Upon purchasing a car fax today on my own, there are multiple accidents, owners and the truck was sitting on that lot for over 10 months. The salesman said it "just came in" and they had done a whole transmission replacement and all this other maintenance and none of that is noted on the car fax. This is especially upsetting because we had been burned before and we specifically asked about car accidents and were told no! And shown a car fax on the office's computer screen... only to find out multiple accidents. We paid for the truck with cash and today we are selling it and for about 8k less than what we bought it for, because it's truly a piece of junk. I would not buy anything here, don't look here, don't call them, nothing. Stay far away.

The salesman even filled it up for me. Filling that truck up ain't cheap. On top of that, they gave good lenders. They got me a really good rate for a 12 year old truck, and through a credit union that I really like. The loan is straightforward, and nothing in their contract is hidden. It was probably the shortest contract I've signed when buying something. With all their vehicles they pretty much warranty it for 15 days... which they honor without any games. A couple days after I got it, my brakes took a shit and fried one of my rotors. I had it repaired over the weekend, called them first thing after Labor Day. One of the owners apologized right off the bat and asked me to send him receipts so he can reimburse me if I've had it repaired already. I'd buy a from them again in a heartbeat.

Instead of being treated with respect, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. Because it was close to closing time, he told us, "If you guys aren't going to do anything today, then we've gotta go." We understand businesses have closing hours, but there's a respectful way to communicate that. When we asked about a vehicle that was slightly above our budget, his response was, "Well, that's obviously above your price range, so why waste time?" I explained that we were intentionally sticking to a budget because we're planning our wedding next year--not because we couldn't afford the vehicle. I finally asked if he even wanted our business, and he simply shrugged his shoulders. At that point, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Had we been treated with basic courtesy, we not only would have considered buying a vehicle there, but we also would have referred our two nieces who are currently shopping for cars. Respect and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, we didn't find either here.

They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

I ended up looking at Hyundai Ioniq 5 N (yes the fast version) before stopping here for 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance. Let me just say, this is by far THE BEST experience. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle.

We test drove 4 that were all in good condition and were relatively well priced. We were very serious buyers. However! I will not purchase from here. The sales team is unprofessional and not knowledgeable on the vehicles they offer. They have a very "let's make a sale today even if it's not the right car for you" approach. The number of times we were told "let's see if we can make the numbers work" on vehicles we expressed we weren't interested in buying was comical. Our sales rep was constantly being pulled aside (during the middle of conversations with us) by the rest of the sales team for "sales advice". There was one time another sales person interrupted our sales rep while talking to us, pulled them aside, whispered something in their ear, and they both started laughing. Of course, not sure what they were talking about and maybe it wasn't about us, but that felt pretty unprofessional. Another time the manager came over to talk to us about (aka talk us into buying) a car and had his cell phone up to his ear for the whole conversation. Again, not the end of the world but all the experiences combined made us feel like less than a priority and as if they just wanted us to blindly pick a car, write a check, and get out of there. The cherry on top was that one of the employees came in on his off day wearing a shirt reading "orgasm donor"...nice. Thankfully my daughter can't read, but seriously?
