I'm from out of state, moving here from a big east coast city into my first rental home. So when my…read moreridiculous closet with wooden rods literally fell to the ground, I called the big brand stores and asked for support. They only cut wooden rods and couldn't meet my needs, so I landed on this place. I've never been to a steel yard, and it's a little tucked away, so driving up I'm like -- where the hell am I going? But it was great. I got exactly what I needed immediately and everyone was super kind to me (and welcoming to the area). I'm coming back for sure when I have a home of my own to invest in.

We have used multiple other UHaul locations over the years, and never had an issue until we used this location due to it's proximity to the ping pong table. What a terrible excuse for a business. Buyer beware We used them for a big shop we built 60x100 to…read morebe exact. They supplied all the roofing and side walls, because it was such a big order we had it delivered. When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it.
