Rarely do I leave a negative review but perhaps this is the only way to get a response…read more On October 3rd we bought a certified pre-owned truck here. On the 10th we realized there was a problem with the fuel tank/fueling system. It turns out there is an active Technical Service Bulletin detailing the possible problem which I sent them. They did not offer a loaner for the duration of the repair but if it was the fuel tank at noted in the TSB it should take about 3 hours to repair so i wasn't too concerned. It has now been 10.5 days and all I get is the run around. No time-line, no communication on what is happening, no updates and the app they sent to "check progress " is useless because it has no information. So after over 20 texts and 2 phone calls I've gotten exactly nowhere. The service manager Ashley was rude and unhelpful. My service advisor Isabella has been kind but unhelpful in terms of giving me any meaningful update for when I can expect our truck back. Here is a list of how inconvenient this has become. I had to cancel a fall break vacation with our 2 teens because we needed the truck to haul our trailer. I rescheduled it for this weekend but I may need to cancel that as well. When I bought the truck they offered to detail it before we left. There were 2 dents they promised to repair and we were told they could "absolutely detail and fill it up" after the dent repair. They did a great job fixing the dents on October 9th-10th. Guess what they didn't do? No detail, no gas... they didn't even clean up the mess from the dent repair. There was dust and dirty fingerprints all over the inside and outside of the vehicle. Again we were happy the repair waa done and looked great. However soon after we picked it up we filled up for the first time and realized there was a problem. At this point we have had our new certified vehicle for about 6 days out of 17.5 and I'm paying for insurance on a vehicle I can't even drive. To top it all off I paid an extra $6000+ for an extended warranty! I really trusted autonation. I hope they will make this right so I can change my review but at this point they have really dropped the ball. 10/21/26 Finally received an update! I was told a part was on back order but they are working on getting it asap and are providing a loaner vehicle. Honestly I've always had a great opinion of Autonation as a whole and think this was a communication failure rather than them not being trustworthy. I'm updating this to 3 stars pending work completion. Keeping my fingers crossed!

EIGHT hundred dollars to replace a hose…read more In June, I brought my vehicle to this dealership. There was a recall on my vehicle (EcoSport). The dealership replaced the engine. My car overheated and broke down ten minutes after I picked it up. They worked on the car again. Three months later, I overheated. I checked the coolant and it was empty. It immediately drained as soon as I added more. Had the car towed to the dealership. I was worried they missed something. Instead, I was given an eight hundred dollar repair. Almost FIVE hundred for labor. To replace a hose. The friendly customer team advised me that my (2020) vehicle was old. They advised me that the engine replacement, three months ago was not culpable. My car was old and I could expect many more visits to get it repaired. Honestly. Avoid this place. They want your money and are not worried about your vehicle.

Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
