Do the job right the first time. My time is valuable as well to come back and re-do the job.

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle. We spotted the newly designed QX80 autograph edition. This luxury SUV is white with black accents. We compared it to the Black Label Navigator and the. Padilla's Escalade and it won our vote over the others. This vehicle has some options that the others don't provide such as a Biometric Cooling System. It uses infrared technology to monitor body temperature and adjusts the AC accordingly. It has has a recordable built in internal and external dash cam. The redesigned QX80 feels rich and luxurious with first and second row massaging seats and a cool box center console. Thanks to our sales person Matt Goudarzi and the Sales Manager Nader Ghobrial. Thanks for your complete transparency and making our purchases seamless and exciting! read more

I spent $700 on maintenance. They tell me my coolant is low ... when I ask them to top it off they say they can't. They can only flush the whole system. Lame! Esp during Summer in Phx. read more

They sold two cars and lied about them having Apple Carplay, then refused any reimbursement or support despite Carplay being listed on the laminated/Monroney label. I had told the salesperson-who used Chat GPT every other question- that neither had carplay from what I saw online, but he insisted that they did. After seeing it on the bottom of the Monroney label, I believed him. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with one car, which was a 2017 Mercedes, but the other was actually Infiniti so there is no excuse to not know your own product and lie on the Monroney label. Between the run-around I've experienced trying to figure out if I can or how I can get carplay and Coulter Infiniti's lack of accountability and resolution makes me confidently say to take your business elsewhere. read more

Tired and dated sales tactics. Ops normal for most car dealerships today. They tell you they are different...they're not. Via email, I wanted a simple best OTD price on a used car. Was not interested in back and forth...lets make this easy. Well, they knocked off their BS dealer add-ons like "used car dealer prep" and some ridiculous key fob program (google key fetch...their own website says that it is a huge boost in profits for the dealerships). Next thing you know, they will charge you for a "keeping the lights on in the dealership" and "the owner needs a new Ferrari" fee. Anyway, they started the back and forth and the old "come in and to see if you love the car" shtick. Zzzzzzz. Hard pass. Working with another dealership that I will buy the same car from...without the hassle. Buh bye... read more

Matt and Manager Rob were extremely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I did not purchase a very nice pickup from them. I can say, other than the disappointment of not purchasing a vehicle I was very interested in, I had felt comfortable dealing with these two while I was there. Additionally, I think they were reasonable with my request to allow me the opportunity to have the truck checked out at my personal mechanic. We just couldn't get over a $800.00 bump. Anyone who shops here I recommend asking for either Matt or Rob. Oh and I hope your back feels better Matt! read more

We took our 2015 Q70L with 80k miles to Coulter Infiniti for an oil change service, AND to do an inspection as I suspected an issue with our front suspension and brakes. I was dealing with Scott Shaffer, who was completely up front about everything as he responded to my questions. I am not accustomed to going to the dealer for service, as they are typically much more expensive than an independent. But I know that they know my car better than any other brand or independent, so I made an appointment to come in for this oil service and inspection. Within the timeframe that Scott quoted they had completed this oil service and inspection which was extremely thorough. They provided me with a very comprehensive list of items that were recommended, both with maintenance and repairs. In my experience with dealing with other Infiniti dealers, they are usually NOT receptive to allowing you to provide your own "aftermarket" parts for major components, so I asked Scott if I could provide my own major parts. He immediately responded "YES", with the caveat that of course they would not guaranty any parts that they do not provide. This is different as compared to many other new car dealers, and by offering this they are now competitive with many independent repair shops. Given this new information, once I am ready to have any major work done, I will surely look to Scott at Coulter to help me with my repairs. Scott is definitely a 5% club member, and I will return to him for any major repairs on my Infiniti!... read more

There isn't enough space, or time to explain how AMAZING this business and all their employees are!! I've been there twice within two months, and both times I was in such despair thinking my new car I bought from Infiniti of SCOTTSDALE 1 year ago was broken. I called Coulter Infiniti of Mesa and had a great conversation with Mike Rios from the service department. He was genuinely kind & very reassuring to me, that after our call I actually started feeling better about the whole situation. He simply said bring it on down ASAP and we'll get you taken care of no problem. I won't get into the details, but INFINITI OF SCOTTSDALE quoted me a repair estimate Total $16,837.28 from the senior service advisor JUAN SAMAYOA. After they already had my car for 14 days with no loaner vehicle. I got my car and immediately brought it to COULTER INFINITI of mesa for a second opinion. They had my car not even 2 days when i recieved a call to come pick it up its ready!! I couldn't believe what I just heard I was so happy and grateful for this extraordinary dealership and service department. I arrived and met with Mike in person, and he informed me that Scottsdale Infiniti sold me the cheapest extended warranty they offer $4,000 by my sales agent from Scottsdale Infiniti. He told me directly if any parts were to break I should bring it in, and they will automatically replace repair the bad part for free and I would pay nothing each time. That man lied to my face just to get make an up sale!! Anyway, I have my car now and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall hospitality and the work performed on my vehicle. Mad shout out for my mechanic TYLER who worked on my car AT COULTER INFINITI he's the best of the best of the best!!!! read more

We just purchased a 2025 Infiniti GX60 from Coulter Infiniti in Mesa yesterday. We were immediately greeted by Delaney, who was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable about the model and what we were looking for. We left that day after test driving and were in communication with her over the next couple of days. Her communication was timely and she has great follow up and follow through. Two days later we were back in and purchased the vehicle from her. She had already prepared several documents and made the car buying process easy and seamless! We are very satisfied with her and the whole Coulter team, from the owner, sales manager, sales person, service department, and financing. I highly recommend them! And my new car is just stunning!!! read more

Got a appraisal on my car, ran the numbers did not line up with me. They tried to work with me but my car is just not worth what I want for it. No sales pressure at all, everyone is very nice and respectful. The one dealership I have been to where I can say that 10/10 read more

My vehicle was towed to the dealership late Tuesday night. Mike Rios texted me first thing Wednesday morning, to let me know he is working on my case. I had thee best effing experience at Coulter InfinitI yesterday! I was helped by Service Advisor Mike Rios and Service Technician Joe! Listen HERE... what a team of amazingness! Attentive, knowledgeable , patient (because I am a lot to digest), Helpful, courteous and hospitable. I can't imagine going to any other Infiniti to have my car serviced. The experience made me feel right at home, and everyone was absolutely amazing. Sophia was a beautiful breath of fresh air, she helped my son make his hot chocolate while I handled my business and Josè gave him his cup from home so he could have a sturdy cup for his hot chocolate. I been to many dealerships and I found my place, they have a customer for life, I will be back in to buy a new vehicle for my bearthday and now I have to find one on their lot, because there is nowhere else I would like to spend my money! Thank you for making the 1.5 hours a great time! read more

Horrible experience. They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we did not have any kids. What?! He tried to clean it up and said "just kidding." He knew it was inappropriate. Later in the visit, he mixed me up with another customer and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Huh? After my experience I had 3 other people call me about the car. Isn't there a tracking process for customers? Furthermore, I was lied to about the length of time the car was on the lot. Two weeks is what I was told. It was on the lot for 3 months. To the GM- Don't worry, I am not trying to hide behind the computer. I tried to call and ask for "the GM". Instead, I was sent to the exact salesman I was trying to avoid. Do better. read more

I would never go here to service a vehicle. We went in for a simple oil change and they said they weren't very busy should only take an hour. Asked if they have a loaner car and we would do some shopping. Before we left they indicated it would 1 and a half which worked for us. We got back to the dealership and they told us since we took a loaner car we got bumped and it would take another 30 minutes. 3 hours later we were still waiting.... I have been looking for a vehicle for 6 months. This experience at Coulter Infinity, particularly with Rick, Robert, and Paul, was unmatched. They were professional, honest, and transparent with the price and process. No dumb "tint" add-ons like I was getting at other dealerships. They made me and my family welcome, entertaining my 3 and 5 year old through the entire process. Let me note, I have been to 5 other dealerships in the valley through the duration of my search...and WOW was I turned off by the icky sales tactics I saw. None of these antics at Coulter Infinity. I highly recommend you go to Coulter for your future purchase. I'm glad to have found them and will be back for future vehicle purchases. Thank you, Rick, Robert, Paul and the amazing team that got me into a great vehicle at a great price and on my way efficiently to enjoy the rest of my weekend! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE So i ordered a part on their website that claimed to be compatible with my car and it wasn't. now, I went ahead and returned it even though they were going to charge me a 20% fee and when they received the item they claimed the box was 'smashed' and the item was broken. Told me I needed to file a claim with USPS. Received the item today, no box is smashed just the tank, which looks like they dropped it and the quality is so shitty it broke. Looks like it was done on purpose so they wouldn't have to pay me my money and instead have to deal with USPS. I'd stay away from ordering from here, the service is terrible their website is a joke and when I requested for a manager to call me over 3 times I got a call back from the same guy who had no answers to my questions. read more

We purchased a new 2019 QX60 this week from Coulter INFINITI. I must say it was the most pleasurable car purchase we have ever made in our lives. After dealing with a nearby Toyota Dealer this was a Night & Day different shopping experience. From just walking into the lobby ( and not being attacked in the parking lot by sales vultures at Toyota) to having a true professional knowledgeable sales person, it was so calm and easy to see what Coulter had to offer. It was 110' outside so our amazing sales person Rick Reames brought the cars up front just outside the lobby for us to view. Rick's knowledge was second to none when it came to infinity cars and the QX60 we were interested in purchasing. Unlike the Toyota sales person who did not know what colors the 'Highlander' were available....SAD! We also were given a tour of the service department and were introduced to a very friendly GM....Total Class! No 'boiler room' BS and no 'sales antics' here at Coulter...the vehicle is just amazing in quality and style......just like the Dealer! We highly recommend Coulter Infinity to purchase a new vehicle....... Just ask for 'Rick'....you will be so happy you did! read more

Never purchased a vehicle, but the service department is a joke and a rip off, lack customer service and product training, the service advisor spoke in slang and called me papa several times, I had to ask him to stop and be a little more professiona, and explained I wasn't his pap and to stop referring to me as such. So I took my car in for engine failure problem, after a diagnosis they needed to make a warranty claim, after a week in the shop and finally getting warranty approval, Jose and his Shystie service department wanted to charge me an additional $3500 over what the warranty would cover for a new engine, they wanted to charge $22,209, warranty only covered about $18000. All this for a new engine and turbos. Then when I wanted to move my vehicle to another shop, and get a second opinion Jose refused to give me my keys and release my car until I paid $800 for a diagnostic test, using a bunch of Mafia style tactics. I would not recommend this dealership. Be careful they will try and take advantage, just bunch of fast talking hustlers that don't really care about the customer. They are just out to make a buck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I brought my Infinity QX50 in for service with a full and extended warranty stating that I would get a loaner vehicle if it was to be left for service. I was then told by Mike Rios that they only have 3 loaner vehicles and they were all loaned out so he would not be able to give me one. Mind you this is a Saturday and they wouldn't be able to even look at it until Monday. I then asked if they would be able to get a vehicle from Enterprise and I was told No. I then asked if Mike Rios would call another dealership to see if they would have a loaner, again I was told No! He gave me absolutely No suggestions; he just sat there looking at me. I was on my own to figure it out. What kind of customer service is that?! I finally asked if I could take my vehicle to another dealership myself and again I was told No! Mike Rios told me it was not safe to drive. Mind you I drove it there (???) I left without a vehicle and decided on my own to call Scottsdale Infinity. I spoke to Chelsea who was Very accommodating. She told me she had 19 loaners and would save one for me. I told her Mike Rios told me I couldn't leave with my own vehicle and she said go tell him you Are leaving with my vehicle and I am going to bring it to Scottsdale Infinity. I went back in and he was not in his office and I was stopped by one of his employees. I told her I Am taking my vehicle to a Better dealership and will NOT be coming back there! Trust me, if you really expect the customer service that you paid for DO NOT go to Coulter Infinity in Mesa!!! Save yourself time and frustration and just go to Scottsdale Infinity and ask for Chelsea. She was Wonderful! read more

My service advisor Mike Rios is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't take care of his customers. Brought my car in for an oil change and they discovered I had a rear timing cover leaking oil. Mike decided to keep my car overnight since he couldn't get ahold of the warrenty company. I needed my vehicle for work the next day so I asked for the option of either a loaner vehcile or to bring my car back once the parts were ordered. His only option for me was to go rent a car at enterprise because Infiniti only has 4 loaners and they prefer to only loan them out to customers who have new vehicles versus myself who owns a 2014 Infiniti. Next morning he called the warranty company and texts me "Warranty is expired, sorry" but that was a lie. Warranty is good for another 70k miles of until 11/2026. I called the warranty company myself and they said the service advisor was incorrect and wasn't being truthful. Mike never followed up with me or called the warranty company again and it's been over a week. He made rude and smart-aleck comments when I picked up my vehicle and all around doesn't belong is customer service. This is my second terrible experience with Mike Rios and moving forward I will never bring my vehicle or my wife's vehicle back to Coulter Infiniti. read more

THE WORST! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Rick was the epitome of a used car salesman! We found the car we thought we wanted, drove down twice, 2nd time to make the purchase with our trade. I was told they would hold the car for us until the following day. When we got there they said another couple had just arrived to make an offer. We expected to pay tax but Rick the Dickster added 4k on top of that for a "key fob tax and inspection fee". In addition, he went 4k below blue book on our trade and tried to pit us against the other couple. Truly the WORST car buying experience ever! AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

Be wary of this place. They will tell you things they will not honor. They told me they were part of the Costco auto program, which guarantees any Costco membes a discount over the lowest advertised price, had me put down a $1000 deposit on a car w/ issues still needing to be corrected, and then told me I'm not eligible for a discount they are contracted to give. If you shop here, just be prepared to be told things that won't be honored, even after they request $1000 from you while they fix a car that is supposed to be ready for sale. And keep an eye on the tires. They have no problem selling vehicles with tires worn enough to create safety issues. I know it's used car sales, but honesty still goes a long way and this place seems to be lacking that trait... read more

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle today at Coulter Infiniti. We found a vehicle online in the morning and made contact with our salesman - Henry Said. We sent him pictures of our trade and negotiated the price of our purchase via email and phone. Henry immediately sent us paperwork confirming our deal pending a test drive. We drove to the dealership from Tucson and found that Henry had our vehicle ready and parked in the shade. After the test drive we sat down and Henry had all the paperwork ready to go. We did not have to wait around and he did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing additional warranties. He provided warranty information but once we declined we moved on. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. By far the best car dealership and salesman we've ever dealt with. I would recommend contacting Henry Said if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. read more

My wife and I went to Coulter Infiniti after having had a very poor experience with the sales manager Tony Swafford at Infiniti of Scottsdale. We had a very positive experience at Coulter. Their young new salesperson Arvin was professional in every way. Coulter's Sales Manager Randy Watson was upfront, open, and straightforward, and we rapidly came to an agreement on a new car. We highly recommend you go to Coulter for your next car purchase, especially if you're fed up with the classic "bait-and-switch" and "look at this, don't look at or ask about that" tactics that so many car sales places use. Coulter was excellent for us to work with. read more

If they tell you your wait is 90 mins, you will be there 3 hours. If they do an oil change, they will find 9 other things wrong with your car at "critical" levels. Next oil change I went back to Infiniti of Scottsdale, where I have been bringing my cars for over 10 years. I brought with me my paperwork from Coulter, claiming I needed 6 k worth of repairs. Needless to say the 6k in repairs was all bullshit. I paid for a oil change as was on my way They should be reported to the better business bureau for false claims. read more

I feel this review is long overdue as I have been going to Coulter Infiniti for over a year. I utilize the service department and have worked with both Scott S. and Aaron Z. Every time I go they make suggestions and go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is maintained properly. Not once have I ever felt maintenance and services that my car didn't really need were suggested or pushed on me like I have experienced elsewhere. When I pick up my car it always looks better than when I dropped it off with windows sparkling both inside and out and freshly washed. I have mixed feelings. But basically I feel like they charged me for things that a) I didn't need and b) were already on my car. When I contacted them regarding my disapointment in my experience I was ignored. However the sales experience was fine and the maintenance department is fabulous. I wouldn't trust them again with my money as a hard working single female with one income. I was upcharged over a 1000 dollars for a crappy oil change package and paint protection was added into my loan that was already on my used vehicle. read more

I bought my car about 3 years ago and my battery kept on dying It was under warranty and when I took it in to get a new battery and find out why my battery kept on Dying they told me it was because I don't drive my car far enough for the car to recharge it. They said it was a default in my car and that all of them that year had the same problem. So I would charge it on my own and when the battery would not charge Very well I would take it in and they would give me a new battery. The first time I bring it in not under warranty they decide to actually find the reason on why I have had battery problems and Melinda told me it was because their was a electrical problem it was going to be $1700 and that will fix the problem. When I called her out on why they waited until my warranty was over to finally find out what the issue was she tried to tell me I had a light on my dash that had come on and that is how they found the issue FYI there has never been a light come on my dash ever except for my seatbelt and gas light!!!!!!!!!!! read more
