Brought my vehicle in as the wipers would turn on randomly. They had my car for over a week and replaced a module and did updates. Since the software updates the car pulls hard right. They tried to give me the car back and I had the manager test drive it with me to see it still pulls. They told me that it's supposed to do that, it's a dead man's feature so you veer off the road if you fall asleep at the wheel. Absolutely ridiculous. Car is not drivable as your arm gets sore holding I'd town and to the left to go straight. Do not purchase a vehicle here. Do not bring a car here for service. ***Update***. Earnhardt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Gilbert 1521 E Drivers Way, Gilbert, AZ 85297 I took my Jeep in for a routine oil change. Immediately after, it leaked a significant amount of oil all over my garage and engine compartment. I immediately returned it to the dealership. Over the following days, I asked for answers, documentation, photos of the failed part, and an independent inspection. Here's what I got: No photos of the allegedly failed O-ring. The O-ring was discarded before I could have it independently inspected. My request for the vehicle to be towed to an independent mechanic was denied. My request for a one-year warranty to stand behind their conclusion that no engine damage occurred was denied. When I asked why they wouldn't provide a warranty, I was told, in substance: "We don't know if you're going to go home, drain all the oil out of your engine, destroy it, and then bring it back here trying to get a new engine." That statement stunned me. As a single mom, my vehicle isn't a luxury, it's how I get to work, show homes, provide for my daughter, and keep my family safe. I wasn't looking for a fight. I was looking for accountability. After my vehicle experienced a major oil leak immediately following a routine oil change, I came looking for accountability and peace of mind. I am extremely disappointed with how the Sales Department at Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert handled what should have been a straightforward customer service issue. In 2022, we purchased a brand-new Dodge Charger from this dealership. During the detailing process before delivery, one of the dealership employees accidentally sliced open the dashboard on my brand-new car. Instead of replacing the damaged dashboard, it was repaired. At the time, the repair didn't look exactly the same, but the difference was minor enough that I accepted it and moved on. Fast forward to 2026, and the exact area they repaired has split back open--only now it looks much worse than it ever did before. On top of that, the trim on my door is popping out as well. In my opinion, neither of these issues should be considered "normal wear and tear" on a vehicle that was damaged by the dealership before I ever took ownership of it. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that our Service Advisor, Rick, went above and beyond for us. He did everything within his power to advocate on our behalf, fought to get this issue addressed, communicated with us professionally, and genuinely cared about making things right. Rick is the definition of excellent customer service, and he deserves recognition for his efforts because he did far more than anyone could have expected. Unfortunately, the Sales Department completely failed where Rick succeeded. Instead of standing behind their mistake and taking care of a loyal customer, they chose not to make things right. We have purchased MANY vehicles from this dealership over the years and have referred multiple friends and family members who also purchased vehicles here because of our recommendation. Loyalty apparently means very little when it comes time for the dealership to stand behind its own workmanship. It's incredibly disappointing that something the dealership caused before I even drove my new car off the lot has turned into an ongoing issue years later. This should have been handled properly from the beginning instead of patched together with a repair that ultimately failed. Customer loyalty is earned through accountability, not just making the sale. Sadly, the Sales Department showed us that once the paperwork is signed, standing behind their mistakes is no longer a priority. Thank you, Rick, for treating us with respect and fighting for us. Do not trust these people. 1) They had me drive 45 minutes out to their lot for a car that was already sold, so they could try and sell me on something else. 2) Much worse, I gave them another chance, found a car I liked, and negotiated a final price and everything, was ready to purchase, and only wanted to confirm what a specific "service" identified on car fax report was before sending them the $. The repair was at another dealer, so they would only share the repair details with Earnheart directly. When I asked for the records, the sales person reached out to the other dealer, and obtained the records and then sent to me. It only showed 2 of the 4 years of service records, and nothing significant, she said they only had records for 2 years. I did not trust her so I called the other dealer again, and asked if they had records for all 4 years which they confirmed. After a week of pestering the sales person, their manager, and others at the dealership as well as informing them the full records do exist, they finally obtained them and sent them to me. Ended up that the vehicle had had more than $10k in repairs from severe accident that didn't show up on general carfax. I think they knew this record existed and were trying to deceive me. Bought a used Jeep in January and brought it in to service for clicking noise. Appointment was made for Friday, was told it would sit until Monday. So I dropped it off Sunday night, for 7am Monday appointment and my car didn't get touched until middle of the day Monday. I was told the issue was resolved Tuesday evening and when I picked up my vehicle Wednesday, the issue was still present. I brought the concern up to the service advisor and he never responded to me. This service department is horrible with their lack of communication to customers and in addition to fixing things unrelated to the initial issue, they failed to complete a recall on my jeep at time of service. I'm now using a different dealership for repair and it has been a total headache. Don't waste your time or money going here for service. read more

We had scheduled our oil change and tire rotation for its routine maintenance per our contract. They did the "5 point inspection" as well. On my way to this appointment my drive side front tire alert came on saying it was low. I drove to discount tire and they advised me I had a slow leak due to a nail but they couldn't get me in until tomorrow. I said fine and made an apt to fix it tomorrow. I went to my appointment at the dealership and when they told me it was done, I asked if they truly did the rotation and the inspection and she showed me the paperwork and said they had. She then asked me why I asked and I said because my front tire has a nail in it and it wasn't mentioned as an issue and if you really did the inspection it should have been mentioned. The lady was shocked and said she needed to speak with her manager. The lady returned and advised that they did find the nail but it was in the driver side rear tire which makes sense because they did actually do the rotation. She asked me if we would like them to patch it and I asked them how much it would be and they advised $30. I said fine just so I didn't have to go to discount tire tomorrow. I honestly have always believed that the dealership does a shit job on their committed service agreements and this proves it. Please tell me how do you miss a nail in a tire that is supposedly inspected and rotated. I am absolutely shocked and a little disappointed that at no point did a manager come to speak with me about this issue. I'm just hoping my car is actually getting the services required by them so it doesn't become an issue in the future... I honestly am shocked. I ordered a 2026 Ram 3500 Limited from out-of-state. This was a cash purchase and the vehicle was to be delivered to my home in a neighboring state. The vehicle was advertised as new with mileage of 5. The purchase authorization form they emailed just two days before I made payment also noted the milage as 5. I took delivery a few days later at my home and immediately noticed a 3"x 1/4" scratch in the rear painted bumper. I originally thought this was done by the delivery company, but after reviewing photos the salesman sent me while it was being detailed, it is obvious the scratch was present at the dealership. I informed them of this and they said they would cover the repair costs. My concern is why they chose to deliver it as such instead of fixing the scratch first. The next thing I noticed was a big discrepancy in the mileage. The truck had 85 miles on it as opposed to the 5 documented miles just 2 days prior to my purchase. The salesman explained that personnel from the dealership as well as the transport company need to test drive all vehicles during a purchase. Those must have been some extensive test drives. A few days later, I decided to look at the undercarriage of the truck. I was shocked to find dried mud covering the entire drivetrain, suspension, inside wheels, and even up inside the tailpipe. It appeared as if it had been driven through some deep water/mud and maybe even got stuck. There was also significant rust forming on the rear axle/differential and rear hub assemblies. I laid on a creeper (I am 71 YO) and took photos which I sent to the salesman. He advised that he didn't know how that happened and said he would check with someone else on Monday to see if this was "something normal". So I'm waiting to hear back and hoping for a little honesty for a change. I have never bought anything this expensive sight unseen, and this is exactly why. I put my trust in this dealership to deliver what they advertised with full disclosure of any issues but now I think I should have just paid more attention to the 3-star rating initially. read more

Then it takes 3 days to get someone to explain to me why it's not covered under warranty after I've been told it was. Then it takes another 3-4 days to do a 4 hour fix that I was told would be done the same day. Nobody follows up and I've now been unable to go to work for a week, lost $200 on towing my car, and now am spending more money for a fix the other shop would have done for $300 less. We recently leased a Jeep Wagoneer from ECJDR. The initial experience was promising--our salesperson, Brandon, was courteous and low-pressure, and we felt we got a fair deal on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the positives end there. According to Jeep's own website, every Wagoneer is supposed to come with a 110V trickle charger. When I pointed this out to Brandon, it didn't make a difference--we were not provided one. The dealership's explanation was that we declined the 220V L2 charger (for free charging miles). However, declining the 220V option should not negate the inclusion of the standard 110V charger. We also negotiated two items as part of our lease agreement: 1. Window tinting on the glass roof 2. All-weather floor mats It took nearly a month--and several follow-ups--before the tinting was finally completed. As of today, nearly three months later, we still haven't received the floor mats. Despite repeated texts, calls, and voicemails to Brandon, Balal, and the Sales Management Team, we've received no response. Once we passed the 30-day review window (which we didn't complete because the promised items hadn't been delivered), it feels like the dealership stopped caring altogether.
