It was extraordinary and they will have me as a customer for my next tractor.

Our glass coffee table was handled with the utmost care and despite our tight corners and hallway, all of our stuff was placed gently without any scuffs or dings to the walls. Even when we wanted to move the position of a dresser and a bed, they cheerfully made that change no questions asked. One thing we did to make the move easier on all involved was labeling and using colored sticky notes to color coordinate the boxes to each room in our home. This made packing the truck better as like-boxes could be stacked together. Once the boxes were ready to move into our home, the awesome moving team was able to use our sticky notes to know which room to go to. This not only helped them, but it will help us as we unpack because each box and item will be in the correct space. Don't pass up on this business, they will make your move so much easier!

I needed some furniture and other items hauled before a move. I made an appt for a specific day and asked for after 1pm. THEY gave me the 4pm-6pm window, then when they realized it was RUSH HOUR, called and asked to reschedule for the morning of the next day. I declined because our movers were coming that day and wanted everything out before then. I said it was OK to come later but not the next day. Then I get another call from the owner's wife this time, asking again for the next day because now it was raining (for like 10 min and was sunny again) and that the traffic was bad. So we agreed to the next morning at 7am. Again, not realizing this would be RUSH HOUR, they arrived an hour and a half late and our movers were coming a half hour later. Once they got there, they got the stuff quickly and the hauling part was fine but I don't like my time wasted or the added stress of changing appts. If I accomodate your schedule change, than the least you can do is be ON TIME! NEVER AGAIN!
