonest or untrained I'm not sure but management needs to take a look at how Junior bids work. I will never refer Caliber because of this experience. I will also be sure to notify our insurance of their untrained and dissatisfactory bidding. Additionally their front office manager could use a lesson in customer service. read more

I didn't have a traditional experience here at Caliber. Truth be told, it was like a poorly written reality show. Everything that could possibly go wrong with my car repairs, even the most unbelievable, went wrong. However, Gentry who works at this location, is the hero of this story. He went above and beyond to ensure me and my car were taken care of. He was honest with me about every aspect of my car and the repair process, and he advocated for me even when I was unaware of it. If it weren't for Gentry, I wouldn't have a single nice thing to say about this place, but due to his hard word and blunt, honest, yet caring attitude, I would recommend this place if you have Gentry as your man. He is knowledgeable, and you can tell he got into this business to work hard and do exactly what he came to do, and I appreciate that immensely. Gentry is the best, to say it simply. After being initially quoted for 1300, the total ended up only being 1000. Awful. This is for the Sossaman location and not the company as a whole. Have had my car in the shop for three weeks. Get a text that it is ready. Show up and the representative that was supposedly assigned to me left for the day so there was no one to show me the repairs made. Get to my car and the trim that was repaired is not done correctly. They left the instructions from the manufacturer for my lift gate on the passenger seat of my car along with my broken license plate bracket on my floor and a dirty rag. They folded my rear seats down when making the repair and never replaced them but when I looked at the seats I could see why. They were filthy. They left broken pieces all over the back of my car from the lift gate repair. They broke a screw on my front bumper which did not allow it to seat properly but tried to pass it off as repaired. I grabbed someone from the inside and he was nice enough to walk the car with me and said that my rep would call me first thing in the AM to go over what's next. I had to call at 11AM and she said that she just found out about it an hour and a half ago (which you would have thought she would have called when she did find out) and that it is getting washed and that she would call me back when the car is back. It is now 1:10PM and I have not heard. I called three times and all three times it rang for 3:30 and then automatically hangs up. This is AWFUL. read more

I received top notch service from the moment I walked in until I drove away more than happy. My brand new Jeep got minor damage over the weekend, I had an appointment Monday at 9am. They had my Jeep done Wednesday by 9am. The lady at the front desk was super friendly with a super high level of customer service.
