This is probably going to be the longest most heartfelt review I've ever given. As it's not just a review for the dealership but kind of my love letter to chevy. Let me start with context and backstory. I'm disabled and have severe health challenges biggest of which is a hereditary cancer syndrome leaving me needing to go to the hospital frequently for scans and treatments. I have to drive over an hour one way to get to my doctors. I grew up riding shotgun in my dad's box truck chevy. He bought me my first car which was an old busted 80s chevy citation. I drove a chevy s10 through college. I made the mistake of trading it in for a dodge. It got repossessed when I got sick with cancer. We had my significant other's car and I ended up buying my dad's old mazda to drive around town. But I haven't had my own car...nonetheless my own NEW car...ever. His latest car he bought in 2022 around the time my dad bought his new chevy colorado that he had Autonation gilbert custom order from chevy for him. He had to wait months for that damn truck but he bought it fully paid off to be his boat hauling retirement truck. Unfortunately he got sick with cancer himself and never got to enjoy his new truck. But he knew I needed safe reliable transportation so he left me his truck. Unfortunately the truck sits pretty high up and I unfortunately very much earned my handicap plate the hard way. Not just for the better parking. So it was hardly being driven and was essentially being kept as a shrine to my father. I would climb my gimpy butt in it to drive it religiously to the car wash and clean it and such and sit and remember him with his ashes hanging in the rearview mirror. I know my dad's thoughts on my brother having chevy "show trucks" he hardly ever drove(we are a die hard chevy family). "Trucks are meant to be driven". I ultimately was not doing that truck or his memory justice by leaving it sat in the driveway. Nor was it fulfilling my needs for safe transportation. When the transmission blew on my partner's car - it made me keenly aware that the warranty was coming up on my truck's drive train despite it being in pristine condition and super low mileage. Plus I can't get in and out of it safely. So it got me entertaining trading it in for something lower with better commuting gas mileage. As back to - this would truly be MY first brand new car of my own. I wanted a chevy...and I wanted preferably a red one in homage to the very first car I ever had that I spent hours with him working on. He was a mechanic. I have no memories of him in that beige colorado outside of the pics of when he bought it and when he handed me over the keys as he was dying. I don't want those memories. I want the memories of the old red busted chevy. I went to window shop and test drive models at the chevy dealer nearest me. There was a chevy sales event going on and they were OVERLY eager to make a sale. I test drove a basic trailblazer and a trax 2RS. The basic trailblazer felt like a serious downgrade from a chevy Z71. But amazingly for being a 3 cylinder - I was blown away by the chevy Trax 2RS. It had ALL of the features of the colorado Z71 and then some. And it didn't overtly feel like a hamster engine. Though I will admit - it is no colorado engine. THAT was yes - a downgrade. But I looked it up online. Car and Driver's #1 car for families under 40K and #1 crossover SUV?! Plus more than 10 mpg better on gas mileage than a colorado? In today's economy - i'll take that trade off. I specifically shared that I was sentimentally attached to my dad's truck when we walked in to the dealer and wasn't feeling rushed to necessarily buy. But that we wanted a key for key trade. I knew with the super low mileage on my truck - they were making out in this deal. "We only have the trax or a trailblazer." "We don't have a red one", "If you don't buy it tonight it might not be here - it's the last 2RS!" . It had a sunroof - I didn't want a sunroof. Even though that'd technically be an upgrade I don't want to worry about the seal cracking in the az sun and leaking. While the sales manager and my partner haggled over extended warranties - I scrolled on my phone - looking for that red trax 2RS. I put in exactly what I wanted on the chevy website - and low and behold closest one was at autonation chevrolet gilbert - where my dad bought his truck. We also saw that they were still open for another 2 hours. Ok universe. I went in and met with Dave Wright. I told him exactly what I wanted and showed him the offer that the other dealer had given. They were completely willing to match the other dealer's offer and gave me a great deal on a 10 year warranty too. Dad's truck gets to go be a truck and I FINALLY at the age of 49 get a brand new car of my own. Only thing I'm really missing is the wireless charger but that's on the sunroof package only. I've had my Chevy Trax Activ for a month now and it completely shut down on me. I can't start the car and have to open it with a key. I was getting ready to head to work for an important appointment and now I have to get it towed. Great job, Chevy. Depending on how it gets serviced, I'll rethink taking this post down. When I pointed out the $6K difference, they had the audacity to say "well, it has to go through the shop". I was greeted by a salesman named Clint and he was super helpful start to finish. We did not feel any pressure and felt welcoming and understanding of what I was looking for and also kind to my son. We made a great purchase and left with a feeling of satisfaction. My new driver is pretty happy with his car! Instead, when I arrived, my vehicle was never checked in, no service agreement was provided, and I was handed only a business card when I turned over my keys. It became clear later that my car had never been properly onboarded at all--my keys were not secured in lockup but were loosely accessible in the shop area. That alone was enough to raise concerns. After I reached out for clarification, another agent escalated the issue to a director, whose initial response was to suggest the oversight was somehow on my end. Only when I pushed back did he acknowledge the lapse. By that point, the interaction had shifted enough that I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I returned and took possession of my car. A formal agreement was offered only after I walked back in--something that should have been provided at the very beginning, not after the fact. If you're looking for a used car, I would recommend going somewhere else. Our experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing, shady, and unprofessional. We had agreed on pricing for a used vehicle, completed a credit application, and scheduled a pickup time since we live a significant distance away. Our sales rep Peyton never once mentioned holding the vehicle would be a good option, instead said no worries on pickup we have it here ready for you. After investing time in the process and making arrangements to pick up the vehicle, we were contacted just hours before our appointment and told that the car had been sold to someone else. I called and spoke with a manager, hoping for an explanation or some effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was met with a very passive response and told, "That's how business works." There was little apology and no meaningful attempt to address the inconvenience caused. The only solution offered was to look at a different vehicle. While I understand dealerships can sell vehicles quickly, allowing customers to complete a credit application, discussing final numbers, and scheduling a pickup time without securing the vehicle is incredibly frustrating and reflects poor communication and customer service. i was honestly very hesitant to write a review because my purchase was 2 years ago as of 12/20/25. BUT after reading some of these reviews that have had similar experiences and talking to a family member- it's a must if it saves someone from having to go thru the trouble and ensuring they feel safe after making a purchase I knew what I wanted when I got there; unfortunately- they didn't know where the truck was and I waited for them to located it after a couple of hours. This should have been my first sign! First and foremost: the salesman and finance were super nice! but the rest basically a nightmare. I had the truck for three days and found an AirTag in it, obviously previous owner. THAT IS NOT OK! Then realized the tailgate didn't open that first week. I had to take it in to get fixed- they used my extended warranty to fix it and they paid the fee. I also mentioned my brakes squeaked and they said it was fine. At the three month mark I went into for an oil change at a service closer to my house that takes care of my Yukon and was told all fluids needed changed. That didn't make sense, since I just bought it. I took it back to AutoNation, after an argument with the Sales Manager- service looked at it and said the previous owner took care of everything prior: but before this, that same day the salesman told me it came from the Mesa dealer and they only thing they did was put tires on it. At my next oil change I had to replace all fluids, I had it 6 months. This past year it has been to the dealership once a month to have something repaired; that I'm positive was an issue I even bought it. Broken motor mounts, rear window leaking, fuel injection issue, I feel like it could go on. This past week, I took it in because I heard a noise from the engine area. Turns out I needed brakes to the point everything was damaged and sensors were broken. The Brake Pad Sensor has been on disabled since i purchased it- it's not a feature I've ever had, so I didn't think anything of it. Let's circle back to i mentioned the brakes squeaked at that visit with their service; they said they were fine. They actually continued to squeak if it was cold out up until they were replaced this week. When the brake pad sensor ass finally enable it showed the brake pads were at 14% and 16%- It makes me realize this was likely an issue when i mentioned it to them and not addressed. I get it was used, but I also worked at a dealership and know the taken process that should take place with a used car. I would say beware before buying a used car from this dealer. yes I know I've had it two years now but all that has occurred is not ok. A full proper inspection should take place. read more

Normally, I'm not one to leave reviews. But after several visits to this location, it's time. I choose this location because of its proximity to my house although there is an AutoNation Chevrolet a little further away in Mesa. Unfortunately, this isn't just an isolated incident as the last nearly 5-6 times I leave, I always ask why I keep coming back. Specific to this visit, I arrived at my 2:30 appointment at 2:20 and pulled into the service line where I was greeted promptly and professionally by Addie. She took my information and let me know my service advisor was away from their desk. She was informed that they may be at lunch to which she said she would confirm and if so, would find another service advisor to assist me. Going inside, she kindly offered me a bottle of water while I waited. At this point, things went downhill. Addie inquired to another service advisor within my earshot who informed her that I was early, the service advisor I had was at lunch, would be back in 10 minutes and I just had to wait. Addie remained professional and let me know the situation at which time my service advisor had returned. Addie let the advisor know I was there to which she was told they had someone else to check-out and a phone call to make. Sitting within earshot and sightline, I waited. Addie continued to check on me, asking if I wanted to wait or see about another advisor. I waited. Watching several other customers come and go, my vehicle remained the last one sitting outside. At 3:00, another advisor went to mine, inquired about the vehicle outside and pointed to me asking if I had been helped. My advisor turned around and asked if I was their appointment. I calmly but frustratedly stated I was. They were apologetic for my wait, did get my car checked in and had it back to me 40 minutes later. I paid, was apologized to again, provided my paperwork and went to leave. Upon reaching my vehicle to get in, I noticed the seat cover and paper floor mat were still in my vehicle, which isn't a big deal, but hadn't had those left previously. Of more concern was the motor oil spots left on the leather of my center console. Addie happened to be outside and I asked for paper towel to clean the oil. She went inside and the service advisor did come out along with someone from the service garage. They did wipe off the oil, were going to have the detail manager come out, but I declined as fortunately no stains were left. A well tuned machine this place is not! Go to AutoNation Mesa for your needs. They have dedicated service bays, service advisors that actually go over items with you and provide printouts of their courtesy vehicle inspection. From my last experience, their only saving grace was the customer service and professionalism of Addie! As a side note, I had the vehicle in for service in December 2025 and they noted by brakes were good and "green". In March 2026, I had service again where it was noted the brakes were now at 3mm and needing replacement. This week, they were "green" again, specifically at 6mm rear and 8 mm front. I haven't had any service on them. When I asked in March how they could have worn this much, a different advisor stated sometimes the service mechanics don't really look that thoroughly, but he trusts this mechanic. I do not! Scheduled an appointment at Chevy Nation thinking that meant my vehicle would actually be looked at anywhere near my appointment time. Nope. After arriving, I was told they are "5-7 days out" before they'll even DIAGNOSE the vehicle. So apparently appointments mean absolutely nothing except reserving a parking spot in their lot. To make it even worse, my vehicle is UNDER WARRANTY, yet they refuse to provide a rental or loaner until after they eventually decide to diagnose it. One employee literally told me I should "try troubleshooting it at home" instead of waiting. Imagine paying dealership prices and being told to go fix it yourself. read more

Per the contract, I am entitled to a pro-rated refund. After providing all requested documents on September 22nd, I followed up several times by email and even went to the dealership in person. Instead of helping, Finance Director Robert Light ignored my emails, avoided me in person, and even told another customer I was "here for a refund" while avoiding to meet with me. When I finally spoke with another employee, I was told I should have been directed to AutoNation corporate weeks earlier -- but Robert never gave me that option. Shane and Kenny are absolute rockstars! I highly recommend asking for Shane as your salesman and Kenny as your finance guy. Shane was upfront and honest about everything (no BS answers), and Kenny truly worked magic to make sure I didn't pay a fortune. He went above and beyond to get me the lowest possible interest rate and made the numbers work in my favor. I came in with almost $17,000 in negative equity on my old car (which was probably going to give me problems soon), so I decided it was time to take the loss and trade it in. Thanks to Kenny's hard work, I still drove away in my dream vehicle and at a fair, reasonable price I didn't think was even possible with that much negative equity. I have never written a review for any business in my life, but this experience has been so bad that people need to be warned. Back in January 2025, my family and I walked into the dealership at 3215 S. Autonation Way (Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert)to purchase a truck. I was very clearly told I was buying a NEW vehicle, not preowned, and that the only reason it had a few thousand miles was because it was being used as a "lot truck." That statement turned out to be completely misleading. By October 2025, the truck started falling apart. The check engine light came on, and the infotainment system stopped working -- on what I was told was a brand-new vehicle. I took it in, and instead of actually fixing anything, they brushed it off as a "battery issue," even though the battery tested fine. They cleared the light and sent me on my way. That was just the start of the nightmare. Since then, the check engine light has come on FIVE more times. First, the same "battery" excuse. Then the oil pan started leaking oil everywhere. After that, multiple visits blaming an EVAP emission leak. Each visit meant more time without my vehicle, more inconvenience, and zero real solutions. Getting a courtesy or rental vehicle during these repairs was a fight every single time. Something that should be standard customer service felt like pulling teeth. In total, this truck has been in the shop for around 30 days -- completely unacceptable for a 2025 vehicle. I escalated this to GM management and they did NOTHING. Their response was honestly insulting: a $1,500 credit and maybe a free oil change. That doesn't even come close to addressing the time, stress, and frustration this dealership has caused. And here's the worst part -- after pulling the service records, I discovered the vehicle was previously owned. So not only did they sell me a defective truck, they lied about its history. At this point, my truck is STILL in the shop, and now I'm being told they "might" have fixed it. "Might" is not an acceptable answer after everything that's happened. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about its customers once the sale is made. I would not trust a single word they say. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, don't. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and go somewhere that actually values honesty and customer service. Do better, Chevy. Do better, GM. UPDATE AS OF 04/02/26: Since posting this review, I have been in contact with GM corporate, and they have been no help. They offered only $500 toward future service, showing no concern for my overall experience or the condition of the truck. Per their direction, I reached back out to the dealership. The only options they offered were a free oil change or getting me into another vehicle by rolling over negative equity. Other than that, they stated there was nothing else they could do and showed no concern for the repeated issues I've experienced. I was also informed by GM that my vehicle would be considered a lemon, but because l am slightly over the mileage threshold -- despite the issues starting before that point - I am now out of luck. This situation remains unresolved, and both the dealership and GM have failed to take accountability. Do not do business with this dealership or this company. read more

Absolutely never buying a truck through AutoNation again. Within DAYS of owning the truck, problems started stacking up. First, the cruise control system was malfunctioning--I reported it immediately to my salesman, Trey. The very next day, Apple CarPlay stopped working. Then shortly after, I started hearing a loud popping noise from the front left axle when turning right in reverse... only to find out it wasn't even fully bolted on. That's not a minor issue--that's straight-up dangerous. On top of that, TWO check engine lights came on. The dealership claims they couldn't find anything in the system, yet I was able to pull the codes myself with a basic scanner. So either they didn't look, or they didn't care. Then the service experience somehow got worse. I dropped the truck off and didn't receive a single update for THREE days. I left multiple voicemails--no response. I had to physically drive down there just to find out they hadn't even touched the truck yet and were still "figuring out" which department was going to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable. When I finally got answers, I was told the issue with the hands-free system was just a software update... but instead of taking ownership, they tried to charge me $259 for it. After selling me a truck with obvious issues from day one. Because of all this, I was without my WORK TRUCK for six days--which cost me roughly $2,600 in lost income from delayed construction projects. That's real money out of my pocket because of their lack of urgency and accountability. To top it off, someone from their own team admitted they don't even know how this truck passed inspection with the axle like that. So let me get this straight--you sell a truck with safety issues, ignore the customer, delay service, try to charge for problems that should've been caught before the sale, and then leave the customer to deal with the financial consequences? Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Absolutely incompetent, low integrity and unprofessional the whole way through. I don't write reviews normally but I had to this time. From the vehicle purchase and minor issues found on purchase, the lack of accountability and communication with follow through throughout the process, the back and forth hassle to get my agreed upon items resolved, to waiting over a month for registration to be fulfilled on the MVD website (who knows when I'm getting my plates). This whole experience was a nightmare. And I was treated like I'm an inconvenience for them having to actually do their jobs. In the end, I just wanted the deal done and to move on. If you value your time and money go elsewhere. Dealership: Hire competent professionals. And treat customers with respect and value. There are a lot of better options out there folks! Buyer Beware - Title & Registration Issues My name was entered incorrectly on multiple legal and financial documents after purchasing a vehicle here. I notified the dealership promptly, but what should have been a simple correction turned into weeks of delays, incomplete fixes, and poor communication. Despite repeated assurances that paperwork was "submitted," I was left without clear written confirmation that my title and registration were properly corrected and accepted by the AZ MVD--while my temporary registration was nearing expiration. This should never require repeated escalation. Accuracy and accountability matter when handling legal ownership documents. I hope this is fully resolved, but future buyers should pay close attention to every document and follow up aggressively if errors occur. read more

Bought a used car and found out a few small items were broken a couple days later. As you know you have 5 days to return the car, so in that first 5 days I was told both issues should be no problem to replace and that they would cover it. Broken visor mirror and switch to roll up and down window. After waiting patiently a couple weeks , now I'm being told " we can't get parts from Tesla and will not replace the parts or compensate for it to be replaced. Bait and switch once I can't return the car. I wouldn't shop here ever again. Just dropped 30k and for small things I didn't notice tell after, they won't take care of me. JUST BAD BUSINESS! AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert, AZ was a pleasure to work with during the purchase of my brand new 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR2. This was the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. This dealership is amazing. The dealership was clean, spacious and well-organized. The sales, finance and maintenance people were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had a huge inventory and lots of models for sale. They kept the appointment I set and the vehicle I wanted was available. The sales professional, Emilio was able to show me everything about the vehicle and allowed me to test-drive, look at the engine, crawl underneath the vehicle to look at the skid plates, suspension, etc. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else. It took me a week to purchase from first visit and he quickly responded to all texts and set an appointment with me when I was ready to buy. I was offered fair value for my trade-in and an honest fair price for my new vehicle without any pressure whatsoever. Robert, the finance professional was able to use his considerable experience and skill along with AutoNation brand leverage to get me great financing with GM Financial. Finally received a call about a week and a half ago and set an appointment to fix the ac @ half the deductible payment.I show up to the dealership for the appointment and they have no record of an appointment or anything else. They still didn't fix the ac, it still runs hot. As an added bonus their "fix" tanked my gas mileage and they charged me my full deductible for an issue that was present when the vehicle was purchased. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I purchased my vehicle in late April. It took Autonation Gilbert 2.5 days to "get it ready & fix any issues", as they had just received the vehicle. The vehicle was paid in full, upfront. They talked me into the vehicle maintenance plan. They supposedly fixed any issues with the vehicle, yet the a/c runs hot 50% of the time in Arizona! They claimed they replaced the cabin filter, yet it smells like stinky feet quite often. I responded to an email on (5/2/25) from the salesman, Tristan, about my satisfaction with the vehicle and I mentioned the ac issue and my disatisfaction with the issue, only to get no response. To be clear, I would NOT have purchased any vehicle with air conditioning issues. 17 days later I recieved another email from Tristan asking I forward his information to anyone I know that may be purchasing a vehicle (will never happen). It's also important to note, Autonation sold me a vehicle with 2 keyfobs (missing the buttons) that are useles for anything other than starting the vehicle. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Autonation Gilbert in 10 years. I won't purchase a vehicle here again. Never again. read more

Purchase went smoothly and everything seemed fine as we drove our purchased vehicle off the lot. Paid 34k in full via check for our daughter's first car. Purchase date was 11/6/2023. Temp tag expired 12/21/23. As that date passed we reached out to find out what the hold up was as we had not received the plate in the mail. Many unreturned phone calls and emails until we finally received correspondence back stating things were being taken care of. That was on 1/16/24. Here we are on 2/5/24 with no plate, a temp tag that's been expired for 2.5 months, nothing processing and more phone calls and emails unreturned regarding the status of our registration/plates. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. The lack of urgency and communication is beyond unprofessional and careless. It's been 3 months since the purchase of the vehicle and trying to get anyone to rectify this situation has been a complete headache and something we've NEVER experienced at other dealerships. As I read other reviews on this page, I'm SHOCKED and disappointed that we are not the only ones experiencing issues with registration/plates. I'm not sure who is dropping the ball at Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert, but something needs to be done to ensure this doesn't continue to happen. I should've listened to my own review. My experience had historically been quite bad here and then I had one service rep step up. Today I had just the most ridiculous experience and will never be back here and I recommend nobody go to the dealership to buy a car or to get a car serviced. They do not care about customers. I needed service on my Chevy volt. I called made an appointment and told them that I needed to make sure that an EV technician was available on the day. I dropped it off, coordinating with my wife to drop the car off at the day of the appointment and get a ride home. I show up and find out that the appointment was to be told That the process to get the car serviced is to leave it with them for weeks to maybe more than a month before it can be looked at. I cannot make an appointment or have them call me when the technician is ready to look at it. The only way to get the privilege of having my car serviced here is to physically leave it here for weeks to possibly over a month before it can be diagnosed! Then it continues to stay here for it to be fixed if possible. The process is laughably stupid. The technician very clearly just said the dealership is so busy that they cannot and will not have a process that involves the extra work of calling and coordinating with the customer to bring the car in closer to the time when the tech is ready to look at it. The dealership has shown its true colors that it literally does not care about customers or customer service. If this had been the first time, I might write it off as just a fluke of a busy time. But looking back over the years, this is consistent with what has only gotten worse and worse. This dealership and all that follow a customer service process like it need to just go out of business. We need to read our own reviews and not support businesses like this either to get our car serviced here and especially not to ever buy a car here. read more

I took my Chevy Bolt EV on June 10th for a recall seatbelt check. I was told that I would be reimbursed multiple times if I used Uber to travel from the service center and back to pickup my car since their shuttle wasn't working that day. I did all that was requested of me and submitted the receipts the same day to Jennifer G. She said she would forward them for reimbursement. Over the next month I tried to follow up three times via text and email and the last couple of times I didn't hear back. I am super disappointed in their lack of integrity and follow through over such a small amount. I will never take my car there again as well as buy a car from them! read more

I hadn't intended to write this article but after my attempted online buying experience at the AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert on a New Bolt EUV LT. After doing a little price searching on the internet I came across an advertisement for available Bolt EUV LT available at their dealership and as you can see the AutoNation Price is clearly marked but when it comes time to purchase suddenly the price went from the below MSRP advertised $32,830 to a whopping $41,784. My salesman Cameron and Manager Christopher both gave me the $32,830 price over the phone and guaranteed to hold the car for me I asked them to send me purchase and leasing pricing based on my trade and bait and switch was on. Needless to say I declined to purchase and promised to write this article to warn others. My recommendation is to buy elsewhere! read more

I've purchased a great number of vehicles throughout my life time and these guys far exceed my expectations. Probably one of the best dealer experiences I've had in my life. Sales was awesome and my sales man Benji and his manager Joseph went out of their way to provide us awesome service. Took my vehicle in the next day for Tint and the service department was as equally responsive. We never felt rushed or hostage like other dealers have had us the past. The finance deal worked very well but could of been a little faster. Still got a great deal and an a fantastic new car. Love it. Thanks Update to my original review!!! The finance group is really slow in paying off your trade in if you have one. They took a total of 33 days to close out my transaction. They had more explanations why they hadn't accomplished this yet but my trade in was even up for sale on the lot long before. I even had to make another payment to stop my credit being reflected upon. That process could of been faster. Still like the dealer but need to work on a few things. read more

Recently my truck lost oil pressure while driving home. I was in rush hour traffic so I could not immediately shut off the motor. Once stopped, I called a tow truck and had my truck towed to AutoNation Chevrolet after hours. I left a note that I had no oil pressure and the motor had started to knock. Now you have to understand the business. Customer pay is what these dealerships refer to your work when there is no warranty or extended warranty to deal with. Most advisors make more money (percentage) on customer pay than any other. Yes, I have worked in a similar industry (RVs) but it is the exact same concept. First thing the next day, I received a text message saying my advisor was Robert and that he has my vehicle and he would know something that afternoon and maybe Saturday. He asked me to call so he could get my address. I called, I reiterated my truck's issues and gave him the address. He told me that it looked like Saturday would be more realistic but it could run into Monday. I didn't hear from Robert again until 3:57 Monday saying they couldn't get to it yet. Tuesday, I asked for an update and told him it was my daily driver. I told him that if they were that backed up, I could find a different place because I need it back as soon as possible. Tuesday afternoon at 3:47, Robert told me my truck was with a tech and he would diagnose it. Wednesday at 2:18 I sent a message asking if there was any word yet. The response from Robert was that the heavy line tech had an idea but he hasn't cleared his bay and needs a lift. Thursday, I told Robert I need to have my truck towed out so I could make a trade with a guy for his extra truck. He got right on that and got me an invoice. On the invoice it said the tech diagnosed my truck and found there was no oil pressure and the engine is knocking. (Didn't I say that??). The invoice also said they had said I need another motor but I had declined. That was an outright lie! The invoice also had shop supplies on it. Now, I am very familiar with shop supplies. It covers rags, nuts and bolts and all other consumables the dealership uses while working on your car, but can't be invoice separately. Now, the tech hadn't done anything to my truck except start it up and heard a knock and looked at my gauge to see there was no pressure (like I told them). I asked Robert and he said that was a normal charge. Rip-off. I paid the invoice and Robert's manager took the charge off. This place is worse than Al the others in my opinion. Non-responsive, I'm not actually sure they have qualified techs, and Robert does not understand communication with his customers. Avoid this place! Update: I don't and up trading my truck. I took it to a place recommended by my coworkers and this guy had my truck finished with a new motor in three days. It took him that long because a different Chevrolet dealer didn't deliver the new motor when they were supposed to. read more

I just bought a 2025 chevy silverado 2500hd from this dealer a month ago and has paint issues with it. They told me that they were going to repaint my truck and I had to pay $1045.00 to get the truck repainted. Told me that it will take 3 days to do the work. Had to show up to the dealer 3 times to find out what they are doing. Three weeks later they say my truck is ready and said truck is ready and said cannot wash it for 7 days and now I hand wash my truck and I see the same spots in my paint that said it is repainted and all my banging is dirting behind them read more

If I could do 0 stars I would!! We took our Chevy truck to Autonation for some brake work on April 3rd, on April 20th the technician was test driving the truck when it burned to the ground. I have a police report, I have invoices, I have text messages from the technician about the repairs. Why has nothing been done by Autonation nor their insurance? I call and email the General manager of Autonation and get nothing. I call and email their insurance and get nothing. I can't even get a response and it's been a month.
