    We went on KBB to find out an approximate value on our vehicle. Donnie with Berge Mazda, reached out right away. We scheduled an appointment there, and met with Trent and Matt to discuss selling our vehicle to them. Our experience was pleasant, no pressure, and professional! These two guys were easy to deal with, and we feel we got a fair price for our vehicle. I would definitely consider doing business at this location next time we're in the market for a new vehicle! I would also highly recommend this place to all our friends! Thanks for a Great experience Trent and Matt!!

    I had the greatest experience at Berge Mazda today! I went in to upgrade my key faub for my 2021 Mazda CX 5, and left with a 2026 Premium CX5. I was planning on upgrading soon anyway. The staff was so awesome. They are like family. So welcoming, helpful with NO pressure. Sales Manager Matt Wunder remembered me from my last visit and greeted me. Kami Tate, Customer Care Dir. called me today to let me know the new Mazda was in and greeted me as well. Brandon Kester Product Specialist helped me through the process, and took the time to go over all the vehicles impressive amenities once I completed the purchase. Hayden Brown, Financial Manager escorted me through all the paperwork on his illuminated technologically advanced and quite savy desktop. Thank you all for making my day and experience with my extraordinary New Mazda CX5 so fabulous!

    10/10 Stars! Berge Mazda on Baseline is hands-down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Jake was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish--no pressure, no games, just genuine transparency and care. He, along with his amazing team (especially Corey and Aaron), are truly the change we car buyers have been waiting for. This team completely flips the script on the old, scamming/pushy/awful car salesman stereotype. Instead, they made the entire process pleasant, understanding, and genuinely exciting, whether you're buying or leasing. I felt listened to, respected, and supported every step of the way. I went to three different Mazda dealerships locally, and this was a no-brainer. This is my second lease at Berge Mazda on Gilbert--and it definitely won't be my last. I absolutely love my new car and can't thank this team enough for making the experience so easy and fun.     Moses aka "El guapo" and Andrew saved the day in the service department when the trunk to my mother's car wouldn't open with my phone locked inside. 4 other shops and 3 locksmiths wouldn't even try, but Moses The Magician made it happen and even donated his United States Marine patch to cover the hole that I had drilled before bringing it in. Thank you guys for the hospitality and unconventional approach to an unconventional issue. Shoutout to Robert Perez for hanging out and sharing his story of perseverance, I appreciate the wise words and motivation. Cheers my friend, keep on keepin' on.

    My car key stopped working. I went to the Berge Mazda service center and Steve Ross put new batteries in both my keys and spent a lot of extra time showing me little tricks like a hidden key which was in one of my car keys. And how to turn it on even when the key isn't working. I really appreciate the great service.

    RUN, don't walk away from this dealership! We bought a…read morevehicle in late August and in the last few days have discovered significant issues. We were told there was only a 15 day warranty (we opted not to pay for an extended warranty because the inspection came back solid, or so we were told, so we didn't think and extended warranty was necessary), and while we were given a number and told to "call if we had any issues", we thought that nothing could be done as it was past the 15 day mark, and if the car was overheating within minutes, I don't think it would have made the 14 mi drive to the dealership. So we chose to take it to our trusted mechanic that we've used for years, plus our mechanic opens at 7am so my husband could still get to work on time. Telling me that they'd have had a mechanic meet us at 9am, as if they'd be doing us this big favor (because they open at 10am) isn't exactly a solution. Come to find out, the car needed $4400 worth of work, majority of which could not have just popped up out of nowhere in the less than a month that we've had the car. So if the car was fully inspected before purchased like we were told that it was, there's no way they wouldn't have found these things. When I called and spoke to ownership, they were more focused on blaming us for not calling them first to "give them an opportunity" and for "choosing" to take it to another mechanic. This car never should have even left the lot in that condition and yeah I yelled at the guy on the phone (but not right off the bat-- I really tried to be patient), mostly because I was frustrated that he kept talking over me, interrupting me, and using the same useless, blaming phrases over and over when all I was asking was how we move forward from here. The only solution offered during that call was that I should call our mechanic and have him put back together what he'd already taken apart. But then in addition to the cost of that labor, we'd also incur the cost of a tow truck, because it would not have been safe to drive in the condition it was in. And here's the thing. There's all these positive Google reviews saying how friendly they are and how good their customer service is. But those are happy customers. Everyone loves a happy customer. It's how you treat a disgruntled customer that counts and that is a necessary skill to have if you're going to own a business. Take this as a learning experience, because if you treat customers like that, especially an unhappy customer seeking a realistic solution, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to the business. Last Friday (it's now Tuesday), the owner told my husband that he would look over an itemized bill from the mechanic we took the car to "see where we're at" and "might be able to" reimburse us for anything that their inspection should have caught. He took days to even send his email to us for us to forward the itemized bill and has since been dodging our calls. I want to re-state that this was the same person who was swearing up and down that he "could have been reached anytime, day or night", and now won't answer our calls or texts.

The process can be so long and frustrating, it was turning out to be one disappointment after another as we went and checked out cars in different places. One used dealer was cocky as always when we tried to negotiate with him about a vehicle that obviously needed several repairs. That dealer said they'd do the repairs for us for an extra $500 on top of a car that was already $1500 over blue book value yeah right. We walked away from that place and shook the dust off our feet lol. Then we looked at some private owner vehicles, all said there were no issues with their cars but when we went to look there were alas several issues. We tried negotiating with the private owners successfully but then the deal would fall through for one reason or another. My mom hasn't bought a car in 20 years so she was getting very discouraged. My husband and I decided to look on our own and check out a vehicle first before telling Mom so she wouldn't have to deal with more disappointment. I found Hudson's auto on OfferUp. Hubby was against it because they're a dealer but I was impressed that the car price was right around the actual blue book value and not sky high over the top. We contacted them with a reply right away. They let us come look within an hour and everything seemed to check out. There were a few issues with the car, as there always will be with a 20 year old vehicle. My husband knows cars very well, his whole life and family are in the car industry, so as he went through inspecting the car, George was there with him letting my husband know the work he had done. Hubby verified that it was accurate. We felt really good about George and were getting the sense that he was an honest business man. He even offered the student deal for my mom since she's a teacher, which he didn't have to do! He offered to fix a few minor issues as well before we paid and signed the deal, which he didn't have to do. We will be recommending Hudson's Autos to everyone we know. Fair prices, quality used vehicles, excellent customer service, knowledgeable and helpful, and they go the extra mile. I didn't expect to be amazed, but we are! This is really a family run business, George's wife does paperwork and their son is even with them in the office. In considering a dealer vs private owner, I feel like we got the best of both worlds with Hudson's Autos. EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely happy with our vehicle and the buying process.

    Bought a Car from them, then a few days later my cars randomly break on the freeway almost killing…read moreme. So I bring it in to be fixed under the warranty... that was 8 months ago... Every time they say they "fixed" the issue, the same issue just returns with additional problems. I recommend you never use this place to buy or for your car needs. Horrible service and avoiding the actual issue of selling me a none working car. DONT USE THERE SERVICES!!!

A few months ago, I woke up and my car was dead, I had gotten it replaced about a year before. Brandy had me come in the next day and replaced it while I waited because I had just started a new job and couldn't leave it. She updated me throughout the wait. She was so friendly and professional. She got me right in and out, the battery was even under warranty which was a nice surprise. This time around, I needed a loaner. I had an essay of concerns that needed to be looked at, because I brought my vehicle to another dealership a while back and they treated me terribly and never resolved any of my issues. When I arrived Niko (I believe his name was), came out and greeted me with a smile, took my keys to move my vehicles up to the correct spot in the service drive. Brandy already had all the paperwork pulled up, ready for me and my appointment. The whole time they had my vehicle, she updated me, advised the issues they found, confirmed the noises and concerns I had. Took care of it all with a smile on her face. She is so down to earth and just a genuinely a good person. After I had my vehicle for a day or two, she called me to check in. To make sure that everything seemed alright with the vehicle. After repairing all the concerns, the other dealership "could not duplicate".... we did find a few things we will get looked at in the future. And I am appreciative that I have a service department and service advisor I trust and look forward to working with. Brandy and her team are awesome. And I am very thankful! Thank you again, Brandy!
