We opened it an hour before the event and it was in terrible condition. It was stained and filthy. It hadn't even been vacuumed. We had to scramble at the venue to find a vacuum cleaner. We asked for a partial refund and they wouldn' t give one. We are a not for profit organization and this was a one time rental. they offered a 20% discount on a future rental which we will never be able to use. very disappointing that something could be rented out in this condition for a cost of $157.77 !!

No reply 11/5/21 - Sent a request for party supplies through their website. Received a confirmation code #206. 11/6/21, 11/7, 11/8 - tried many times to reach them. Voicemail Full no matter what time of the day I called. Sent numerous SMS with my phone number. No reply 11/9/21 - a voice at last answered the phone. She said that they had no request from me via their website because their website doesn't work. (huh?) Asked me to repeat the entire request over the phone which I was happy to do. She stated that she was new and she made several derogative comments about the company - this did not impress me. She stated that she would absolutely call me back that day and if they could not get the items then she would provide 2 referrals that she stated would absolutely do it for me. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. 11/10/21 - Tried several more times and at last gave up. 11/11/21 - Went to a competitor who was more than happy to take my order and help me!

It was really nice to be able to use their website and go through property properties and then also use the 3-D option for viewing inside of the property. What was nice is they were really helpful about allowing us to have someone come view the home. Online application is seamless. We got an answer on our application within a day. During the whole process, we mostly dealt with Tara. Tara was amazing and always responded really quickly. All in all, no complaints about the application and getting out keys. We were able to easily pick up our keys and paperwork pertaining to the home when it was convenient for us. The reason for the 4 stars is I do feel like this property management company has a lot of fees. Like the ongoing $49 a month benefits package that no one probably wants. If I understand it correctly I won't be able to use the payment portal if so cancel this $49 per month fee. That seems ridiculous. On top of application fees, non refundable fees and the fee they likely get from the home owner, this seems to be a money grab. Will say for an out of state rental process this was very easy. I appreciated that they also gave us 5 days to do the walk through and documentation regarding rental condition.

I rented a Rav4 Hybrid from PHX SIXT car rental. I arrived after dark, and it was very difficult to…read moresee the car to do a walk-around to check for damage. They expect you to use their phone app to review and report additional damage. However, the app was very difficult to use, especially with it being so dark. The car was dirty, so we had to wipe off the dirt to check for damage. I needed to have an attendant assist me with photographing all the extra damage and reporting it through their app. For instance, there was unreported physical damage to the body of the car, and cigarette burns to the upholstery. I had to trust that the attendant got everything that I pointed out, as there was nothing for me to review before I had to sign approval. I rented the car on April 1, 2026, and returned it on April 6th. On April 2nd I received an email asking for an explanation of additional damage that they found on the vehicle, just hours after I left the lot. This was pre-existing damage that they were now blaming me for. I didn't see their email until I returned home from my trip. The email only had a link to a page where I was supposed to explain the reason for the damage, even though it existed before I rented the car. I attempted several times to contact them by phone, but the AI agent kept sending me to someone in another country who only spoke Spanish, who would then hang up on me. Apparently all phone assistants are in the Philippines. I finally found someone who spoke English, but they had no way to send me confirmation of my report of this issue. So I don't know what I can do if they try to charge me for pre-existing damage. I won't ever use this company again. I'll stick with only American-based companies. The car was fine to drive, but the experience was terrible.

In less than 10 minutes I had several questions answered and a SUV in the same size/class for the same price! Thank you Manny/Mansour for your assistance. I looked and a couple of those in line at Budget ahead of me were still waiting there. I could've save an hour or more if I'd gone to Sixt initially. Thanks Sixt!!
