Took a week over the initial allotted time. Car arrived with dirt all over the inside including seats and dash. Floor was wet. Almost like the delivery driver purposely rolled down the windows while driving in the rain. Sale person was uniformed on the vehicle and said it had options that were not included. Had to spend an additional $2,000 upon delivery of vehicle. Overall a bad experience and would find another dealership if I could go back.

He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies!

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

I selected this location because I had another appointment in the area. I have used Safelite in…read morePinal county in the past, so I trusted the brand. I showed up early for my appointment and was told to come back closer to the expected time. No problem at all. I came back closer to my appointment time and was checked right in for a windsheild replacement. The lobby is very well sized and comfortable with plenty of seating for those choosing to wait. The restroom was very clean. Some complimentary beverages are available, however, I brought my own water so I didn't use theirs. A TV was up on the wall that helped pass the time. The staff are all very polite and professional, even with less than ideal customers in front of them complaining. Composure was maintained very well, quite impressive! It only took just over an hour for my car to be done, I was very pleased, as the typical wait could be up to 3 hours! I am very pleased with the results and now have a clear windshield to see out of! I had to go in because my car needed calibration as well, so mobile service wasn't an option. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in the valey needing either rock chip repair or full replacement of any auto glass! The replacement didn't cost me anything, as my insurance covered it in full. I would return here if the need arised again and I was in the area.
