Had a really good experience at this Enterprise, was a little surprised at the ratings. I needed a car to drive to CA for work and was met by Eric. Eric, a veteran like myself was amazing to deal with. Very thorough and professional checking out the car for me. Dropping off the car was just as pleasant working with Justin. Again very helpful and professional and made returning the car super easy. Only thing was the car had a light odor and looking at the service sticker it appears the vehicle was 12k miles over the recommended oil change mileage-- and the car sure drove like it. Let the staff know and they were going to look at this. Stellar customer service, just need a little extra attention to the vehicles. Looking forward to going back soon. read more

And I leased a car from here for a yearly Disneyland and had the best customer service , my car gave out and assumed me would get the same customer service Assistant manager Brandon assisted us and gave us a around around with documents that we provided 1 week before .. then all our paper work went through and proceed to tell my husband he will upgrade him to a complementary upgrade cause of the hassle but continued to charge us full price . We delivered the vehicle back with full gas and he ignored us and said we wanted that which he upgraded us on us. Plus he told us the guy that helped us was fried because he was skipping steps.. how is this fair and I personally think he is low key racist he didn't wanna help us we work hard at a hospital medical lab technicals and at the casino why be making us struggle more brandon .. worst experience read more

I'm a loyal Enterprise/National customer and even converted my companies client rentals through them as they do a great job. My personal experience has always been good with Enterprise/National as well, and this rental for the most part was great. I was a walk in customer and just needed something small for 24 hours while in the Phoenix area. I was quickly helped and overall the experience was relatively positive, with a few minor annoyances. The vehicle I did get (Toyota Camry) was definitely not up to the usual Enterprise standards. The car was very dirty on the outside, the interior windows had smudge marks on them, cupholders had small pieces of left over trash and the seats and plastic mouldings had stains. Again, it's definitely not something I experience often with Enterprise so this was disappointing. It seems as though the car had just been dropped off by a customer. The car also only had just over a 1/4 tank of gas left in it, which didn't bother me a whole lot as I had limited driving to do, but trying to refuel a vehicle to the exact spot again before return was a hassle. The final annoyance with this rental was the representative's hard sell on insurance ... I had mentioned numerous times to him my credit card would be covering insurance in full, however he continued pressuring me with stories about private property accidents, police reports etc. This was not appreciated and not something I experience with Enterprise usually. read more

This past weekend I rented a large SUV for a family trip from California to Arizona. On day 2 a message appeared saying the car needed immediate service. I took it to the closest Enterprise which happened to be this location. The gentleman at the counter said they didn't have anything of the same size (which I can understand), couldn't look up local inventory (doesn't make sense because my local branch can) and suggested I take it to get an oil change at one of the companies they affiliate with and they'll be charged. Absolutely no help and expect me to waste who knows how long to hopefully get this resolved. I received the best customer service here from everyone I encountered. I had to leave my Jeep at the dealership for a minor repair, which I thought would take about 20 minutes. I was wrong; they needed it for a few hours and offered me a rental. I'm the type who doesn't request a specific car when I need a rental--I just take what I get since it was only for a few hours anyway. When they said, "We are giving you this beauty," I thought, "Oh, okay, sounds great." The girl who walked me to the car (I didn't catch her name) had an amazing personality! Dropped off husband to pick up his rental that we reserved online. They did not have a car available. All they basically did was offer him a ride home, vs taking the initiative to call another location for availability, as he needed to leave town for an emergency. Husband declined the ride home, and insisted that they call another one of your stores. One was found, and he received top notch service there. We will not be returning to this location. The one in Mesa on Southern was exceptional. It may be a farther drive, but it will be worth it to take our business there! read more

I feel like I am renting a car every month through enterprise and have had success in the past as repeat customer through Mopar rental partnership. Today was not the case as I have previously booked reservations the day of with each previous rental and have been properly accommodated with a rental of size. Today that was not the case, and the worker directly lied to me stating that my reservation was not there when I clearly received a confirmation that my reservation was in fact in the system and ready to go. I would personally steer away from this location for any leisure or personal rentals as they are not trustworthy with your reservation as it appeared today. Unfortunately, with the Earnhardt partnership, this is the only option and the vehicle that they rent out are pretty beat up. For example, the rental I was put in had multiple dents as well as chips in the windshield and looks like a dog got a hold of the key fob. As a platinum member, that has rented from Enterprise EVERY month for the last 5 years, I can say without hesitation, I will NEVER rent from this location ever again. The only reason we veered from our usual Queen Creek location was due to the hours we needed to drop the car off. These clowns wanted me to have TWO forms of proof of residency and THREE PERSONAL references, just to use a debit/credit card to pay for my rental. Sounds absurd and unheard of, correct? Why would I need proof of residency and references to use my debit card/credit card that can be run as credit vs nothing for a credit card?? On top of that, an employee tried to square up with me. Only after I requested the regional manager/ corporate number did the employee/Store manager try to justify his actions and explain how not all people have to jump through these hoops for rentals, sometimes the computer just "randomly selects" customers to "put through the process of becoming a renter." 3 hours later and 2 trips home, I finally have the vehicle I needed. read more

You lost a Gold Member today Enterprise! Your corporate policies are not only flawed but the treatment of a gold members wife when attempting to rent a car was unacceptable. You claim the wife isn't verified but the husband is and your refusal to take my husband's verified status and credit card as a piece of information for the wife to rent a car is not only ridiculous but bad business. You treat good honest verified customers like my husband like a bad customer. You ask for proof to tie customer to the address but when I provided a lease agreement I was told it could be forged. When I said I don't use credit cards but my husband has a business credit card & he is a VERIFIED GOLD member you said he has to be in person at the store. You refused to not accommodate a good customer but also treat that Gold member's wife like she was a homeless person off the street. We use enterprise for both business and now in between buying another a car also as a personal rental. Not only will my husband no longer use you for business rentals when other companies ask him to rent a vehicle but we also won't consider your car lot for our new car search. Your manger wasn't apologetic he was unapologetic and Enterprise corporate was warned this would be a problem and yes, now we see it is a problem. Repeating the cost of a rental over and over again and falsely claiming it's a 60,000 dollar car is also not smart or professional. Your manager at this location could use better tactics when dealing with someone with a long verified car rental history. My husband on the phone was treated like he was not really him and I was told "it could be anyone" you accuse me of lying and forgery and that is bad business. Your manager at this location could use better tactics when dealing with someone with a long history with Enterprise and accusing me of presenting a possibly fake lease agreement and saying my husband on the phone who is a gold member could also not be really him is again UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been renting from Enterprise for nearly 9 years now across 3 states. This is the worst branch I've ever dealt with. I rented a minivan from them for 3 days to be returned at Phoenix airport. They called me a day prior and I confirmed my arrival time with them. Then I showed up there only to wait over half an hour for the car to be ready. I then realized that the car was in need of service and the radar system responsible for adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation was inoperative. At the time of return at the airport I tried to complain about the car but the guy there said he can't take my complaint because it was rented from another branch. So he left the contract open and told me to call the SanTan branch. I called the branch and talked to an agent there which told me she's going to discuss with the manager and get back to me before the end of the day. Only to get an email with the contract closed at the end of the day with no call, nothing. Apparently they don't care about their customers anymore. read more

I have visited this location two times in the past two weeks, and I can't praise the staff, particularly Eric, Daniel, and Stephanie, for working with me and getting me a great rental on the spot while I had relatives in from out of town. They were able to find a midsized vehicle on the spot, and I got a fair price as well. They didn't waste my time trying to up-sell options I didn't need, which was awesome because I needed to get up to my office quickly before the tech guys left for the weekend! They did suggest the damage coverage, because I had to be on part of that dang 101, and who knows what will get kicked up at the car on that route. Getting the car was fast, returning it was SUPER gas! If you get into their loyalty program, renting is much faster too, because you can do it online with only the check-in and walk through of the vehicle. Both vehicles I rented were in superb condition. I won't even bother looking at other car rental companies. They have lots of cars in every class. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. On 7/23/24 I had a SUV run a stop sign in the Gilbert Motorplex and totalled my car. After speaking with my insurance company, I went directly to Enterprise to rent a car. During a walk around the car, (no photos were taken, my first mistake) I pointed out a few scratches on the car. I signed the contract without reading it in detail (my 2nd mistake). After the fact, I realized no notes were taken of scratches I pointed out. While I had the rental, I parked in places to be sure not to get door dings or scratches. I turned the car back in to Enterprise on 8/2. A few days later, I received an email from their Damage Recovery Unit claiming I owe $1033.58 for damages. The pictures they sent were blurry and I couldn't make anything out. I'm 66 and a careful driver. There's no way I damaged the car. I disputed the charges but still have to pay. I suspect they are trying to defraud insurance companies. read more

I tried calling beforehand but irrespective of the option I pushed nobody answered the phone!!! I could tell then this business is in chaos!! there were 15 people in line upon my arrival .... 9 o'clock in the morning...one service agent at the desk!!! hire some staff!! Once I was waited on the female manager with her hair in a bun was exceptionally efficient and the young black girl with long braids was very friendly in walking me through the car.... but taking a 10 minute exercise and turning it into an hour ...is not my idea of service!! read more

Had to get a rental for 10 days as I was involved in an accident. My insurance company uses Enterprise as a provider. With my reservation, I had a quick courteous check in-out, no hassles at the counter. Renting from Enterprise seems to be fairly reasonable, easy and offer more car availability for this industry. My insurance company plan only covered economy, the original vehicle they had for me wouldn't work for my line of work. I need a car with a larger trunk space. The young man helping me was able to get me in a Jeep Renegade for about $5 ( out of pocket) per day. After return of the vehicle, gas was at the proper amount and car was still as clean as it was when I picked it up- so zero issues! Rent from Enterprise next time... way better counter policy/employee training than others I've used in the past for travel. read more

Okay, so I want to start off by saying I will NEVER rent another car through Enterprise ever again after this experience. I had went to this superstition location to set up a reservation l. They promised me a specific quote and specific car, I get to the location the following day at the time I was supposed to so I can pick up the vehicle promised and they gave my car to the lady in front of me because she was a "In a rush to get to a church event asap". Mind you this lady had NO RESERVATION! They then had NO available cars for me to take for my reservation at this point and suggested I go to another location to get a car if I needed one "That bad". So, I go to the next location and they also have NO CARS AVAILABLE either. They express that I should call and put a new reservation in at the Metroplex location because they are the "Biggest location & have ALL the available cars". So I call customer care, they set up a new reservation for me at that location and ensure that there is availability at that location. I go to that location and guess what? NO F****ing AVAILABLE CARS AT ALL! Then the lady is extremely rude and tells me I need to step out so she can tend to her "other customers in the lobby". I call customer care and they tell me a Regional manager will call me within 15-20 minutes because this is "NOT HOW THEY DO BUSINESS" well apparently it is, because NOT ONE REGIONAL MANAGER CALLED ME. 2 hours went by and I didn't hear anything from anybody about my situation. I call back, I get another rep on the phone ensuring me a RM will call me by the end of the day! I'm now writing this at 5:01pm MST, and I still have NOT RECEIVED A CALL! I own a solar company, I was booking for a full 3 weeks! I have sales reps I needed to pick up from the airport and bring them to their Airbnb that we paid $10,000 for! My son's engine is getting replaced through Kia and they approved us getting a loaner car in the meantime. When we got to Enterprise, everyone was so helpful and greeted us upon walking in. Jade was amazing and so sweet and cheerful. She made sure my son was comfortable in the car they gave him and made the whole transaction very easy and quick. Was needing a rental because my truck was getting four recalls completed across the street. After the employee gets my driver license there was a red note on their tablet that said do not rent stating that I owed $1340.24 dollars for a previous rental (which was paid in full). I have a small business and do all my rentals through Enterprise. I understand if you have a balance then you can't release a rental to a customer, which was not the case after calling the customer service line, I was giving by the employee that was helping me. They stated it was a glitch in the system which were their exact words. The issue was basically yelling this information out in a crowded establishment so other customers can hear. This was the most embarrassing moment of my day and terrible customer service from all employees involved. Guess we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future! read more

Customer service is good but for the safety of my family, Especially my babies I am only giving them two stars. The car that they gave me, the tired exploded while I was driving in the middle of the freeway on my way to work. I was really really scared, lucky that I already drop off my kids before this happened. It caused me to be late for work by 2 hours. I don't know why such a big company rent a car out and not checking the car properly, it's very dangerous and could cause major accidents (lucky I'm safe). We were picked up by their shuttle service and given a car comparable to ours, WITH AC lol. Sadly we cannot recommend this Enterprise. Pick another location if you want fast, courteous custom service. We walked in with only two other customers in the lobby. Over an hour and a half later we got our car. I can understand if the lobby was packed but this location runs in slow motion and their attitude toward customers need to improve drastically. Other locations we have went to are very helpful and efficient. Sadly this is not one of them. We rented from here one other time and three customers had to leave because they couldn't accommodate due to poor management, not having inventory because of "overbooked car (whatever that means), and lack of staff to speed thing up. Sorry Enterprise but we will not use this location again. I strongly suggest you use a different location as well. read more
