I reserved a car on Monday to pick up after work & after I dropped my car off. I was able to pick up my rental car pretty quickly. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the return. I turned the rental car in on Thursday after work. It took a long time to return it. They were busy, but I really wanted to get in & out in a timely manner because I still had to go across town to pick my car up. My car isn't fixed yet, so I will need to most likely rent a car two more times until my car is fixed. Hopefully pick up & drop off go quicker the next two times. It wasn't so slow that I won't continue to go back. The staff our helpful & friendly.

Eric, a veteran like myself was amazing to deal with. Very thorough and professional checking out the car for me. Dropping off the car was just as pleasant working with Justin. Again very helpful and professional and made returning the car super easy. Only thing was the car had a light odor and looking at the service sticker it appears the vehicle was 12k miles over the recommended oil change mileage-- and the car sure drove like it. Let the staff know and they were going to look at this. Stellar customer service, just need a little extra attention to the vehicles. Looking forward to going back soon.

We delivered the vehicle back with full gas and he ignored us and said we wanted that which he upgraded us on us. Late review... First…read moretime Silvercar user in Phoenix. This has got to be the easiest and quickest I've gotten a rental. From Sky Harbor, a quick shuttle ride to the Silvercar lot. Someone comes out and greets you, gets you set up. Pull up the app, scan the bar code and off you go. May have taken 10 minutes tops from the shuttle to on the road in an A4. Best experience I've had at a rental agency. All paperwork completed on the app beforehand saves so much time. Definitely not the last time I'll be using Silvercar, either in Phoenix or other cities with availability.

We decided to ask the Silvercar concierge if they had availability for a Q5 at that time. The reply was very prompt and they had a Q5 at that time. We headed to the Blue Sky Shuttle from terminal 4 which takes you to the Silvercar parking location. We had to scan the code on the Audi and it unlocked by itself. No lines, no counters! The staff were all very nice and courteous, they helped us with our luggage and off we went! The car was a clean and new Q5 with all the bells and whistles. It is an excellent car to take for road trips. The return was again no hassle and great. All in all it was a great experience costing less than what we would've paid for a fully loaded luxury car at another company. If I come to Phoenix again or another city that has Silvercar, I'll definitely use them!

Avis lost me as a business traveler (been using them for the last 13 years) and personal vacation for life. If you do rent from them, then take tons of pics in and outside the car while at the rental area before to take it and after you drop it off. They will try to charge you for anything they can (e.g., cleaning fee of $250) and don't do so until 2-4 weeks later. Take pics of the gas receipt and gas gauge after you drop it off too. They charged me when I returned it full and I had to show them it was full via my pics. Now, I'm doing everything I can to pull their contract from my company b/c I don't want my colleagues to suffer as I did.

I booked it using a third party app, Hopper. My car was ready and waiting for me at the front of the hotel when I arrived for pick-up. I even got a little upgrade. The car was clean and well taken care of. The two associates I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful. Since this location is inside a hotel, I was a little unsure about where to drop off the car. The office was already closed when I scheduled my return time. However, the same gentleman I met with at pick-up was still at the hotel and came out to assist me. He asked me to leave it at the front and that he would park it himself, even though he was off the clock! Excellent customer service. I received an email shortly after with my receipt and everything was correct.

I picked a cadillac escalade and used Budgets "PayNow" and saved a few bucks. I did everything online, reserved the car and paid. My email confirmation said I rented a Jeep Wrangler.- I NEVER even looked at that vehicle. WTF. Long story short after calling Customer service 1 min after confirmation, they said I had to pay $50 to cancel the reservation or $922 to upgrade to a cadillac escalade. This is what I get from straying from alamo.....I paid the $50 and now I hate them!
