In November of 2022, I came to Courtesy Jeep to get a new car because I had gotten into a bad accident and my previous car was totaled. The salesman that helped us, Ariel Hernandez, absolutely undoubtedly took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge on cars. He sold me a poorly made 2023 Jeep Compass that I have had nonstop issues with since I bought it almost a year ago. I'm paying $50 more a month than what I was originally quoted on the car. This car is NOT worth the unbelievable amount of money I am paying each month. The gas mileage is garbage. It takes $50 to fill my tank and I just barely get 200 miles. I completely regret purchasing this car. I always knew car salesmen were slimy snakes, but I'm appalled that they could so easily take advantage of a young woman just so they could get a good paycheck.

I had gotten warranty and other service from a jeep dealership just a few miles away and switched to Courtesy after countless issues I had with them. Courtesy has been amazing. I just got new tires and surprisingly they had the best price around! Richard, my technician was responsive and focused on making sure I was a satisfied customer. I can't believe the difference!

We have never owned or shopped for a Jeep, we love our new purchase! Our salesperson Teddy was the best! Super energized, informative and personable. He's just excited about our purchase as we are! Overall love our Jeep buying experience!

Omg I love this Jeep! It's only been 6 days and I can't believe what a great vehicle this thing is! It does everything! My salesperson, Chris Caban has made sure we have all the information we need to know how this beast works! Ask for Chris when you go to Courtesy Jeep. He's no pressure and gets to the point!

GO TO THIS PLACE,. From the moment we park our car and walked in, my wife and I where treated like Royalty. Edwin Puga is the best Car Salesman I have ever accounted. Never felt pressure and he took his time to answer all of our questions. Buying my wife Jeep from Courtesy was fast and simple. My sister n law references this place to me and I will tell all my family and friends to buy from Courtesy . Jeff Bonner and his entire staff is AWSOME !!!!

After I had paid for the car I removed the dashboard cover because it didn't fit right only to find out the dashboard is falling apart. The car is an all around heap. This was by far one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had…read more My family and I had been communicating by email with someone named Alejandro before visiting the dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted by Alex, who never mentioned that he was the same person we had been emailing. He handed us an "Alex" business card, so we naturally assumed Alejandro wasn't there and that Alex was a different salesperson. Throughout our visit, no one corrected that assumption. In fact, the sales manager, Dennis Torres, even told us, "Alejandro isn't here, let me get Alex." It wasn't until the very end of our visit, after I confronted Alex about the confusion, that he admitted his real name is Alejandro and that he goes by Alex for "professional reasons." If that's the case, there was no reason to let us believe they were two different people the entire time. It made the whole experience feel deceptive. The first Volkswagen we test drove had a loud engine noise that immediately concerned us. Instead of acknowledging it or giving us a chance to listen, Alex turned up the A/C, turned on the radio, and kept talking while we were trying to hear the engine. That same Volkswagen also had what appeared to be a backup camera screen, but when the car was put into reverse, the screen turned completely blue because the camera wasn't even connected. We were never told that. We then came to look at another Volkswagen because we had specifically been told it had a backup camera, which was one of our biggest requirements. After taking the time to come see it, we discovered it didn't even have a backup camera at all. We made that requirement clear from the beginning, so it was frustrating to have our time wasted on a vehicle that never met our needs. Eventually, we found a Nissan that checked every box we were looking for. Even after everything that had already happened, we still wanted to buy it. We simply tried to negotiate because we were about $2,000 apart on the price. Instead of working with us or making any effort to earn our business, Alex refused to negotiate and essentially told us to go find another car somewhere else. Between pretending to be two different people, having the sales manager go along with it, trying to distract us from a loud engine during a test drive, showing us one Volkswagen with a disconnected backup camera and another Volkswagen that didn't even have the backup camera we were promised, and then refusing to negotiate on the only vehicle we actually wanted, we left feeling like our time, intelligence, and business weren't respected. Buying a car is one of the biggest purchases most people make. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced at Ideal Cars, and I hope this review helps future buyers know exactly what they're walking into.

Ash Auto Group - Ash Auto Group Team

    Ash Auto Group

    (43 reviews)

I recently started working with Ash Auto Group after finding myself in a difficult financial…read moresituation and needing to replace my vehicle. I had some concerns going into the process, but my experience with Ryan and the team has been surprisingly positive. From the beginning, Ryan was professional, patient, and, most importantly, nonjudgmental. When you're going through something like bankruptcy or rebuilding your credit, it can be easy to feel like you have to take whatever option is offered. Ryan never made me feel that way. He treated me with respect and worked with me to find an opportunity that made sense for my situation. The process did have a hiccup. We initially started with one vehicle and I was told everything looked good, but ultimately the financing wasn't approved because of my particular circumstances. Rather than making the situation frustrating or making me feel like I had wasted my time, Ryan adjusted quickly and worked to find another option. That flexibility and willingness to keep working with me made a big difference. One thing I would tell anyone considering Ash Auto, especially someone rebuilding their credit or coming out of bankruptcy, is don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to speak up about what you want. Your financial situation doesn't mean you shouldn't expect a good vehicle and a fair deal. Do your homework, understand the terms, and make sure you are comfortable with what you're agreeing to. At the end of the day, Ash Auto is still a business, so being an informed customer is important. I also believe this is especially important when you're rebuilding after bankruptcy. The vehicle you choose may be the vehicle you're living with for several years while your credit recovers, so don't feel pressured to simply accept the first option presented. Make sure you're comfortable with the vehicle, the numbers, and the overall deal. I can now also speak to the delivery and post-sale experience. The vehicle was promised for delivery on Monday, 9/21, but actually arrived on Sunday, 9/20, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery was simple and hassle-free. The driver confirmed my identity, handed over the keys, reviewed the vehicle with me, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. The vehicle arrived in good shape and, honestly, in better condition than I expected. I did notice two mechanical issues fairly quickly. They weren't cosmetic, and while I was surprised they hadn't been disclosed, I also understand that they may not have been known to the dealership beforehand. I contacted Ryan, and he responded and connected me with Jason, the Service Director. Jason was professional and helpful and immediately worked to get the issues addressed. He gave me the option of having the vehicle inspected and repaired at a local dealer or certified repair facility of my choice and even offered to assist if I had any difficulty getting the repairs handled. That follow-up was important to me. Used vehicles aren't always going to be perfect, and I think the real test of a dealership is how they respond when something unexpected comes up. So far, Ash Auto has responded professionally and made a genuine effort to help resolve the issues rather than leaving me to figure everything out on my own. I'm still relatively early into ownership, so I don't want to overstate my experience or make claims about the long term that I can't verify yet. But based on the buying process, the delivery, and the way the initial service concerns have been handled, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service I've received from Ryan, Jason, and Ash Auto. For anyone dealing with bankruptcy, rebuilding credit, or a difficult financial situation, I would recommend giving Ash Auto an opportunity to work with you. Just remember to do your homework, ask questions, understand the numbers, and make sure the vehicle and terms work for you. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic. What started as a situation I was honestly nervous about has turned into a much more positive experience than I expected. I appreciate Ryan's patience and willingness to work through the financing challenges, and I appreciate Jason's responsiveness when issues came up after delivery. I'll continue to judge the experience as I put more miles on the vehicle and see how the remaining service issues are handled, but so far, Ash Auto has given me good reason to feel positive about my decision

Mike over billed me by 1000$ due to a miscommunication..in fairness after I caught that report..the 1k was sent back to me . The vehicule in question was sold to me As a theft recovery with no physical damage , I was told the salvage title report would indicate theft recovery but no physical damage. After purchasing , i looked up the Carfax and discovered that the truck was not only stolen/recovered , it also had reported front end damage which ..unfortunately creates "diminished value" There is a big difference in value between a car that has never been wrecked and one that has, even when the repairs are done right, the value is severely Diminished. I was told after I confronted Rob about this that the damage to front end wasn't bad..I tried to explain that the issue isn't so much the damage as much as the fact that the report on this truck indicated damage and this was never disclosed to me . I had the truck inspected by an independent source, and they found nothing wrong. By washing and detailing the engine compartment, they covered up the fact that there was an oil leak at the top front of the engine. I called the warranty company and they had no record of the warranty on file. I called got trucks back and after speaking to the sales manager, and the service manager, and the finance dept., they indicated they would get this underway. This was seven days after the sale. I will likely not go back to this dealership, as they covered up a serious enough problem. Plus they did not follow through on registering the warranty in due time. I do have the warranty, but I will definitely take it somewhere else to have it repaired. I cannot trust their service department after this incident.
