Within 15 minutes on the call, I had a tractor ordered at a price thousands below a competitor, with several tractor extras I didn't even expect to receive. My new tractor arrived within a week, just as described and ordered. Ana and the service tech who modified my tractor made several personal phone calls just to make sure I was satisfied, and the modifications were correct. The process involves driving through their warehouse building, and dealing with very confused loaders. The guy on tap didn't know what space heaters are, despite having the paperwork in front of him. He also didn't know how to operate them, then he forgot the base stabilizers which keep the unit from tumbling over. Returning the items was equally tedious, from wise-guy salesmen that can't answer simple questions., to customers that backup the pick-up / drop-off tunnel to shoot the breeze with the wise-guy salesman. This place is mediocre at best...similar to AutoZone and Checker, where the employees are irritated that they have to be nice to the customers

He is under staffed, unorganized and poorly managed. He charged me for a job he couldn't complete correctly. I had another shop fix his mess. When presented with the bill he refused to pay it. He was rude, avoided phone calls, and when confronted about this and an overcharge on my bill he told me to F off and hung up. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

I dropped off a piece of equipment I use regularly in my profession and when calling in to find out the status the next day or so they asked if I could call in to remind them in the morning to look at the piece of equipment. I told them that I was unsatisfied with the service, but no discount, no apologies. I even told the guy I had been using their services for the past few years, but he didn't seem to give a rats backside.
