Went to the location for a flat repair (had a nail in the tire ) they weee too busy that day without hours of waiting so I scheduled an appointment the next day, when I went in for the appointment, I also asked about tire rotation. They stated they did that free of charge. I asked if they had enough time to do so and they stated yes not a problem. I waited about an hour and a half they told me everything was done reiterated where the tires rotated. They told me yes. And the flat was repaired. I went to the gym as it came out. My tire pressure was down to nine psi, but this time they were closed mind you this was the same tire that they just repaired in the same location kind of weird how it could be in the same location if they rotated the tires as well, which means they didn't rotate the tires. I got to a tire place luckily that was open late and they fix the issue prior to my tire being ruined as I have run flats probably would not not only go to this location again, but would not recommend either. I was gonna be buying my new tires from this location now I won't deal with discount tire at all. Pretty sad huge chain can't do what they promised. My tire had blown & I needed it fixed same day. I called this location & they pulled a great one on me. They told me what tires they had in stock that were suitable for my car and said they could take me right away! I arrived at the location & had to wait over two hours... They also told me they had the cheaper tire in stock which was what I had requested over the phone but upon arrival they told me it was unavailable. They also told me the other 3 tires on my car were bad and needed to be replaced sooner than later. I bought my car brand new 10 months ago.. I'm not mechanic but I've been told multiple times my tires still look brand new. We have been bringing our vehicles here for tires for years. This is the only place we get our tires, & will continue to. We always get great service. The one time we didn't receive great service, the manager took care of it right away & fixed it. Hubby needed tires on his car so he made an appointment. We dropped the car off at 11:30. They said it would be done in an hour. We came back home because we didn't want to wait for an hour. Plus we live close to the shop. We weren't home very long & they called & said it was ready. This is the WORST experience I have had at discount tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I came in originally to have my original tire put back on. And instead of putting the tire back where it's supposed to be they just threw it into the trunk of my car. When I was leaving my tire pressure light was still on so I came back and told them. One of the gentleman at the front desk said the sensor was bad and didn't even come out to check it out. First car at 8 am took 5 minutes. I barely had time to log in to my email before my car was done. That's service. Due to work, we had to just drop the other car off. We've recently gotten tires for both of our cars. We trust Discount Tires. Even if Costco might be slightly less expensive, we'll still come to Discount Tires because we get the same great service each time. They could not repair it in a reasonable amount of time, so I called Discount Tire at Cooper and Warner. If I could give no stars I would. I called Saturday asking about getting two tires replaced and they said they were busy and the best option would be to make an appointment. The earliest appointment they had was Monday at 0915. I came in for my appointment at 0910 and didn't get seen until 0930. I was the only person in line. I will say I was greeted 10 times, but never helped. I was finally seen and we went out and inspected my tires to which I told them what tires I needed. They said they needed to order the tires, which if they would have mentioned that Saturday, I could have had them ordered then. I showed back up to the shop at 1545 (3:45pm) because I figured my car was done and to my surprise my car had not even moved from the parking spot. I was informed, by Zeke, the tires had just arrived over an hour ago and they would get it seen as soon as possible. I waiting in store for another hour and my vehicle still didn't moved. I went up to the desk and asked what was taking so long, and they said I was towards the top. What's the point of having an appointment and coming in at 0915 to not be put at the top? I'm not cutting walk-ins, the car has been here since 0915. Also not one phone call for an update, absolute worst customer service. Then sitting in the store I still didn't get updates until I went up to them, there was no communication. Paying over $300 dollars and literally taking 8 hours to be seen is ridiculous. My car was finally serviced at 1700 (5:00pm). I am Active Duty military home on leave and I spent my off time before deploying sitting in Discount Tire, because of their terrible communication and customer service. They completed putting two tires on in 30 minutes. So this could have been done sooner. I did request the tires that were flat returned to me, because they are under warranty elsewhere (at my current duty station) and they did put them in my trunk, so thank you for that. Just want to thank my lucky stars for my husband because even though I made an appointment and went to 2 repair shops, my tires were never balanced and my PSI's were way off. So this has been the third and final time I will be taking our vehicles here. We have my mom, husbands and my tires done here. And after yesterday's experience. This will be the last time I visit this location. Came in for a balance and rotation, ended up needing a new tire. Come back to Michael telling me that whoever the last person was that took off my tire broke the lug nut studs. But if I take it to Network Mechanic Service Center in Gilbert, they will replace it free of charge. Funny right? Someone other than Discount Tires broke off my lug nut stud yet they are the only ones who service my tires. I had him explain it to me again and stated it's understandable that they can't admit they broke it. But was nice to get it repaired free of charge, just a pain to have to take more time out of my day but I'm so glad I did because Discount just put the threaded lug nuts back on my vehicle after servicing my tires. Mind you I drive from Peoria to Chandler every single day. And of course even though the new tire was replaced and I actually made an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated, it never actually happened. Michael also forgot to mention that the new Michelin Defender LTX came out with a new model tire with new tread which is going on my vehicle and is different from what is on my vehicle already. But nice enough to print it on the bottom of the receipt so I can research it for myself later. I will never go back to this specific location again.
