The only thing I questioned was a "requirement " to provide three "references" of friends and family members, despite paying cash. This seemed a clear attempt to get personal contact information on uninvolved people, probably to approach them with our recommendation. Not cool. The rest of the process was quite straightforward aside from signing all the documents levied by the legal profession. Nice showroom and lounge; clean bathrooms and genuinely friendly staff. Horrible experience! Very disappointed with Bill Luke San Tan's Service Center. After purchasing a 2025 Bronco from the dealership on Valentine's Day, we discovered a chip on the passenger side of the windshield that had been hidden under a sticker that was removed just minutes after we drove off the lot. When we brought this to their attention minutes after we left the lot, they told us they would "make it right." We brought the vehicle in twice for them to repair the windshield. During the second repair attempt, the windshield cracked further from the repair attempt while the vehicle was in their possession, and now the cracks are spreading to other areas. Despite this, they refused to replace the windshield and told us we should go through our insurance or pay them almost $1000 to replace it. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past, but after this experience we will not be returning. I had a great experience today when my husband and I came in to "look" at a used car. Our salesman Todd was friendly and helpful from our first interaction. I told him what we wanted to look at. He quickly located it and had it brought up front under the shade canopy and cooled off. He let us inspect it, answered all our many questions and let us go at our speed. Terrible vehicle reconditioning standards. Vehicles look like they were touched up with spray paint and nail polish. Went to look at two higher-end vehicles and this dealer literally ruined them right before they hiked the resale price up. This is just a continuation of a previous experience with Bill Luke years ago. I did one transaction with Bill Luke back in 2013 and told myself I'd never go through that experience again. Here I am 13 years later giving them the benefit of the doubt and they are still doing the worst work for the highest price. Not to mention that I called ahead to have one vehicle ready for a test drive and it wasn't ready an hour and a half later when I got there at the time I said I would. Interior was a mess, gunk on the seats and I didn't even end up test driving. The other two dealers I actually test drove cars at had the cars filled with gas, washed and ready by the front door with a similar lead time provided. Check your vehicles! If anyone has to buy a vehicle from any Bill Luke dealer, ask about ANY vehicle reconditioning. Ask them to point out EXACTLY what was done and make sure it is up to your standards. The person touch-up painting these cars shouldn't be allowed to touch ANYTHING. The Lexus GX550 had dotted paint touch ups and a gash in the sidewall of one of the tires. The hood had scratches all overs like two cats were going at it. The BMW M2 had a bottom tier repaint of the front bumper. Color looked off from the rest of the car and paint was on the grill inserts and headlights. So disappointing to see a dealer sell you the world over the phone and brag about their standards to arrive to potentially spend $150k between two vehicles to find that they don't have any standards. Even the sales guy thought the things I pointed out looked awful. No price negotiations either, just setting a price and hoping some idiot walks in there without asking too many questions. If I could leave a 0 review I would, not even 1 star. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Luke. I purchased my vehicle for $36,000 in April 2025 and have experienced ongoing mechanical issues, including repeated starting problems and system malfunctions. The vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for the same issues, sometimes for extended periods, yet the problems continue to reoccur. In December 2025, I spoke with Peter Melilo and told him my obstacles and he informed me he would work with me to get the best trade-in value possible and asked me to keep him updated on the vehicle issues. I followed up by email and also left a message for the General Manager, Lashawn, but never received a response. When the vehicle had issues again in January 2026, I called and requested to speak with another manager. Daniel came on the line and stated he wanted to "make this right" and get me as close to a wash as possible by potentially overvaluing the vehicle. Based on that conversation, I went into the dealership on 2/14. However, I was offered only $24,000 for a vehicle I purchased for $36,000, despite the ongoing unresolved issues. At this point, I am now in arbitration and, if necessary, will retain an attorney to pursue a full resolution. This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke of Santan, and while everything seemed fine at first, several concerning issues became apparent shortly after and over the following months. Shortly after driving the car off the lot, I noticed some mechanical concerns. I contacted the dealership and was told I could bring it in to be looked at, but it had to be within their limited grace period. Unfortunately, the times they offered conflicted with my work schedule, so I wasn't able to bring it in. Because of that, the issues were never properly addressed, and now I'm left uncertain about what mechanical problems may arise in the future. They also told me they had completed around $6,000 worth of repairs on the vehicle, including fixing rips in the seats. However, it's clear that at least one of those "repairs" was done very poorly. The passenger seat, which is rarely used, has already opened back up. It looks like it was simply glued together rather than properly repaired or reupholstered. About four months into ownership, I also began noticing cosmetic issues that appear to have been cheaply covered up. There were paint chips on the hood that had been touched up with paint that does not match the original color at all. It's very noticeable and looks like a rushed attempt to hide damage. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Another major concern is the dashboard. Since I got the vehicle, the dash has rattled, and recently the area around the speedometer has started coming apart. It's clear that some sort of modification or repair was done poorly, and now the plastic trim is separating. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. When buying from a dealership, you expect transparency, quality repairs, and proper reconditioning--not cosmetic shortcuts and temporary fixes that fall apart after a few months. I strongly recommend doing a very thorough inspection before purchasing a vehicle here. Check the paint closely, inspect the seats and interior trim carefully, and pay attention to any unusual noises or signs of prior repairs. I wish I had looked more closely before buying. read more

I bought a 2017 Tacoma from this dealership. Less than 50 miles into ownership the traction light came one and the braking system activated exiting the freeway while I was putting on the gas. Their service department tried and tried but couldn't figure it out. Over the course of three weeks I was in an out of the service department 4-5 times and they eventually sent it to Toyota to get fixed, where it took them two tries and three visits as well. The good part is that they owned the issues and took care of it for me. I didn't pay a dime for any services that were done at Bill Luke OR the Toyota Dealership. Terrible experience, would not recommend. We live in Vegas and were interested in a van listed on their site. They sent us a "detailed" video that looked great. We paid a $1,500 deposit, got approved for financing, and drove 5 hours the next day to pick it up. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the side of the van had been damaged, repaired, and repainted because the paint didn't match. The salesperson agreed it looked like prior damage, even though the Carfax showed no accidents. The sales manager admitted that's "why it's priced low," yet this was never disclosed to us or listed online. During the test drive, a dash sensor light was on and the passenger door wouldn't open from the inside -- all on a van they claimed had been "inspected." Frustrated, we left the van there for them to send to Mercedes for repairs. Almost 2 weeks passed with zero proactive communication from the dealership, we had to chase every update. When they finally said it was ready, my husband booked a flight, sent them the info, and was told they'd pick him up from the airport. They didn't -- he had to Uber. This dealership has poor communication, questionable transparency, and no urgency for their customers. We will never buy from them and don't recommend anyone else does either. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Bill Luke Santan Village in early June 2025, and within two months we've already had two major service issues. Issue #1 (June 2025): Just weeks after purchasing the vehicle, we had to bring it in for a full tire balance and rotation--something that should have been done before selling the car. Instead, I spent five hours at the dealership waiting for a basic service that should never have been my problem as a new buyer. Issue #2 (July 2025): A month later, the check engine light came on. We had to tow the vehicle at our own expense to the dealership, only to be told it would cost $175 out of pocket just for a diagnostic test. The sales team refused to cover it, despite this being the second issue in as many months. The experience has made it clear: Bill Luke's sales team is friendly and attentive until the moment you drive off the lot--after that, you're on your own. Imagine walking into a dealership to a guy holding the door saying, "They tell us we're supposed to hold the door for people." Oh...Okay, that was weird and uncomfortable to start our visit. This was our first impression of Ramon. We then tell him we are looking at the used Hyundai Tucsons and ask him where in the lot they would be. He tells us he doesn't know and just points out to the lot saying we could go find them. Also weird, but okay. We went to look on our own, and then he comes out and sets an alarm off on one of the cars to find it...After we had already searched ourselves and found it. We express interest in two cars that he doesn't care to know anything about, but he pulls one up to the shade. It had paint chipping off of a part of it, so we ask if they can fix something like that to prevent further damage, and his response was, "Well are you going to drive it in snow? No? Then you don't need to worry about rust." We also asked about pricing because we found one similar at another dealership for cheaper, and his response was, "Well then why didn't you buy from them?" Good idea, Ramon! We for sure will not be back to that dealership because we have never in our lives been treated so disrespectfully by a sales guy who clearly didn't want our business. To be disrespected like that and for someone to be so hostile with every interaction was gross. They clearly don't want customers there. And for reference, we visited 5 dealerships in the Phoenix Metropolitan area today, and every single other dealership had lovely people working there with kind interactions. With the biggest being finding something that you like and then there is the price haggling, etc. Reading the reviews - a lot of people haven't purchased a used car before. This is a mega dealership selling all types of cars - not dedicated to a single brand. You need to do your research and come prepared because - ultimately- you'll know the car better than the sales team. I finally found the car I liked in Poway Hyundai in California - but that was a dealership of extra chromosomal fools. Right in the middle of negotiations - they sold the car to a family member- for less than I offered. Waste of time. Enter Bill Luke - I bought this car after finding it on the internet. The dealership really rolled out the red carpet - they made a personal video for me showing all the details of the vehicle, the price was extremely fair, and they even picked me up at the airport. Really nicely done!! Now, I had a few hiccups - but it's really with the manufacturer of the car transferring ownership of the vehicle to me. Bill Luke was just selling me the car - you do have to do some of the work yourself. But I really feel that everything was fair. Special call out to Coleton (my sales guy) and Tanner (finance) were extremely professional and really quite a joy buying a car from. I bought a new maxima from them with under 50k miles on it and was sold a warranty that according to the financial manager "covered everything mechanical and electrical" for 5 years or up to a certain milage that I am not even close to yet. He also told me I would be sent with the list of everything covered but he never did. I have had multiple issues with the car ever since I bought it including now what I am finding out will require and entirely new engine because the piston ring has failed causing irreversible damage to the engine and causing oil to leak into the engine causing white smoke to come out the exhaust. I took my car to them multiple times trying to get the issue resolved but the first two times I took it in they "couldn't find anything" and I was charged money out of pocket for it and I took my car to Brakes Plus and they were able to tell me what was wrong within a couple hours but bill Luke didn't want to listen to any of that because it would cost THEM. Finally after I took it to them for a third time now they figure out what's wrong (which by the way is exactly what Brakes Plus said before) and will not cover what is wrong with the car THEY sold me even though the finance manager told me multiple times when purchasing the car that the warranty I bought would cover EVERYTHING which was the only reason I purchased it, but when I contacted CNA, the warranty company, they don't even sell a warranty that covers everything and they told me they get this often where the finance managers lie to the customers about their coverage. I have been in contact with multiple managers at bill Luke and they are not willing to help me what so ever with this issue when THEY are the ones who lied and screwed me over when I gave them my business. They have also refused to get me in contact with the GM to get me more help. read more
