Within hours Ron T. was fixing our dryer. It had a bad thermal sensor, and Ron had the sensor replaced and the dryer running within 20 minutes. Excellent service, expeditious, and reasonably priced! I paid $240 to have my refrigerator/freezer repaired and he came out 3 times trying to fix it but…read morethe repair wouldn't last more than a week. He was very difficult to contact and after the 3rd time the repair did not hold, he has stopped responding to all calls and messages. After 4 months of trying to ask nicely for him to come repair it, I asked for a refund. They have a 90 day parts and labor guarantee on their website but he even gave me a 1 year guarantee at the time of service. He still has not responded about getting me the refund either. If I get a refund I will delete this review since this review would no longer be necessary but at this time I have not received a refund and my family has been without a refrigerator in our home for a total of 6 months. I do NOT recommend their service. Seemed nice upfront but they will help anymore. I want to note I have only asked nicely and spoken respectful to Ron even to this point. I asked respectfully for a refund so I can have someone else come fix it or be able to afford another refrigerator. Thank you.

Reached out to several appliance repair shops to se if we could have a technician stop by. Felix responded quickly and was able to have a tech out in under a week! Awesomeness! The technician, Kurt M., showed up and was very professional and courteous He quickly verified what we had suspected, oven was 30 degrees low. Kurt was able to adjust the oven and it was spot on during a test run. We appreciate having a working oven back in the mix and truly appreciate Felix and the whole team. From first contact the team was nothing but the bees knees! Highly recommend if you have something in the fritz!

Very Disappointing Experience We called this company based…read moreon a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We appreciate that they were willing to send someone out the same day, but the visit ultimately was a complete waste of everyone's time. The technician arrived around 9:30 p.m. without a flashlight, tools to check for a leak, or the basic equipment needed to properly diagnose the issue. After attempting to assess the situation, he called his supervisor, but ultimately we were not given any useful information at all. There was no clear diagnosis, no explanation of what was wrong, and not even a quote or estimate for any type of repair. We would have much preferred to simply be told that someone could come out the following day and have a properly equipped and knowledgeable technician sent to evaluate the problem. Sending someone out who is not prepared to diagnose the issue does not help the customer and only wastes everyone's time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be using this company again and cannot recommend their services.
