Repeat customer experience: This is my second time using Cor…read moremovers. The first time I was left extremely impressed and overwhelmingly happy, this is the exact reason I chose Cor to help my moving needs again. My second move ended up being a complete opposite experience and moving nightmare. First off I booked with Dan a month ahead of my move and the date and time was confirmed from 8-9am on Friday. The week of my move Dan called and moved my time to a mid afternoon timeslot which caused major backlog to my day and appointments I had organized/scheduled. Next, the two man team showed up and immediately were surprised that the job was not a 1 bedroom quick move job. I very clearly described my needs to be a 2 bedroom apartment(1st floor, no stairs) move into a single story home I recently purchased. I also had a 5x5 storage unit that I needed to get moved over and was part of the original job and quote. So in recap I had a 2 bedroom first floor apartment and single story 5x5 storage unit 5 minutes away needing to be moved. The movers once again we're surprised and frustrated to show up to a 2 bedroom job after being told by their boss Dan that the job was a quick 1 bed and storage unit move. I know this as they expressed their displeasure multiple times by saying things- this isn't a 1 bedroom, this is going to take us all day, we should have done this job first thing this morning, I dont want to work until 6pm today, etc. This instantly raised red flags and concerns. I reached out to Dan and expressed my concern. He stated that he didn't know where the mixup happened and offered to lower the hourly rate from $115/hr to $110/hr. I do believe most people would've expected something more for such a big blunder. Besides the point now. The two man team continued to work and boy did they try to move as fast as possible. Throughout the initial move out of my apartment I was approached numerous times with decisions of why they couldn't move everything and only wanted to target big stuff. Their reasoning was to make the job faster and to save me money. Unfortunately on the day I moved, it rained for about 45 minutes in AZ. During the process of it raining, I was approached and told why they couldn't do much more and my storage unit would not be moved any longer on the same day. Not only this but their truck was almost full and they couldn't complete moving everything from my apartment either. I was offered the opportunity for them to come back and finish moving my storage unit 4 days later at a cost to me to finish the original job. The truck was full and off the movers went to drop off at my house. During offload my furniture was handled extremely rough. My couch cushion were literally thrown into my house on the floor. You could tell the game was how quickly can we offload and get out of here. They finished offload and I settled up with Dan over the phone. My original quote was a range of $345-575. I ended up paying $770 with a 3% credit card surcharge. On top of a customary tip to the 2 movers for a physical job. Now I have to rent a uhaul truck the next day and finish my move out of my apartment and my storage unit on my own. This will end up costing me more money to finish the original job I hired Cor to help me with all along. I've now inspected and found many problems from the move: -Upon moving my belongings my kids bunk beds were disassembled and parts were lost that doesn't allow me to safely stack them together any longer. -My couches are dirty from the mishandling and lack of care with the cushions literally being thrown around and onto the ground. -one of the legs on my entertainment center was broke and now is unstable. -booksheleves missing hardware -boxes stacked on top of each other without care for weight, heavy boxes sitting on lighter boxes smashing my stuff inside. Now back at my apartment I have damaged floors from the movers as well. Job left incomplete and belongings damaged, parts lost, and belongings spread around. Look at all your moving options. Moving nightmare by Cor movers!

The most recent quoted move was significantly higher at a flat $500, with an additional $180 charged in 30-minute increments (rounded up) for any time over the agreed period via the Groupon deal. During the most recent interaction, I was charged unexpected extra fees. When I questioned them, the representative hung up on me. I called back to request assistance in recovering funds through Groupon. The representative again stated that Groupon is a third party and not their problem, then hung up on me a second time. Email from Lisa (for reference): "Thank you for sending this over. We have 6/12 arrival 630-7am. For the Groupon we will need the Groupon redemption code and I can send over our contract and payment link for the trip fee $100 + $40 mileage fee and $90 moving supplies that are required to properly protect and handle your belongings (stretch wrap, mattress bags and tape). On the day of service any additional hours are $180 prorated in 30 minute increments rounded up. Please let me know if you have any questions Thank you Lisa" You may verify yourself whether these additional charges are clearly disclosed in the original Groupon description. Edit after laughable response from owner: I have receipts from th bank showing I received a full refund. No need to lie. Service Issues: * First Move: The crew initially performed a walkthrough and appeared professional. However, after the move was completed, they had forgotten one of my televisions. Despite pointing it out, they offered no solution and simply left. I was forced to arrange separate transportation for the large TV myself. While the crew was polite, the lack of accountability after a walkthrough was unacceptable. * Second Move (No-Show): The movers failed to show up entirely. I filed a dispute with my credit card, which resulted in a full refund. Credit Card Refund Confirmation: "We are writing to inform you that a refund has been initiated in connection with your recent transaction with Soft Touch Moving. After reviewing your dispute and the details provided, we have processed a reversal of the applicable charge. The credited amount will be returned to your account ending in **** within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's posting times. No further action is required from you at this time. If you do not see the refund reflected after the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you further. We appreciate your patience while we completed our review." In summary, I would strongly advise others not to waste their time or money with Soft Touch Moving. The combination of surprise fees, poor communication, unprofessional hang-ups, forgotten items, and no-shows demonstrates a clear lack of reliability and customer service.

Our glass coffee table was handled with the utmost care and despite our tight corners and hallway, all of our stuff was placed gently without any scuffs or dings to the walls. Even when we wanted to move the position of a dresser and a bed, they cheerfully made that change no questions asked. One thing we did to make the move easier on all involved was labeling and using colored sticky notes to color coordinate the boxes to each room in our home. This made packing the truck better as like-boxes could be stacked together. Once the boxes were ready to move into our home, the awesome moving team was able to use our sticky notes to know which room to go to. This not only helped them, but it will help us as we unpack because each box and item will be in the correct space. Don't pass up on this business, they will make your move so much easier!

We went to Camping Nation to look at an RV. In the beginning, the experience was great. Our…read moresalesman was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told us he could get us a low down payment, include backup cameras, and apply a diamond coating to the RV if we purchased that day. We were also told: All cosmetic issues would be fixed There were no leaks or water damage The failed exterior seals would be redone Mechanical issues would be addressed The roof would be fully resealed Based on those assurances, we signed paperwork that day. From that point forward, it had been downhill. A week later, we went to pick up the RV. It looked like nothing had been done other than a poor wash job. The promised repairs were untouched. We brought up the issues again, so they kept it a few more days. We returned again. A couple minor cosmetic items were addressed, but the roof was still not done. We called and arranged to bring it back specifically for the roof. They kept it several more days. One important detail: the faucet was leaking from the very beginning, but we didn't realize it at pickup because water was never hooked up during the walkthrough. Once we got the RV home and connected water ourselves, the issue became obvious. A bigger issue showed up immediately after that. The very first night we had the RV at home, we woke up the next morning to find the entire underbelly flooded with a massive amount of water -- easily hundreds of gallons. We were explicitly told there were no leaks or water damage. Later, we were called to sign title paperwork that should have been sent two weeks prior. While there, we inspected the roof ourselves. One small area around a ladder post and one spot near the front had sealant. The rest of the cracked and failing seals were untouched. The maintenance technician told us they had used a full tube of Dicor and had to go to the store to get more. He specifically said he would go pick it up on his lunch break because they didn't have any in stock. In reality, it appears only one tube was ever used. The roof clearly was not resealed. We were then called and told the RV was ready. Nothing additional had been done. We live over 100 miles one way from this dealership and made multiple trips. Every time we were told it was fixed. Every time we checked it ourselves and found it was not. We sent detailed close-up photos of the cracked roof seals. At first, a salesman insisted there was nothing wrong with the roof. After seeing the photos, he quickly changed his stance and began apologizing. The next day, the maintenance technician called and again tried to argue that the roof did not need repair. We were then told to bring it back again and that the owner would personally reseal the roof. We have given at least four opportunities for this to be corrected. We were also told that if we brought it back again, they would reimburse us for gas. Once we explained we are now over 450 miles away, that offer was immediately withdrawn and the conversation shifted to "let me send you your warranty information." At that point, we decided to handle the roof ourselves because we no longer trust their work. It took approximately 15 tubes of Dicor to properly seal the roof. That alone shows how inaccurate it was when their maintenance staff made it seem like one or two tubes meant the job was complete. Even after all of this: Exterior seals were still failing Multiple promised repairs were incomplete The awning still catches on itself The built-in vacuum system does not work Now our options became: Continue hauling the RV hundreds of miles back and forth Or fix critical issues ourselves and/or use our warranty because they failed to complete the work after multiple attempts We were repeatedly told repairs were completed when they were not. That is the biggest issue here. The sales process was smooth and professional. The maintenance follow-through has been inconsistent, incomplete, and unreliable. Buyers should physically inspect the roof, seals, plumbing, appliances, and all systems themselves before leaving the lot, and ensure water is hooked up and everything is actively tested. We are extremely disappointed in how this has been handled.

After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I guess that's what I get for not hiring someone licensed and bonded. Lesson learned.
