They charge to much for the shitty service they give my friend had been complaining that something was wrong with car and requested to change cars and they denied her. She would pay her rent and they would turn her car off and she has lost hundreds of dollars due to not being able to use what she paid for. Don't rent this company first they are so rude. I'm sitting waiting for car to be serviced and the ladies in the office are just talking crap about mechanic outside then they started talking about how a customer smells. No consideration, that customers are out in the heat while they're in the AC. Maybe they need a lesson to learn and go work outside for a little bit and learn the struggle the outside workers have. The mechanics are just trying to do their job while working in the heat. I truly hope the owner is taking care of their people that are working outside and at least have some coolers out there for them. I heard one of the girls say that she was an office managers, and she was always talking the most crap about the outside employees Treat your outside employees way better than that. The vehicles they rent you here are absolutely atrocious. The brakes went out in my car, and I returned the vehicle, and I have the company texting me asking me how I'm gonna pay the bill. I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice). The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired. I hardly know where to start. This company's conduct is utterly appalling, deserving of closure, and I wouldn't be surprised if the owners end up in prison. Their vehicles pose serious safety risks, are unroadworthy, and dangerous. They nickel and dime you while sending you off in a car that could comprise your life. The cars that were available for rent, were old and super dirty. The tires were nearly bald on both vehicles, interior was cracked and peeling. There were several dents/scratches on the exterior as well. I think it's absolutely shameful for them to charge $325+ a week for such busted looking cars. Especially for rideshare rentals. I had returned my car this week. I realized when I went to pick the car up they had me wait inside while they checked everything outside and after getting in the vehicle I realize the reason why was because it grossly smelled like smoke and it was totally dirty and hadn't been cleaned out. The air conditioner would work and that would quit working for an hour an hour and a half one day I couldn't get the car to start. They're only concerned is really pushing the cars out and not cleaning the cars at all and not like making the cars presentable. I will never rent from them again, I'm from a customer service perspective they are afraid to ask if everything went okay or do you have any questions or any of the basics because they don't want to be bothered with that. Bought a 2012 Honda Civic LX from this dealership. Working with Randy and Brad was a great experience. After one of our vehicles was totaled in a car accident about a month ago, we had been patiently waiting to find the right replacement vehicle. We found this vehicle through searching online then emailed/ and voice mailed about the vehicle. Randy contacted us right back to tell about the vehicle, that it was available, and for us to come in to look it over/ test drive it. When we arrived, Randy put a dealer plate on the car, gave us the keys, and let us just take it out for a drive by ourselves. Not many places let you do this anymore. They provided us with a carfax, showed us the out the door pricing, and even let us take it to our mechanic so we could have it checked out. After having the mechanics inspect the vehicle, they said it was a great vehicle! The overall experience was amazing. I was on a very strict budget for my daughters car and after meeting Brennen first he made me want to come back. After I came back we met with Brad and he was a God send to me and my daughter. He searched his inventory but the car he wanted to show me was out on loan so when it returned he promptly had Brennan call me after they cleaned it up and saved the car for me to purchase. I am so, so happy we went car shopping here! We found what we wanted online and headed on over. When we arrived we walked around the lot and looked at the cars. A young man came out with a price sheet and let us know that the cars listed are what they have in stock. It listed the make, model, mileage and price. He then said they are a no pressure kind of place and he would leave us to look around and if we had any questions to come on into the office and he would be happy to help. He then left us alone... something that NEVER happens when you go car shopping!!! It wasn't pitch after pitch, in your face craziness. I was beyond grateful for that. We found the car we wanted to test drive, gave them our drivers license so they could make a copy, they then handed us the keys and let us take out for a spin. Just the two of us with no salesmen clacking in our ear. We decided we liked the car, a 2012 Honda CR-Z with less than 40k miles, for around $10K. The car is in great condition, drove nice, looked nice, the works. We let them know we liked it, we asked some questions and they happily gave us all the info we were looking for. Then the paperwork for financing began. Again, PAINLESS and fast. They sent our information out to multiple lenders so we could get the best interest rate and decide who we wanted to go with for financing. I have never had such a pleasurable experience car shopping! They were very kind, hospitable and approachable without being forceful or off-putting. I also really appreciated that they weren't all up in my junk when I showed up to scope out their inventory. My favorite part, though, was how accommodating and relaxed they were about everything! I put a deposit down on a car that I was interested in and due to being ridiculously busy with school and work, they let me take the time that I needed to get all of my ducks in a row and finalize the sale (I took over a week). Pretty amazing little dealer! I appreciated that they let us look around at and test drive the car for as long as we wanted while they were in their office. Definitely a no-pressure environment. Speedy replies when texting (we originally saw their car off craigslist). I generally stay away from dealers and just buy private party off of craigslist because of dealership fees. I am not going to say they didn't have dealership fees but i will say the only way we could have gotten a better price would have been private party. We were just in a time crunch this time. Be very careful with these guys. I bought a car from them almost two years. I thought everything was great at the time. There are two questions you should always ask when you buy a car. 1. Is the title clear? 2. Is the frame damaged? These are really important if the car has been in a wreck. Randy showed me a Carfax for the car I was buying. It did show that it was in a wreck, but there wasn't any more information on the report he showed me. So, I asked him the two questions I just mentioned. He told me the title was clean and there WASN'T any damage to the frame. Well, fast forward two years. I am at a dealership looking at a different car. I asked the dealer to give me an estimate on my trade-in. He runs and Carfax report to make sure everything I told him was correct. GUESS WHAT! My information was not accurate at all. The title was NOT clear and the car DID have frame damage. I was blatantly lied to by Millenium Auto Network and they sold a car to me for twice what it was worth. I am pretty sure there are laws that are supposed to protect buyers from this, but these guys don't seem to care. Long story short, if you buy from these guys you better run your own Carfax report because they will rip you off. They will try to hide everything that is wrong with the car. Do not trust them at all. I am stuck with a car that isn't worth anything because Randy completely lied. Just be extremely careful. read more

Horrible buying experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very long extensive shady process of paper work. They are still asking for documents and the deal is already over. Before I bought the car I asked one of the sales reps what the gap in my bumper was all about and he said it was the wind on the truck when the car was in transit. After owning the car for a couple weeks I took it in for its oil change and they told me it looks like it has diffidently been in an accident and just not documented and then showed evidence of where the car was pieced back together. I am very disappointed in this dealership and I have learned my lesson. I am warning all potential buyers to be careful. They are very nice when you meet them but they don't answer the phone after the paperwork is signed if you know what I mean. read more

I needed a car and the first thing I did was to sit down and tell them what I was looking for. They said it might take some time to find it but they would and sure enough, when they called me it was exactly the car I was looking for and about 3,000 less than any of the dealers, plus they certified it for me so the warranty extends to 138k miles. How I really hate the car buying and selling process. These folks have made me a customer for life. Not only did they sell me a terrific car for a good price, they treat me like family. On top of selling me a car, they traded in my old truck and are consigning my Tahoe for me. They are fair. A word about their location. Every time I go by a fancy dealership, I think about how much profit it takes to build those expensive buildings. In other words, don't come here for showiness, although they might offer you some chips from their bag. Come here for good cars, good prices and to gain new friends. It's around 0900. We found the car online, 4th gen 4wd 4Runner. In fact, this was the only dealership with these hard-to-find vehicles in the valley, and they had two. The first one, no go, the second however looked good. Randy introduced himself and handed us the key to take a test drive. No pressure, no sales pitch just "here's the keys, go for a ride." Fast forward to 1530 four other dealerships, one with a seriously shady owner, and we're back at M.A.N. We liked the car immensely, the price was right, and this was the only dealership we didn't feel like we were under a microscope from the staff. During the test drive we noticed a few issues, the main one was the driver side rear indicator light was out. Before purchasing we were informed that the issues would be fixed. So a sale was made. The light was a little more complicated than was expected, but eventually the part was replaced, and we were provided a loaner car in the interim.
