Gilbert is the best parts yard by far!! Staff are extremely helpful!! Prices are reasonable DO NOT RECOMMEND PULL N SAVE PHOENIX EVER! Will go to the Gilbert yard 10 times before I head to the Phoenix yard to get up-charged. read more

The staff were all nice and professional. Prices are reasonable. The yard is good except when it rains and that's expected. Sometimes they don't have the vehicle you are looking for but they will point you to the direction on their other yards where you can go and get your parts. Bring tools and something to carry your finds. Use gloves to protect yourself as well. Their is a $2 fee charge entering the yard fyi so bring cash or card. Tip: be nice and be polite to the staff so you can enjoy your day and theirs. God bless read more

Got here and the out side is pretty nice but once you get inside it's a different there's little bits of parts scattered all over the floor broken glass the cars are to tightly packed to get through them hit my self on a couple things just trying to navigate the yard on top of that some of that cars on the lot have been there since the being of 2022 it was just an overall unpleasant experience and I don't recommend anyone go to this place read more

If you are in the east valley. I totally recommend this spot. They have a great selection of TRUCKS. The cars are neatly separated and labeled by manufacture. There is no guess work on where to look. Vehicles are not totally stripped down. Prices are exceptionally lower than other yards in the area. The yard is well kept. Kept portapotties in the yard. They actually asked if I wanted the warranty instead of just charging me for it and not saying anything about it like those crooks st their Phoenix North & South yards. Gilbert also had reasonable prices. The crooks at Phoenix make you feel like the customer is stealing from them after you pay they search your bag twice once at the register & before you exit. Honestly I would give them a zero, their service over the phone was vague The website told me there was 4 vehicles, when I got to the actual site and there was only one vehicle they charged me to get in even though I didn't find what I was looking for they kept my money and the only person that was willing to help me was one guy. The girl that was at the front counter was not welcoming she did not want anything to do with the customers she should not even be in there if she is going to act like that. This is my favorite pick-n-pull yard in the east valley. The yard is cleaner than others of the same type, the office is clean and bright, the prices are always reasonable, and the entry fee is cheaper than others. I sometimes come here to look around for fun just to find random parts I might need. They also supply wheel barrows so you don't need to bring your own cart and they have a couple gantry cranes for pulling engines. I'd recommend starting your search for cheap auto parts here. read more

Worst pick and pull I've ever been too they over charge for parts that you pull yourself and they will lie about the prices if they see you are paying cash worst place stay far away and the all got attitudes that work their stay far away!!!!!!!! Was standing at the check In counter. The person there helped 2 groups behind me before helping me out. Was she that oblivious to things she couldn't see me standing there, probably. On the way out the part I wanted had damage but no other option and the lady told me the best she can do is 10 percent off. My First visit there today won't be my last! From the owner to the gentlemen that helped me in checkout they were helpful, informative and courteous. I love that they are located within walking distance to my home. Driving all the way to Phoenix took the fun out of 'junkyarding' for good car parts since moving to the east valley.
