Angel & Jesse (store manager) helped out with my tires yesterday on my passport. I had gotten brand new tires from them a couple months ago and had one already go flat. While I was stressed out they did everything in their power to make me feel like they had everything under control. I work service industry and that was the best customer service I have received. So thank you to Angel and Jesse for helping me get that taken care of. read more

This review is originally going to be lower than five stars... Mistakes were made this morning but once again discount tire showed me why I have been a customer there for 20 years. Great job following up and caring. Special shout out to Jazz the manager (Jessie maybe?) read more

I've been a customer at this location for a very long time and live less than a mile away. Until today, the service I've received here has always been excellent. Unfortunately, my interaction with Benjamin this afternoon completely changed that experience. After being placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes, he answered and immediately came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I provided my tire size, as I've always done in the past, expecting someone knowledgeable to offer a few recommendations based on price, promotions, quality, or value. Instead, Benjamin repeatedly asked me what tire I wanted. When I explained that I needed all four tires and was looking for recommendations, he then asked what price range I wanted. I told him I wasn't sure because I didn't know what promotions were currently available. His response was essentially that I could go online and look through more than 393 tire options myself. That was disappointing. I called because I thought I was speaking with an expert who could narrow those hundreds of options down to two or three recommendations -- exactly the type of service I've received from Jaz and others at this location in the past. If I simply wanted to search through hundreds of tires myself, I wouldn't have needed to call the store. I don't believe Benjamin's attitude or level of service represents what I've historically experienced at this location, but unfortunately, one poor interaction can change a customer's perspective. I own four vehicles and have already replaced 8 of the 16 tires through Discount Tire. I still have another eight that will eventually need replacement, along with countless future tire purchases. After today, I'll be taking that business to another Discount Tire location. Thank you for the many years of great service. I genuinely wish today's experience had been different. read more

Went to the location for a flat repair (had a nail in the tire ) they weee too busy that day without hours of waiting so I scheduled an appointment the next day, when I went in for the appointment, I also asked about tire rotation. They stated they did that free of charge. I asked if they had enough time to do so and they stated yes not a problem. I waited about an hour and a half they told me everything was done reiterated where the tires rotated. They told me yes. And the flat was repaired. I went to the gym as it came out. My tire pressure was down to nine psi, but this time they were closed mind you this was the same tire that they just repaired in the same location kind of weird how it could be in the same location if they rotated the tires as well, which means they didn't rotate the tires. I got to a tire place luckily that was open late and they fix the issue prior to my tire being ruined as I have run flats probably would not not only go to this location again, but would not recommend either. I was gonna be buying my new tires from this location now I won't deal with discount tire at all. Pretty sad huge chain can't do what they promised. I'm not looking for a handout you offered free tire repair and free rotation. I even tipped the guy $20 and thanked them for ....nada read more

Took my car in with a seemingly easy repair on one tire. Luis called me and was honest that the tire got messed up, so instead of repairing it, they were going to have to replace it, on them. I really appreciate that level of service and honesty, and it's why we go to this discount tire every time. Would recommend! read more

Not a fan of Terrance he gave me nothing but pushback after I told him the tires they ordered me were a week late and they didn't even reschedule the appt and I only had an hour on lunch break and they told me they could prioritize me since they messed up and they're treating me like garbage read more

My tire had blown & I needed it fixed same day. I called this location & they pulled a great one on me. They told me what tires they had in stock that were suitable for my car and said they could take me right away! I arrived at the location & had to wait over two hours... They also told me they had the cheaper tire in stock which was what I had requested over the phone but upon arrival they told me it was unavailable. They also told me the other 3 tires on my car were bad and needed to be replaced sooner than later. I bought my car brand new 10 months ago.. I'm not mechanic but I've been told multiple times my tires still look brand new. The whole process was deceiving but I'm glad this was one of the few shops that were open and able to service me last minute. read more

So my woman went to get her tire looked at by this place. Her tires are new. They told her they couldn't fix the nail in it even though it was right in the center. I will show a picture. Then I went back and they said for some reason they can't replace it which I've had them do some pretty shady things here before. So I said I just wanted the spare put on and the guy laughed at me. He was rude and obviously didn't like that I didn't agree with him and I wanted her money back and we would go elsewhere. His name was Madison. He said he would put the spare on of it was newer then proceeded to not look at the spare. Just laughing. The guy is a terrible representation for your company. He was trying to be confrontational but i kept my cool. We have triple aaa coming. Don't go to discount or this place. They try to rip you off not worth the money. Or headache. read more

I came in for a wheel alignment. It's my first time to this location. They were great. They gave me suggestions about possible future issues with my tire, but did not push to sell me anything. I really appreciate that. If I do decide to get new tires, I will certainly be back here. read more

We have been bringing our vehicles here for tires for years. This is the only place we get our tires, & will continue to. We always get great service. The one time we didn't receive great service, the manager took care of it right away & fixed it. Hubby needed tires on his car so he made an appointment. We dropped the car off at 11:30. They said it would be done in an hour. We came back home because we didn't want to wait for an hour. Plus we live close to the shop. We weren't home very long & they called & said it was ready. We went to pick it up. Like always, great service. We will be back when one of the cars needs tires again. read more

Had an appointment and they got me in right away. The team recommended new windshield wipers without being pushy, which I really appreciated. I came in for tire balancing before a road trip and was even asked my preferred PSI. Small details that show they actually care. Overall, excellent service. It's hard to find a commercial shop these days that genuinely cares about both the vehicle and the customer. Highly recommend. read more

Cyrus the assistant manager was so awesome! I showed up right at 8:00 and my tires were done by 9:00! Sometimes as a woman it is a little intimidating to go into car places but Cyrus was super easy going and got me exactly what I wanted with no pressure. Super friendly and I felt very taken care of. The other employee even drove my car up to the front so I didn't have to walk over to the side. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to my friends and family. read more

Came in and it was empty. The guy at the front desk just stood there. I smiled and waited for him to say "how can I help you," but got nothing. He started picking up the phone and making calls. A little rude, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting for him to acknowledge my existence. More customers started piling in. 15 mins later it is a full house and the kid at the front had wandered away after saying someone else would be with me. My husband was in the car outside waiting with our newborn. He came in to take my place in line while I tended to our child. He waited another 10 mins before he was helped. I can't even fathom the unprofessionalism here. read more

Ordered rims and tires, they came promptly the next day. Slight misunderstanding on how long it took for them to install them. When all was said and done, I had them on at the end of the day and discount took care of me. Very pleased with the result! read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I've been going here since I started driving (over 15 years) and they always provided excellent customer service over the years. They over estimate on time and always get it done before they say they would. The employees provide various options on tires the ensure the cost is within your budget. You can clearly see how hard working these guys are. They run around the bays trying to ensure not just quality work but that it gets done within a timely manner. This is by far the best discount tire location I've gone to. read more

Love these guys--had new tires and TPS put on--TPS started acting wonky. They offered free replacement sensors. They rock!

Luis Reyes, Discount Tire Manager was awesome helping me out with my Nissan Altima. Alignment, Balance, and Rotation were done with care, respect, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to Discount Tire manager Luis Reyes. read more

Managers should check their trainee's work. Hubcap lost three days after I bought four brand new tires. It's very dangerous when they come off in traffic. Someone could get hurt. Check your trainee's work no more training on my Rv if you don't check their work. I buy all my tires a discount. I have four cars and they all have tires from discount. I even bought tires at Americas tires in California ( discount tire in Cali). Looking forward to a new hubcap when discount tire find one. read more

The staff at Cooper and Warner Discount Tire are always very friendly and safe. Jaz remembers me from a year ago. Kelli took excellent care of me even after I changed my order. She remembered me, my situation and my name. Although, jokingly, she dsaid that shd not remember my phone number! This Discount Tire location is aways very, very busy. A great place! read more

Just bought a set of 4 brand new tires 5 weeks ago. They did not mention anything about the alignment being bad and here I am 5 weeks later spending another $500 to get 2 more tires after just spending $700 not too long ago. Absolutely ridiculous that the certificates I purchased will do nothing to help me read more

This is the WORST experience I have had at discount tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I came in originally to have my original tire put back on. And instead of putting the tire back where it's supposed to be they just threw it into the trunk of my car. When I was leaving my tire pressure light was still on so I came back and told them. One of the gentleman at the front desk said the sensor was bad and didn't even come out to check it out. He was extremely rude and was going to charge me $62 for a replacement of low tire pressure sensor. Which should have been covered because I have a lifetime warranty on my tires. read more

Discount Tire - THIS IS NOT WHERE THE SPARE IS SUPPOSED TO GO - Tires Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

If you say I don't need to make an appointment, that you'll call when my tire comes in and have it already mounted so it will be quick and easy to come and swap it out with my spare. Then actually call.. When I finally called it had been done and mounted a few hours. Them if you screw up don't make it worse by having them wait 1 hr 40 min for no damn reason. That was enough time for a BBB complaint, a Google review, and this one. read more

I can't say enough good things about the Discount Tire location off Warner and Cooper! Cyrus (the manager) and Kaden (associate) went above and beyond to make sure every one of our needs was met. We had quite a few requests, but they handled everything with a positive attitude and top-notch customer service from start to finish. It's rare to find a team so professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. Discount Tire has come through for us time and time again -- and this visit just confirmed why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this location! read more

The team at this location is amazing! They respect their customers and genuinely care about your safety. I am a delivery driver, so I drive a lot. I buy all my tires from Discount Tires! When visiting the Warner and Cooper location to fix a flat the manager honored my certificate on all my tires, and not only replaced my flat, but replaced another tire they felt was not safe. Thank Tryston for amazing customer service. read more

After my car dealership told me I needed to fix my alignment, I brought it in here for a second estimate, and the team showed me my car passed the alignment test with flying green colors. Then they gave me some recommendations on work I could always do at home if needed, which I felt was above and beyond and so appreciated. I lost trust for my dealership and gained it for the staff here at Discount. read more

I needed new tires on my scion. I plan on trading it in soon so I said the cheapest one please no extras. I absolutely hate going to do anything for my car in fear of someone THINKING they can screw me over cuz im a woman. Cyris was great tho...I told him what I wanted to spend since I was trading it in soon and he made that happen. He was very nice and informative. Took around an hour to complete. There are big windows so you can watch them work, my daughter loved that! The gentleman that worked on my tires(I didnt get his name, very tall, pretty eyes lol) he was very nice as well. I will be bringing my car here next time. Thank you boys :) read more

This place has superior customer service. The staff are always professional and welcoming. Honest business and speedy service. This is why this company is a multi million dollar corporation. I love a business that I can repeatedly give 5 star reviews over the years time and time again. Today we just needed both our cars' tires rotated and balanced. Had appointments for both. First car at 8 am took 5 minutes. I barely had time to log in to my email before my car was done. That's service. Due to work, we had to just drop the other car off. We've recently gotten tires for both of our cars. We trust Discount Tires. Even if Costco might be slightly less expensive, we'll still come to Discount Tires because we get the same great service each time. My kids and their cars also trust Discount Tires, even though they go to a different location closer to where they live. We are a Discount Tire family. Thank you! read more
