Awful, unprofessional. Called on a Wednesday to look at two cars for Friday morning. Instead of having both ready, they instead keep one in the showroom, and try to get me to agree on pricing before test driving it. Then we have to waste 20 minutes for them to shuffle cars to get it out of the showroom around even though they had over a day notice I'd be coming. Next we try and negotiate on price on the showroom vehicle. After spending days going back and forth, they then say oh, we have been negotiating on the wrong car all along. Despite me making it clear that I wasn't interested in the other vehicle and was clear it was the showroom vehicle. At no point did I express interest in the other vehicle. Unprofessional, no respect for anyone else's time, and are the precise reason why people cannot stand the car buying process or car salesman. I made it very clear which one, had already confirmed that, and then they tried to rescind out of what they had already offered. Stay away. Just another used car dealer couched as luxury but in reality no better than the epitome of all that is atrocious about the car buying experience. read more

Out of state buyers beware. They lied about the interest rates. They lied about the delivery Date - I was not there to accept the car that was 2 days late - my kid signed for it. All 4 tires would not pass Missouri inspection. I was told by the GM, "Do what you want we are not paying for it", "You had someone you trust sign off of vehicle", "Nothing I can do. Will pass info on to owner but he's out of town for week", "The pic has no damage at all". "If something happed was after left here", "Seems like they are being shady about it", referring to the transport company. I never heard from the owner. 34 Days now and still no title - accruing registration fines. Bad door handle, no reverse light, and a bubble on the side of 4 trash tires with incurring registration fees. I'm frustrated to say the least. I feel like they got my signature and dismissed me. As of recent I have been getting the itch to purchase a new car. Since luxury vehicles seem to depreciate at a quicker rate than conventional vehicles, I've been looking at low mileage Certified Preowned BMW 840i Gran Coupes (GC). After opening the search parameters to 1,000 miles from my home, I came across a 2021 840i GC with 17k miles for $54k. I immediately sent an email to the dealership expressing my interest and was contacted by a friendly employee named Brendan. Brendan provided lots of details about the car and even recorded a personalized video showcasing the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Although the asking price was reasonable, I did attempt to negotiate the price; however, Brendan respectfully informed me that Beemer Haus' prices are fixed (similar to Car Max). Regardless, I was pleased with the condition of the car, it's plethora of features, and the price. Therefore, I asked for Brendan to provide me with a cost breakdown sheet based on my pre-approval rate. Less than 20 minutes later I had a breakdown sheet that met my budget. Unfortunately, my credit union mentioned that there would be additional steps to secure the vehicle since the dealership is out of state (I live in California). They were steps that I was not willing to take, so I ended up backing out of the process. On a positive note, Brendan was a joy to work with. He seemed genuinely happy to assist me in securing the vehicle and his demeanor did not change when I informed him that I would not be finalizing a deal. I will try to keep this short. After scouring the currently inflated used market, I went to purchase a newer 3 series from Beemerhaus after losing my last car in an accident. Not an optimal situation, but after seeing the quality of their inventory and prices compared to pretty much everything else on the market that wasn't private seller, I had a good gut feeling. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and quality of their cars for a used car dealership, and every interaction I had from David to Jordan to Nick to Brendan was exceptional. I found a pretty much mint car with one owner and no known problems and they got me out the door for a below market price, and even did a handshake deal when my debit card wouldn't cover the remainder of the tax. I had a problem with the right front strut after attempting to get an alignment done at a BMW dealership, so I called the owner (Charbel) and he had me come down and swapped out both front struts for free. I cannot recommend these guys enough, both in terms of the quality of cars they have on their lot and the quality people they have working for them. Buy your next BMW here. read more

Beemer Haus - 2021 BMW 330i - Car Dealers Near Me - mesa, Arizona

So I bought a car from here in July of last year. It's a car I am in love with and was the perfect spec of what I wanted. Now idc how much I'm going to pay for something if I really want it. However, at this dealership the markups they have on their cars can be really ridiculous. I know every business needs to make money and I have zero issues with that. But pricing a car 3-5k higher price than what most dealers are selling for the same car with the same features. The people who work there were nice to talk to and I enjoyed talking to them and working with them but if you're going to buy a car from them THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU ABOUT ANY ISSUES IT MIGHT HAVE. The front passenger wheel was bent on my car making it vibrate quite a bit when you get over 80+ mph. I didn't realize this was an issue caused by a bent wheel I simply thought the wheels just needed to be rebalanced. I'm not that upset about that because I planned on getting new wheels anyways so it's whatever. Then the day bought the car I noticed the window regulators were wonky asffffffff. The sales rep knew about this but didn't tell me about it until after I signed the papers. Yes it's annoying but I'll still love the car and idc about getting anything fixed for the car I love. I just wish they were upfront and honest about this especially since they had a ridiculous price on the car. 8k more than the same cars with the same mileage. Yes it has some exterior modifications that I appreciated but that still doesn't justify the price. THE MAIN ISSUE I have with them is the fact they told me my car has a JB4 installed already. Which was one of the selling points that made me want the car more. The car for sure has a time but it's not a JB4 piggyback system. So to my surprise 6 months later when I went to connect to the JB4 only to find out there is no JB4 at all connected to this car. Now I can understand some people thinking this is me being picky but honestly I still would've bought the car if they were straight up and told me it had a flash tune vs a JB4. I just wish they were upfront and honest about what it actually has so I don't feel like an idiot going to retune my car only to find out it doesn't have what they said. Maybe the salesman made a mistake but he already didn't tell me about any of the issues the car has. I don't mind buying a car that needs repairs. Most of the time I expect that. But for you to tell me that your shop has taken care of the car mechanically before putting it on the sales floor is just messed up bro. I'm not the type to leave reviews because I'm usually just a laid back person that doesn't give too many F's about things going bad. It's just the fact they hid so much and pumped up the price for no real justifiable reason is why I'm leaving this 1 start review. If you come to get a car here you might as well just go to the bmw dealer to get one. The BMW dealer will stand on 10 toes about every fact coming out their mouth about the car you're buying. Plus 9/10 times you will be leaving with a car that actually worth the value vs the cars they have for sale here. Yes they have an amazing selection with beautiful specs but at the same time they won't tell you about the extremely polished turd you're about to buy from them. I love my car but I wish they were just upfront with me from the start and actually priced their cars reasonably. I swear they think they can hike up the prices just because they have BEEMER in their business name. GOOFY AHHH DEALERSHIP! I had purchased a Corvette in the summer of 2022. I found that getting into and out of the vehicle was tougher than I imagined. I decided to purchase a BMW 7-series having owned one in the past. I found a couple great candidates on Beemer Haus website. I stopped in around 4:30 on a Wed. I was immediately greeted by both the receptionist and Richard. I asked about 7-series. Richard showed me the two I found online. He explained the differences. They were very clean and quality units. I was willing to purchase if I could get decent money for the Corvette. I had an idea what I would get having looked at another BMW at a different dealership. I was introduced to Charbel the owner. He looked at my vehicle and showed me the 'book out' on the computer. Knowing that I hadn't owned it very long he was very nice and gave me an excellent value for it. It was a very easy and painless experience. Update to my review, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from an actual BMW dealership. I really wish I would've listened to some of these reviews. After signing all the paperwork and forms I noticed they kept saying "let us put this in the glove box for you!" "Let me go ahead and put that in the glove box so you don't have to!" Which was kind at first but got weird after the 7th time. Found out quickly why they didn't want me to touch the glovebox. I drive off the lot, hit a bump, and the glove box flies open. The latch was broken and they intentionally hid that. What a sign of what was to come. Here's the long list of issues with the vehicle: 1. The glove box latch was broken. 2. Headlight ribbon begins to dim. (They tell me to use my warranty & take it to arrowhead BMW though I thought it was covered within the 15 days?) 3. They sold me a car with a bad battery 4. The engine mount on the driver side is in terrible shape. 5. There are no floor matts 6. There is an alignment issues, something that was called out on the last emissions test though they stated there were no reported issues with the vehicle in October. 7. The car fax service maintenance dates are wrong (David stated the owner is just really bad at putting in the entries when they happen but assures me the vehicle was serviced) 8. They reluctantly fix the headlight but didn't mention it was dimmer than the right when I picked it up. This is partially on me, it was so sunny and I was in a hurry so I didn't spend much time comparing. As soon as I was in my garage where there was shade, I could tell. I immediately called and they said "I'm really trying here. I noticed it, how didn't you?" 9. It smelled so BAD like cigar smoke, it's taken me 3 details and 1 chlorine tablets session to get the smell to be just a little better. In the span of 8 weeks I put 200+ miles driving to this dealership. Please do not purchase your car from here. They'll ignore you, gaslight you, and say "I don't want to put anymore money in your car, I'm tired of it." OR "I tried all that I can, I really did but I don't know what else to do to fix the issue" (yet they'll convince you you're in safe hands as their service tech worked for BMW for 10+ years). The only way to get them to respond and acknowledge you or your concerns is to let them know you will be filing a consumer complaint. From what I was told when the rep reached out to me? It's not their first. I am currently driving a "brand new" car that has a headlight out. It's embarrassing, I wish I would've never purchased a vehicle from them and I hope someone learns from my mistake and avoids this dealership at all costs. They supposedly shipped me a check for $250 from my warranty company to "help" cover a new headlight but that never came. The last time I was at that dealership they swore they would resolve it but then again ignored my calls and texts. I'm also now stuck in a contract with an awful warranty company because they wouldn't cancel my contract the four times I asked in the first two weeks I was in that dealership. read more

I fell in love with a white X5 there was a small crack in the bumper that potentially could have been a dealbreaker. The owner happened to be there and we asked him how much it would cost to get a new bumper, without hesitation he said he would swap it out for free! Buyers beware!!! I would give them less than one star but I don't have that option. I will never recommend them. We purchased a car from them 5 months ago and 5 months later we are needing to buy 4 new tires. The car had 30,000 miles on it when we purchased it from them and at 35,000 all four tires need to be replaced. I called them to see what they would do about it and they flat out told me nothing. It is what it is. They told us that the front tires were brand new and I told them it was impossible because tires do not completely wear out in 5,000 miles. I asked them to show me proof that the front tires were new and they told me that they did not have a receipt. When I went to a mechanic the mechanic told me that we were sold a car with a bad alignment or that the four tires were bad tires and that the dealer should have never let the car leave the dealership being in the condition that it was. I explained the situation to Beemer Haus and they refused to do anything about it. Five months after purchasing a car from them, I am needing to spend $2,000 for four new tires. If you plan on buying a car from them, just know that they don't stand behind their cars and lie to get you to buy from them. 10/21/19: Response to Beemer Haus' Reponse to my review: Again more lies. First of all, it is not just the older tires that are bad. The new ties that you allegedly put on the car also went bad in the 5 months that we had the car. You can not possibly tell me that two brand new tires wear out on 5,000 miles unless there is something wrong with the alignment that cause the tires to go bad. $2,000 is for four tires. And for them to go bad in 5 months, it means that you knew that the alignment was bad and you still sold us the car without fixing it. NO I WOULD NOT ASK YOU TO GIVE ME AN OIL CHANGE AFTER ONE YEAR but I would ask to have my tires replaced if they all go bad after only driving it for 5,000 miles. As far as the mechanic goes, he is not trying to make money on me as he is the one that told me that I should go back to dealer that I purchased the car from to correct this as there is no reason for these tires to go bad in such a short period of time. So in actuality, he is losing money by sending me back to you to correct an issue that your company caused due to your failure to fix the alignment prior to the car leaving your dealership. read more

My experience was a unique one... as I was not the easiest customer for completing the deal. First off, the vehicle I purchased is phenomenal and I'm glad I continued to work with Beemer Haus to get it done. Over the years, I have had some financial setbacks which made it a bit tough to find the correct lender for my situation. Additionally, I had a trade-in that was about $7000 underwater to compound the issue. Brendan, was outstanding from the moment I came on the lot. I knew what I wanted, but I was uncertain about how to get the deal done. He clearly communicated my situation to his owner (Charbel) and those responsible for working on my financing. What I appreciated most, was his easy-going nature to allow me time to look at the vehicles on the lot and then connect with him to see what we could get done. It took 5 days from start to end, but Brendan accommodated every request, all of my feedback (both positive and negative), and treated me with a level of respect that is uncommon in the auto industry. About midway through the transaction, I was approved by two separate lenders that offered great rates. One was obtained through the dealership and the other from my own efforts. This created a process where we were trying to figure out the best direction for my financing, while I also had concerns about the overall burden I was facing with my trade-in. Charbel and I were miles apart on the negotiation about the price of my vehicle and I was not the easiest person for him to deal with on getting the deal done. But here's what I appreciated most about his ownership and why I am glad I trusted my intuition to stick with it and keep working on the deal: Charbel could have easily ended the deal entirely (as the owner), but he was flexible enough to understand my vantage point (even when we saw things drastically different). He was fair in his dealings with me and took time to give a full explanation about why and how the appraised value was reached. Even though it took us time to get to a resolution and had some tough conversations, I never felt any malicious nature, but rather, saw someone that was working with his customer and also protecting his business. That's truly respectable. I went to roughly 7 dealerships (looking at similar vehicles), but in the end, Beemer Haus was the only one I trusted to run my credit, work with me on a deal, and secure the vehicle I desired to drive. This was the first time I had ever purchased a used vehicle, so I had a lot of questions that had less to do with the car, the service, or the business, but, my own financial protection in the end. Charbel, Jessie, Saraya, and Brendan really delivered a great experience in the end. People often forget "it's business" when making transactions like this, but I can honestly say, Charbel has a really good balance of serving both sides of the relationship... his responsibility as an owner and his responsibility to sell an asset to his customers. I will definitely return if I need to make another purchase down the road, but I hope anyone reading this will take the time to visit Beemer Haus and experience how they'll work to earn your business - even in tough situations. read more

"Brendan" flooded me with generic texts for several weeks, then went MIA on the weekend I was going to stop by. I dropped by anyway to check out a $17k list Mini Cooper that was sitting on the lot for over a month. Figured they might want to get rid of it. The sales guy simply said they don't budge on the list prices and let me walk out without attempting to get a name or number. Green pea move. Would've been a quick 30 min cash sale if you'd have came down ~$1k, out of pure convenience of me not having to go haggle on a new car. My next stop of the day was to Mini of Tempe. Spent about 3 hours haggling there and ended up buying a new non S model. More peace of mind having a full warranty to cover BMW's craftsmanship, anyway. Wow, all these 5 star reviews must be paying "fair" market price/full list... what a joke. I guess ignorance really is bliss. This place only exists because of the current state of the economy. After dealing with this dealer I'm in doubt to ever make a purchase here and also would advise other not to as well. I bought a vehicle from out of state from this dealer. I told them to notate all the issues. They said car had no scratches anywhere or other issues of any kind. I had the car shipped enclosed so I have no worries and to also prevent the dealer from saying any of the issues were doing transportation, so I paid a high dollar for this service. Before the vehicle was to be shipped I was told it would be properly cleaned. That's was not the case the car was filthy with compound marks everywhere. The car was buffed so poorly - that the buffer burned the clear coat on many areas of the car. So now I have to spend another 400.00 to have the car done professionally to fix all those mistakes. Also both mirror caps are severely scratched, which was not disclosed and now I have to get it painted another 200.00. Also the car came with a tablet to control the interior and also a BMW Display key, both which I have pictures for that was on their site about the vehicle and is also in the description of the car which I have saved. On arrival both are not with the vehicle and nowhere to be found. Upon getting a quote from BMW, the cost to purchase and have it programmed with the vehicle for both parts is 2700.00. The plastic covers which goes on the lower valence, around Active Cruise Control sensor panels have chemicals that were poured on it and have to be replaced, that's another 300.00 for panel replacement and install. Also the car came with 200 miles more then what was advertised. The car also has disfunctional high beams, but BMW said they would help me replace the issue. So after purchasing a car that was perfect with messages as confirmation and recorded calls. And all these issues not being disclosed I have to take action. Who wants to spend 4,000.00 after spending so much on a vehicle, because of lies and deceits. I spoke with Mike at the dealer on 10/15/2018 and he said he couldn't get a hold of anybody to talk to about this. I plan on talking all the info I have and filing a lawsuit immediately, because that's just not right. I can understand people make mistakes, but I don't work with people who make mistakes and feel they have no need to amend those mistakes. read more

I bought my car several years ago from this dealer. Recently, a section of clear coat has come off in one spot. My expert local body shop took a close look and said they believe someone had spot repaired it as opposed to the proper method of stripping and re-clear coating the whole part. In giving this seller the benefit of the doubt, I reached out to tell them about the issue with the request that we put in a claim to the shop they used for the repair as it usually comes with a 7 year warranty. I've emailed them twice through their webpage and have not received any follow-up. I'm very disappointed. I will most likely have to pay for the whole part to be stripped and have clear coat re-applied the right way. read more

I thought everything was going great, except after I signed all papers and closed, my salesman Jay would not stop complaining about how I negotiated the price. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. He went on for 30 minutes to me about how I shouldn't have done that, blah blah blah. He then complained to my girlfriend as well. i must say i was pleasantly surprised in terms of not feeling pressured or recieving large volume of calls. i have been in sales myself for my entire life and the things that are paramount for me when it comes to a sale were done at a super high caliber. mike. b was my salesperson and the aspects that are of importance to me are knowledge of the product. mike seemed to know most of the important relevant facts in terms of hp, warranty information,and a pretty spot on guesstimate of what my trade in was worth. the thing that i,mpressed me more was when he did not have an answer instead of making something up he casually stated i do not know and found out the correct answer. as a whole it seemed like a cool place to wk and i feel everyone working there treated me like family and speaking operationally things seemed to be running smoothly and of the highesat caliber and their response to my needs were prompt and courteous. the only reason i did not give them a five was they had informed me of the jb4 tuner which i was totally unfamiliar with and when i was finishing the paperwork and since kalin the mngr seemed very familiar with the product i asked him if he could put the right tuner for my m440i in my shopping cart so i could pay for it,which he did, but it winded up being wrong tuner. now this i am reasonably sure is not par for the course for normal business practice i asked him a favor in the midst of the place being extremely busy and he complied i guess i should have done it myself i dont want to be the no good deed goes unpunished kind of guy. this had nothing to do with our transaction from the car i am stating simply it was part of my experience and all considered i would give it a 4.5. i didnt mention that kalin the mngr and mike b. were both very nice guys and there want to help seemed off the charts. so hats off guys good experience. cordially, david b read more

Where do I start. When we first drive up to the dealership we were met by Nick. He was warm and inviting and answered all out questions. He allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles without the pressure of the back seat driver syndrome. We were in the market for a manual MINI and Beemer Haus had one advertised at a decent price. We talked to Nick and scheduled a time to come see it the following Saturday. He called us about an hour before our appointment and told us the owner's sister's car had broken down so he had loaned her the MINI we were coming to look at. But they were able to get in touch with her, and by the time we got there, the car was back on the lot. They didn't negotiate on price and they didn't add on shady charges like clear coat or Nitrogen in the tires. There were no surprise fees. My biggest complaint was how long it took to prepare the paperwork after we said we wanted to buy it. We were in and out in under 4 hours. I recently purchased a 2015 335i from Beemer Haus and I can not say enough about how great the buying experience was.
