I have always had the mower blade sharpened somewhere else. I decided to try them since their price was very was more reasonable than than the other place I was using before, I stopped by yesterday to drop off my mower blade, so they took down my name, and assured me it would be ready the next morning after 9:00 A.M. Sure enough, it was ready, and they did an excellent work. One thing I should mention here is that they do a heck of a business repairing all types of gas mowers. In their showroom, they have multitude of equipment to work on your yard. For those of you that are fans of the brand name STIHL, this is the place to look for that, just not sure of their prices for new equipment. I will definitely use them again, and I left a very happy camper. They are located on the northeast corner of 13th Place and Indian School Road, in case anyone wanted to know. Employees are very customer friendly, and courteous. So give them a try.

And I don't want to buy online if I can avoid it. I was helped, but the help was not very helpful. When looking at expensive appliances, one usually wants the details about performance, capabilities, accessories, maybe some comparisons. I got nothing. And there were very few models on the floor to look at - only two - and none of another maker I was interested in that Mr Vac claims to sell. I felt it was difficult to engage the salesperson and he didn't seem real interested in discussing his merchandise. A request for a business card and/or product information resulted in a pink flyer with glaring typos and a phone number written in Sharpie. I don't need fancy, but I do need competence and engagement, and I felt like I got neither. It's unlikely I'd return to this shop, when I can easily obtain more detailed info on the manufacturers' websites.
