I took my car in for regular maintenance oil change, tire rotation, etc. She asked if I wanted to stay and wait or get a ride home. Yep that's right. I said get a ride home. I live out in Queen Creek and she offered to have someone drive me home and drive me back to the shop. I didn't have anything going on so I stayed at the shop. Their lounge was simple but comfortable. They had coffee, tea and water available free of charge for customers. This dealership is going through a major remodel. Getting in and out can be a little bit difficult, but the great service made it well worth it! I had questions about an existing maintenance plan. Abbie got all the information needed and insured the maintenance plan we had on a vehicle we no longer owned was transferred to another vehicle. Even the gentleman who worked on my car was kind and complimented how clean and well maintained my vehicle was. Going forward we will have all of our vehicle serviced at this location. I showed up on the night of the 3rd day, after being blown off and ghosted repeatedly on the status by text, phone, and the automative tracker system. I said I'm here for my car. My agent couldn't escape. He said - it's not ready. I said, well you have two choices, go get my car or I will walk the lot until I find it. He relented and got it. He walks in and says here you go, and hands me the keys. I said where is my receipt with the services provided and what do I owe? He said, no worries no charge and no paperwork. I said how do I know what services were performed and I need a record. He said he would mail me the service receipt. I'm sure I'll never see it. Because of this, I didn't feel comfortable taking the car on the road to Texas and had to completely re-work our trip. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. DO NOT DO IT!!!

The indoor display area is huge and filled with over 100 vehicles. The bathroom was really clean. A huge thanks for the free cold water!! Unfortunately the GP was out for some brake work and not available for inspection/viewing. And the photo albums documenting the conversion were with the GP (stored appropriately in the trunk). All staff was approachable and friendly. I'd still like to see the GP, maybe I'll fly out again.
