Took my car in with a seemingly easy repair on one tire. Luis called me and was honest that the tire got messed up, so instead of repairing it, they were going to have to replace it, on them. My tire had blown & I needed it fixed same day. I called this location & they pulled a great one on me. They told me what tires they had in stock that were suitable for my car and said they could take me right away! I arrived at the location & had to wait over two hours... They also told me they had the cheaper tire in stock which was what I had requested over the phone but upon arrival they told me it was unavailable. They also told me the other 3 tires on my car were bad and needed to be replaced sooner than later. I bought my car brand new 10 months ago.. I'm not mechanic but I've been told multiple times my tires still look brand new. The whole process was deceiving but I'm glad this was one of the few shops that were open and able to service me last minute. read more

Went to the location for a flat repair (had a nail in the tire ) they weee too busy that day without hours of waiting so I scheduled an appointment the next day, when I went in for the appointment, I also asked about tire rotation. They stated they did that free of charge. I asked if they had enough time to do so and they stated yes not a problem. I waited about an hour and a half they told me everything was done reiterated where the tires rotated. They told me yes. And the flat was repaired. I went to the gym as it came out. My tire pressure was down to nine psi, but this time they were closed mind you this was the same tire that they just repaired in the same location kind of weird how it could be in the same location if they rotated the tires as well, which means they didn't rotate the tires. I got to a tire place luckily that was open late and they fix the issue prior to my tire being ruined as I have run flats probably would not not only go to this location again, but would not recommend either. I was gonna be buying my new tires from this location now I won't deal with discount tire at all. Pretty sad huge chain can't do what they promised. I'm not looking for a handout you offered free tire repair and free rotation. I even tipped the guy $20 and thanked them for ....nada read more

So my woman went to get her tire looked at by this place. Her tires are new. They told her they couldn't fix the nail in it even though it was right in the center. I will show a picture. Then I went back and they said for some reason they can't replace it which I've had them do some pretty shady things here before. So I said I just wanted the spare put on and the guy laughed at me. He was rude and obviously didn't like that I didn't agree with him and I wanted her money back and we would go elsewhere. His name was Madison. He said he would put the spare on of it was newer then proceeded to not look at the spare. Just laughing. The guy is a terrible representation for your company. He was trying to be confrontational but i kept my cool. We have triple aaa coming. Don't go to discount or this place. They try to rip you off not worth the money. Or headache. read more

We have been bringing our vehicles here for tires for years. This is the only place we get our tires, & will continue to. We always get great service. The one time we didn't receive great service, the manager took care of it right away & fixed it. Hubby needed tires on his car so he made an appointment. We dropped the car off at 11:30. They said it would be done in an hour. We came back home because we didn't want to wait for an hour. Plus we live close to the shop. We weren't home very long & they called & said it was ready. We went to pick it up. Like always, great service. We will be back when one of the cars needs tires again. read more

I came in for tire balancing before a road trip and was even asked my preferred PSI. Small details that show they actually care. Overall, excellent service. Cyrus the assistant manager was so awesome! I showed up right at 8:00 and my tires were done by 9:00! Sometimes as a woman it is a little intimidating to go into car places but Cyrus was super easy going and got me exactly what I wanted with no pressure. Super friendly and I felt very taken care of. Came in and it was empty. The guy at the front desk just stood there. I smiled and waited for him to say "how can I help you," but got nothing. He started picking up the phone and making calls. A little rude, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting for him to acknowledge my existence. More customers started piling in. 15 mins later it is a full house and the kid at the front had wandered away after saying someone else would be with me. My husband was in the car outside waiting with our newborn. He came in to take my place in line while I tended to our child. He waited another 10 mins before he was helped. This is the WORST experience I have had at discount tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I came in originally to have my original tire put back on. And instead of putting the tire back where it's supposed to be they just threw it into the trunk of my car. When I was leaving my tire pressure light was still on so I came back and told them. One of the gentleman at the front desk said the sensor was bad and didn't even come out to check it out. He was extremely rude and was going to charge me $62 for a replacement of low tire pressure sensor. Which should have been covered because I have a lifetime warranty on my tires. read more

I absolutely hate going to do anything for my car in fear of someone THINKING they can screw me over cuz im a woman. I love a business that I can repeatedly give 5 star reviews over the years time and time again. Today we just needed both our cars' tires rotated and balanced. Had appointments for both. First car at 8 am took 5 minutes. I barely had time to log in to my email before my car was done. That's service. Due to work, we had to just drop the other car off. We've recently gotten tires for both of our cars. We trust Discount Tires. Even if Costco might be slightly less expensive, we'll still come to Discount Tires because we get the same great service each time. They could not repair it in a reasonable amount of time, so I called Discount Tire at Cooper and Warner.
