Broken part dealership tried to caulk back on in hopes I wouldn't notice.

I would never trust Porsche Chandler with any car ever again! I took my car in to be repaired. No communication! Awful customer service. When I did finally get my car back, I pulled into my garage, opened the passenger door (part to be repaired) and a part fell off my car. After back and forth for weeks the service manager tells me that the part was broken when I brought the car in. Complete lie. But let's entertain his theory, if it was broken when I brought the car in, why would you put a broken part back on when that was the very thing the car was in to have repaired?? Makes no sense. $1222 to repair a passenger window and I'm called a liar over a $30 part. Just an awful overall experience. Never ever ever again would I trust my car to Porsche of Chandler.

These guys are supposed to know their Porsche Classics yet these clowns didn't know Jack about getting a wheel lock key for my '94 964. The "advisor" told me to go then them drilled and risk damaging my original Cup 1 wheels. Unacceptable!!! The gentleman at Porsche North Scottsdale knew exactly which wheel locks I had, came out to my car with a master set and matched up the key and $36 later I was able to remove my wheels. I'm so upset that this dealership has the Porsche Classic status yet they don't even know what a 1994 Targa is let alone what wheel lock key set works with these cars. This experience was exactly last year by the way, but I'm In town again and recall this nightmare. Porsche Classic my ass!!

99.9% sure it didn't look like that when I dropped it off

I was impressed by the lack of knowledge, the lack of communication, and the lack of integrity I experienced at this stealership. It takes 7 to 10 days (read: 15) to get a $100 refund check. This experience was so enjoyable that I traded in my Porsche the next day at a nearby dealership. P.S. They damaged the paint on the hood and hoped I wouldn't notice.

5 Stars!!! Excellent, no-pressure experience. We found exactly what we wanted, and at a very fair price. We left super satisfied, and when we came back a few days later with an unusual request, Porsche Chandler went the extra step to resolve the issue, happily and without resistance! Extra shoutout to Sales Rep Miles, who was always polite, personable, knowledgable and professional every step of the way. We will definitely keep them in mind for future auto shopping. Go there--you'll love the experience!

But after we bought it and couldn't figure out how some things work, he then told us it was a lesser trim and didn't have features like using phone as a digital key which we had specifically talked about. I don't think it was intentional but we are disappointed in not having features and we did compare prices based on the trim we thought we were getting. I still don't know what trim the car is. We can't find it on any paper work. It's still a good car, and people were certainly nice enough. If it was GT-line trim, this would be 5 stars not 3.

I have to say this has been one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I've had. In September, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The visit went smoothly. I was informed about the remaining brake life, tire tread condition, and recommendations for wipers, engine air filter, and cabin filter. Dustin answered my questions thoroughly. I chose not to proceed with the additional services at that time. He also informed me that I had one complimentary oil change remaining and advised me to use it before March. Fast forward to today, I returned for what was scheduled as my final complimentary oil change. The service took an unusually long time. When Brian presented the invoice, I was surprised to see a $151 charge for an oil change and tire rotation. I disputed the charge immediately. Brian stated he spoke with management( thought only salesmen used that line), but returned saying there was nothing they could do. I was then informed that Dustin had been terminated shortly after my last visit. In addition, no one reviewed any service findings with me during this visit. At my previous appointment, I was told my wipers and filters needed replacement. This time, there was no mention of them at all. That lack of consistency raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the service process. Given this experience, I now question whether the work was performed properly. I will personally verify the oil and fluid levels because I no longer have confidence in the service provided. I also typically receive a follow-up "How did we do?" email after service visits. I did not receive one this time, which adds to my concerns. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning for future service or vehicle purchases, and I cannot recommend Horne Kia to others.

Intake Process and Customer Handling Need Serious Attention…read more I scheduled a service appointment at AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert a week in advance, expecting a standard, professional intake process. Instead, when I arrived, my vehicle was never checked in, no service agreement was provided, and I was handed only a business card when I turned over my keys. It became clear later that my car had never been properly onboarded at all--my keys were not secured in lockup but were loosely accessible in the shop area. That alone was enough to raise concerns. After I reached out for clarification, another agent escalated the issue to a director, whose initial response was to suggest the oversight was somehow on my end. Only when I pushed back did he acknowledge the lapse. By that point, the interaction had shifted enough that I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I returned and took possession of my car. A formal agreement was offered only after I walked back in--something that should have been provided at the very beginning, not after the fact. I ultimately chose to walk away. For anyone considering service here, I strongly recommend confirming that your vehicle is properly checked in, documented, and secured before leaving it on-site.

If I could leave a 0 review I would, not even 1 star…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Luke. I purchased my vehicle for $36,000 in April 2025 and have experienced ongoing mechanical issues, including repeated starting problems and system malfunctions. The vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for the same issues, sometimes for extended periods, yet the problems continue to reoccur. In December 2025, I spoke with Peter Melilo and told him my obstacles and he informed me he would work with me to get the best trade-in value possible and asked me to keep him updated on the vehicle issues. I followed up by email and also left a message for the General Manager, Lashawn, but never received a response. When the vehicle had issues again in January 2026, I called and requested to speak with another manager. Daniel came on the line and stated he wanted to "make this right" and get me as close to a wash as possible by potentially overvaluing the vehicle. Based on that conversation, I went into the dealership on 2/14. However, I was offered only $24,000 for a vehicle I purchased for $36,000, despite the ongoing unresolved issues. At this point, I am now in arbitration and, if necessary, will retain an attorney to pursue a full resolution. I feel misled by the promises made and disappointed in the lack of follow-through and communication from management.
