    We rented a BMW luxury sedan for our trip to Scottsdale. Upon arrival at Phoenix Skyharbor, we proceeded to the Syxt counter and after the usual admin procedures, our rental was shiny, beautiful and ready. The attendants at the airport were very courteous and efficient. The car performed perfectly throughout the entire time we were in Phoenix. Upon return, a superb attendant by the name of Uryia made us feel like VIPs as we brought the car back. Smile on her face, quick and thorough return, and her attitude and attention made this perhaps the best interaction with a car rental agency ever. Good on Syxt.

    Rented a car to Sedona. It was not properly maintained. Despite being in a dusty climate windshield wiper fluid was empty. Drove 2 hrs to Sedona where key fob battery warning light went on. I had concerns about being stranded and took several hours out of my trip to contact algorithmic customer service. They had no options other than for me to replace battery. Didn't offer to send one out. Said they wound send video on how to do it. Never did. Spent time calling back. Finally got the email (after YouTube it myself). Then finding Ace hardware for the battery. While it was not expensive, it took time away from the vacation. I was told to contact customer service for reimbursement. Three emails and multiple calls later with at least 3 photos of receipt sent. I still have no reimbursement 3 weeks later. Disappointed with status of car (premium model) and maintenance and lackadaisical response to addressing the issue. Definitely NOT impressed.

    This is apparently $490 worth of damage. STAY AWAY FROM SIXT

    This hertz is located right in the airport. I'm a gold member and really don't see any perks to it…read more Not even a courtesy fee waived for being 45 mins late on dropping my car off which is fine. They do add an additional 29 dollars to your total rental. Also it's 18 bucks to simply rent from the airport. You can check in on the app and it will direct you to your vehicle. They have a directory which will clarify which area to pick a car. Honestly they were all the same whether gold or not. You pick a car and drive out. Upon exit they ask for your driver license and give you your rental contract. Dropping off was easy as well they simply instruct you to leave the keys and a receipt will be emailed. Don't forget to take a pic of mileage and gas just in case. Car was clean and decline the fuel through the app it's much cheaper at gas stations.

We were first timers and we were stressed! During this experience I was able to get Experian on the phone immediately and tried to help me even though I wasn't renting with them! Just take that into consideration when choosing who to rent with!
