I took my car in for regular maintenance oil change, tire rotation, etc. She asked if I wanted to stay and wait or get a ride home. Yep that's right. I said get a ride home. I live out in Queen Creek and she offered to have someone drive me home and drive me back to the shop. I didn't have anything going on so I stayed at the shop. Their lounge was simple but comfortable. They had coffee, tea and water available free of charge for customers. This dealership is going through a major remodel. Getting in and out can be a little bit difficult, but the great service made it well worth it! I had questions about an existing maintenance plan. Abbie got all the information needed and insured the maintenance plan we had on a vehicle we no longer owned was transferred to another vehicle. Even the gentleman who worked on my car was kind and complimented how clean and well maintained my vehicle was. Going forward we will have all of our vehicle serviced at this location. Will never do business with this company again…read more I brought my Audi in early March with a prior diagnosis from Audi that clearly outlined the necessary repairs. Despite providing this, I was told I still had to pay a $210 diagnostic fee. Unsurprisingly, their diagnosis came back with the same conclusion. I moved forward with the recommended repairs, along with an additional suggested service, totaling $2,600. After driving less than 100 miles, the check engine light came back on. When I returned, I was told it would require another $2,500 in repairs--on the same system that had just been worked on a week earlier. I chose not to proceed with more repairs, but was still charged another $210 diagnostic fee. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Paying for repeated diagnostics and being told I need thousands more in repairs on the same issue so soon after service is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Recently bought a vehicle here, only to find out the next day that the lower control arms were bad…read more When I phoned the owner, he said "It's a used car, not a $30,000 vehicle." He said "If I fixed every issue on these cars, I would never make any money on them." When I was test driving the car, I hear a weird noise from the front end, which he explained away as "It's probably just because it's cold outside." The car looks very clean, but I've since found out that there are a number of issues that will cost a lot of money to fix. I asked if the cars he sells are inspected before he sells them, to which he replied yes. Torn control arm bushings are easily observed on inspection, and cars should not be sold with such obvious damage. With so many used car dealers offering SOME type of warranty, I will never again buy a car without a warranty. Buyer beware.
