Granted, it is usually male customers that are here when I am (yes, I assumed their gender), so I'm sure they probably help the other females, too. Service out back is always quick. Service in the shop (where I go pay) is hit and miss, but not extreme. The cheery cashiers are very nice and friendly. The not-so-friendly ones aren't exactly rude, but it's obvious they don't want to be there...or at least not at the time that I ran into them there.

Striping and pneumatic wheels are wobbly. I received my unit and invoice says, clean filter, adjusted Nozzles, tested on the surface, replaced caster, $45... labor $75... total $127 The pneumatic wheels are still wobbly, and if the remedy for the striping was to just clean out the filter and adjust nozzles... you could've just told me that and would've been a customer for life. The technician told me over the phone that they did not have the caster in stock.. I told him, it's not something I really need.. That it was not a must-have... But somehow it ended up on few days later the owner contacted me and apologize for the issue

The front desk part guy super nice guy cannot complain about him at all I was charged for seals on…read moremy landa pressure washer that went out drove all the way from Buckeye and thought cool now I have a reliable place to go to so I get there and there is somebody behind me waiting paid half cash half card when he scanned my card it said declined I pulled up my bank app and showed him the charge on the same date and time I was there standing right in front of him and he said it was declined first of all that was very embarrassing second off I paid showed him on my account where they withdrew the money from my card he went and got what I think was the accountant and she told me it was declined as well and they did not charge me when I showed her as well embarrassed me in front of another customer and I had to pay twice for one product or I am in the market for two hot water pressure washers for my business I asked for a catalog because I love the brand has done nothing but good for me but I think after that embarrassment and paying double on my card I think they do not want my business and I should take my business elsewhere I guess I was not a valued customer because I wasn't spending thousands that day that's just too bad
