Appliance breakdowns are never fun and they rarely occur at a convenient time. Regardless the…read morefolks at E&J have consistently provided us with great advice and even greater value. E&J service work is friendly and efficient, and they regularly go the extra mile to do more for less. They are also quick to let us know when it's a better value to replace an appliance than it is to fix one. We should have written the above review some time ago; but what occurred yesterday was outstanding. We had a dishwasher throw a fatal code earlier this week. E&J told us it was time for a new machine and recommended a well known appliance store here in town. When that store's installers couldn't remove the old dishwasher without damaging our kitchen, Ernie, the Owner of E&J came to our home himself and took care of the problem free of charge. We don't expect free work from valued suppliers and insisted Ernie take something for his service; but what a difference E&J is from the big appliance store installers who demanded more money for a job they couldn't do without damaging our home. Thank you Ernie and thank you E&J!

Nick was nice, informative, and clean. He left the dryer cleaner than when he got here! These folks are honest, efficient, and hardworking.

However, when I…read morecalled and entered my ZIP code, the automated system indicated that my location was outside their service area, despite both their website and Yelp listing my area as one they serve. I followed up through the Yelp chat to clarify the discrepancy, but the responses appeared to be automated, and I was unable to connect with a live representative. While I appreciate the quick initial response, the lack of a clear resolution and inability to speak with someone directly left me frustrated and diminished my confidence in moving forward with the company. It feels like my time is not of value to them. Look elsewhere, please.

All while handling everything under warranty. Owning a small business, they went out of their way to rearrange their service calls to get us help as soon as possible (on multiple occasions). This was also during the Thanksgiving holiday which made it even more difficult, but they still found a way to fit us in. Even when the manufacturer created more obstacles, they came out on their own time to fix the issue, simply to help us make things right. I rarely do reviews, but for exceptional service like this I think it's important for others to know that these guys are someone you can trust and count on to fix your problems. Please use them. They are a good business with good people both in their office and out in the service field.
