I tried to work with this dealership, was very open about my situation and aware it may not be…read moredoable, when a potential deal was in talks they were friendly and back and forth with communication, without clarifying with me the person tried to run the deal on a much more expensive car then I had planned knowing I was already on iffy terms to make a deal work, I clarified I would prefer to go with a cheaper vehicle that also had cash incentives and from that moment on communication became dry, short and then non existent til I got a text confirming my appointment on a Saturday. I clarified and I said I hadn't heard anything back and didn't want to go down til they knew if they even approved me in anyway. I got another dry response and then nothing for almost 2 weeks until I reached out. I got a co signer and tried again and reached out to follow up and got "it's the same as last week" as the response even though no one ever followed up with me and I was left to assume it was a no, and then further ok, thank you when I addressed the poor communication and customer service. Nothing. No customer service at all unless they thought they could get a deal out of me with a 40,000 dollar car. I left a review of my experience because I had also tried to work with a Horne Dealership a few months and didn't have success but that dealership communicated, explain what the hold up was, asked about my co signer, asked about more money down (which in reality would have been doable now in this situation but wasn't reached out to discuss what number was realistic for me or the deal) then ended it with we would love to work with you when things change. I was disappointed to not be approved, but left satisfied with my experience overall because customer service was present. Very quickly after leaving my review I received this text message from the GM Luis who was extremely passive aggressive, talked down to me like I didn't understand even though I was very forthcoming about being aware my situation wasn't easy to work with and then said "out of respect for me" he didn't post my credit details on the google review as if any business should do that to its customers? Like that was a favor? And then said If I had a solution to call him. So..you have no customer service, try to bully your customers and then deflect accountability and want me to do the job your team couldn't? Or was that just more of a way to try to be insulting? Let me be clear, my issue isn't that I wasn't approved. I knew going in it was going to be iffy and that's why I was hesitant to waste my time sitting at a dealership. My issue is that it was very clear when I had no interest in a 40,000 dollar car their attentiveness to my situation dropped immediately I never heard anything back from the person I was working with. Not one thing. Not a sorry we couldn't do it, not an inquiry to if I could adjust my situation more, nothing. Then on my own, decided to still try to work with them and got a dry rude same as last week response to my inquiry about adding my co signer even though I never got an answer at all and then when I left my review the GM thought it was appropriate to text me this and deflect blame instead of just saying hey, I'm sorry for how we didn't follow up or how my team responded today but let's explain what your hold up is, and if not we'd love to work with you in the future. Simple as that but the way they're handling it is EXTREMELY TELLING to the type of people that run this dealership. As long as you're a happy customer they'll be great but if you have any negative opinions they'll become very rude, and the GM will try to passive aggressively attack you and try to take weird jabs at you like a child.

They told me my engine was seized due to rod bearing failure-- at 88k miles, which, as many of you know, is exactly the issue that's been recalled or covered under Hyundai's extended warranty for this model/year. Same exact engine that's been having issues (2.0 NU MPI) The dealership said they were missing maintenance records and asked me to provide them. Luckily, I've always taken care of my car and changed the oil and did filters/rotations and the works. I was able to provide dates of ALL oil changes I completed that the car was being properly maintained during those times. Despite all that, Hyundai still denied the claim, saying it was due to "excessive neglect"--which is just ridiculous. I met every requirement and provided clear documentation. When I called Hyundai Corporate to understand what they meant by "excessive neglect," they refused to elaborate and told me the case is closed with no option to appeal. Here's what I've done so far: Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Filed with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) - someone has already been assigned to my case and will be visiting the dealership soon. Hyundai pretty much told us it's not their issue and we are screwed. Even though they have KNOWN issues with the same year/model/engine. I would never recommend getting a Hyundai, the engine in my car seized at 88k miles with identical issues that recalls are known for but they wouldn't even admit to it and kept saying "it's out of warranty". Please be aware and avoid buying a Hyundai at all costs. Horrible experience but it shed light to how crappy of a company they are and how much they don't care about their long time customers.

In one sentence, do not trust this dealership…read more First issue: We bought a Tesla last year and in the first month after purchasing, we had to go back 3 different times as the car told us one tire was low on air pressure. The issue was present on the test drive and when we brought it up to the salesman we were ASSURED that it was just a quick air refill and that it would be fixed when we drove it off the lot. It wasn't and finally on the 3rd time there, they replaced the tire. Come to find out, after taking it to the Tesla repair instead, the entire tire sensor was bad. We also found out in this visit that our trunk's top piece had been "repaired" with make shift pieces that now had the entire hardware falling off the trunk and the entire bill at Tesla was $500 to fix it. To this day, we still have issues with the trunk and now side pieces of door frames popping off as well. Second Issue: When purchasing the car, we were told that they were "unable to remove their services" of being to able to get nitrogen air for the tires and detailing the paint every 6 months which added $1,600 to the car's original cost. We asked multiple times to remove this as we do not live conveniently near the dealership but were denied. As this was our first electric vehicle, we were also very vocal about how excited we were to get the $4,000 used EV car tax credit this upcoming tax season. The salesman even mentioned how it would likely be on the overall price of the car as the taxes and extra fees pushed the car above the credit threshold. Well, we just filed and came to find out the dealership had already claimed the tax credit for themselves so we no longer get any benefit. How this company could look us in the eye and tell us we were going to get it, all the while knowing they had already claimed the credit for their business is insane. We would've been better off financially at this point just purchasing a new version of our car directly from Tesla. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is trying to find a good car and trust you are being told the truth when buying it.
