I took my truck in for a routine oil change. They rotated my tires which I did not ask for , and in the process broke 2 of the lug nut stems. I was called and told not to worry That I would have my truck back. I told them I had to pick my kid up at 4 o'clock And Cody Overthere assured me that I would have my truck back before that. Then at 2:30 I got a phone call saying the parts wouldn't be in for an hour which would've been 330. I've already told him I had to pick my kid up at four. You would think since they are responsible for breaking my truck They would've offered some type of rental. They didn't. I was told some person name travis was going to call me who never did. I was finally able to get my truck back this morning not really knowing if it's fixed. This is the only dealership I've ever taken the truck to since we bought it being that we have a maintenance package purchased through them. They are the ones who rotated my tires last time and obviously over tightened which caused it to break this time. I'm in customer service and I know had I caused damage to somebody's things I would've taken responsibility for that and made sure that my client had everything they needed. I will never take my truck back to this place. I would advise anybody else to be very careful of this dealership and their practices. They were extremely unprofessional! Renovated or not, this dealership (Superstition Jeep Chrysler) cannot get out of its own way. I even looked at a previous review I wrote in which I was just really excited that they finally got it together. Wishful thinking. I called to set up an appointment to get a spare key. Because I purchased my Jeep there, the dealership has all my vehicle information, but the service person could not be bothered to tell me that the key I need (pretty basic) would have to be ordered. It was only when I arrived for my appointment that I was told I would have to return after they ordered and received the key. Worse yet, when I initially asked for pricing, I was transferred to a service advisor and had to leave a detailed message to call me back. No call back, I arrived and was told the key (I would have to return for) would cost me $300. No thanks. I purchased the key for $147 at a locksmith half a mile away. On 7/27 an impaired driver traveled into oncoming traffic and hit my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The Jeep was considered a total loss. She did her job as a Jeep and kept me alive though. I went into Courtesy Jeep on 7/29 and met Christian and Phillip. Both were so very kind and understood that the experience was traumatic. Both let me know they would work with me to get another Jeep. On 8/1, the insurance paid off my other Jeep and I was ready to get started. I don't even know where to start from being promised a detail from the day I bought my vehicle to never getting it and sitting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours for my car not to get touched, until throwing a giant fit a month and a half later and finally receiving the details (car had crumbs of food from last owner) to hearing a noise in my brakes and taking it to get serviced for them to tell me this is normal. I don't think it is normal for brakes to make a clanking noise. I was hung up on by Brendan and the service manager after him being a smart ass with me inferring I know absolutely nothing about cars, well sorry not this female. I explained people have asked what that noise is as well as my father looked at it and suggested taking it in, he sarcastically says "what's their mopar certificatation" and I said you don't need to get smart with me and he hung up!! Wow. I went round and round with the service guy Travis the night before for him to do nothing for me except repeat the same mono tone answer that wasn't getting us anywhere, I finally had to say I wouldn't hang up the phone until I had confirmation of a rental. He then after 20 minutes going back and forth submits a reservation online. then they tell me still the next day nothing is wrong with my car. I truly don't think they actually looked at it and if they did to tell me this noise is normal?? How? then not to mention after being hung up on about five minutes later the rental car place calls me to tell me the dealership just called them and they won't be covering my rental. (Which I pay for in my warranty and service package) Seems like retaliation to me. I bought this car September 24, I noticed the noise within two weeks of having the car. It took three weeks for somebody to give me a call back. After throwing a fit about the detail and still not getting a callback I finally get in. This dealership is so unprofessional and has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The only good thing they have going is there a sales associate Riley. He is the only one that has made an effort to try and make things right. Oh and James remy he's been cool too. Bht the managers are ridiculous and don't help. Brought in our Jeep to have trailer lights flashed and was told it would be $149.00. The service guy said it would take all day, and no loaner car could be offered. They were also aware there was a recall on Jeep. Didn't give a crap I guess! Just a one way Uber ride. So we called Scottsdale Auto Show(Chapman Jeep Dodge), and they said no problem. $69.00 for the same service requested at Courtesy, with a brand new loaner car no charge. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Avoid dealership at all costs. If you have to buy from here avoid Colin (Salesperson) and Todd (Sales Manager). They are full of empty promises and lies. Here's my story: December 4th: I found a vehicle I liked that the dealer had posted online. I asked for an out the door price so I could get approval from my company who was purchasing the vehicle with cash. They did not give me the online price because I didn't qualify for the $500 First Responder discount so a manager (not Todd) said "they just do that to their online price to get people in the door." So almost no one qualifies for that except first responders. December 7th: I asked Colin if the vehicle was still available and he said it was. I get down to the dealership and vehicle is nowhere in sight. Colin said he didn't know it got sold but said "they have two more EXACTLY like it." Well they ended up only having one more that was almost exactly like it but it was missing a $1000 lane departure assist and adaptive cruise control feature. I said that was fine so give me my out the door price which came out to be the same price as the first one. So I asked shouldn't it be $1000 less but they wouldn't take off $1000 to account for the missing feature. They ended up taking $500 off after some discussion. I said ok that's fine, let's move forward with the purchase. They got all my information and information for the company and said they would have a mobile notary (Maverick) reach out to our company. They said I didn't need to leave a deposit and they had everything they needed. December 9: I text Colin for an update and he said that the notary was going to reach out to our company on December 10. December 11: didn't hear from anyone and tried to follow up but no response December 14: followed up again with no response December 15: called Todd with no response. Went into dealership at 4:30 and Todd didn't come see me until 6 as he was in the middle of not wanting to talk to me. He told me they sold the car from under me and "didn't know I wanted it". At this point I am furious and trying to walk out the door but Todd says, I'll get you into a 2021 at the same price as the 2020. I said ok and figured I've already wasted a bunch of time so might as well. Well I had to leave before he could get me a price so he said he would call me. Since I left I have not heard back. January 6 2021: I receive a text that says "This is Cher from Courtesy Customer relations. I see that you have recently purchase a vehicle from us and have not enrolled in Mopar Owners Companion...." I NEVER PURCHASED A VEHICLE BECAUSE THE DEALER DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO NOT SELL ME A VEHICLE. read more

If we start at the beginning we were attended to a very rude sales person. When jokingly I said to go earn their pay by filling out the paperwork, she responded with " no one is making money at 10600." I'm sorry but if you're gonna be rude to say that after you agreed to the terms then don't agree to the terms. We almost walked out there, but we stayed for whatever reason. We bought the car. The salesperson, and the financial guy, promised us free oil changes for 2 years but didn't put that on the paperwork. So when I went to take my car in this past week they told me I should have my paperwork with me to prove I was promised oil changes. 1. Who carries their paperwork with them? 2. You made the promise, why do I have to carry the paperwork? This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen or had. Then to put the icing on the cake and cherry on top they said they would call to let us know by today. Guess who didn't call. This is horrible and I'll never go back or buy anything from them ever. read more

I brought my jeep grand cherokee in for a repair spent a good amount of money and the repair wasn't fixed right the first time. I had to bring it back to get the rest fixed stuff was not clipped in tranny was low on fluid and my fog lights were hanging down after they took my bumper off and the side moldings were not put back on to normal. read more

You sign a contract but when it comes time to honor service they'll not honor it and not have reason why. Came in for oil change which is in contract I signed with service package. Waited a hour plus to speak with finance guy and as I write this still haven't seen him. I was covered coming in they said with in 2 mins oh no it's voided no reason why. Even service guy admits it's deceptive when I sign for something that's not really there when it's time to use it. Wonder if they mess up gap coverage too (later found out ya I got handed a useless signed gap waiver) .3 Hr plus for oil change that now may or may not happen because who knows why tells you how it is. you get handed paperwork by then that shows differently then what system shows and different then additional documents they have. 3 plus hrs now dealing with this. Finally did get to talk to someone but wasn't much help in end still terrible experience. Black out your whole day to do anything here. My appointment was at 10 am now after 2pm. a 4 hour wait. To do anything here black out your whole day. Also didn't reset check oil light I had to that myself. One more thing to be aware of very strongly: when I told the finance guy yesterday everything wrong in paperwork, inconsistencies, the many hrs it took just to speak to someone because no one says you're there supposedly, and you tell tell them how bad it looks on the company the finance guy laughed at it. Honestly what's funny about a rep of your company saying your company is deceptive? Inconsistent paperwork? Taken hrs just to speak to someone none of that is funny to me. Not sure why it's funny to them. Also claim financier cancelled the coverage I called the finance company they said that they did not. To top it off staff is rude talks over you and it's just terrible. read more

First time buying a jeep. Worst sales experience in my entire life. Sales person vaped when we switched drivers outside the car. Smell came into the car. And we all love new car smell but not cherry fumes. He had my credit report before I even signed. My plates were removed on trade in before I got financed. They left me for over an hour and half outside finance. I drove away. They called me back saying we have a great payment. I returned and it was a different car. Sneaky. When I moved forward with the car they called me two days later. Financing wasn't complete. Told me I need to come back at 7pm to sign again. It's called end of month quota. Delivery of car. Stains all over hood. Which they worked on and it returned. I went to put stuff away in trunk and the handle fell off. This was a complete service failure. They care only to when you sign. Very unfortunate. This could of been a great experience. But it wasn't Run for to a different dealer. I contacted corporate and they still haven't returned my call. read more

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. After I traded my car in here I wasn't able to obtain all of my belongings to transfer from trade to new car. I came back every day for 3 days and nobody could take me to my car. As expected when I was finally able to go to my trader in car my apple air pods were stolen from them by an employee. I had later inquired about a vehicle in which they were asking too much and wouldn't budge on price so I walked away. The sales person texts me multiple times a week every week antagonizing and harassing me, instead of actually making me want to come down to the dealer, he proves to me every reason why I won't ever return or recommend Courtesy to anybody ever. I took my Jeep in to get fixed after the computer module "short circuited" in their words and needing to get a new key programmed because my original key was intermittently working. After picking it up the first time and driving it home my keys were no longer working properly. I noticed my microphone for my Bluetooth stopped working after they replaced the module. A few cosmetic details were noted as well such as the leather fabric behind the steering wheel that attaches to the dash was not fully sealed, the vent on the far right of the dash was not fully attached or clipped into the dash, and the cover for the battery underneath the passenger seat was tangled in the electronic cables. I then called Travis Venters, the Service Advisor, and left him a voicemail stating all of this with no response from him. I called back the following mid-morning and left another voicemail with no response. I ended up having to drive down there to talk to him about it when he claimed he did not get my voicemails. I dropped it off for a second time for them to fix it and asked that he write down all of these issues as we walked through them. He did, but according to the printed tickets they were very poorly written and still did not capture all of the details I was telling him because they still did not fix it when I went to go get it for a second time. When I dropped it off the second time I stated that I wanted the new key from them programmed so I did not have to deal with them again and I did not care to have the other ones programmed. He obviously did not understand that because when I went to go get it a second time, one of the old keys was programmed and causing the new key from them to malfunction again. The microphone was also still broken and he claimed that "his guys ran through all of the connections again on the radio and nothing looked wrong on their end." The microphone was working perfectly fine before bringing it to them and every time I kept bringing that up I was told "well we can't find anything wrong with it" by Travis Venters. Another service advisor plugged in his diagnostic tool and I could see on the screen there were 3 different microphone notices and one of them said something about a disconnect. I spoke to the Service Manager, Brenden Hayes, who assured me everything would be taken care of first thing Monday morning and that he would 'oversee' this job. I heard nothing from them until Wednesday when Travis called to tell me it was fixed. Upon picking it up I noticed my service oil alarm was off and there was a sticker on the inside of the windshield stating to change it in 6 months. I was not told and it's not written on the ticket that the oil was serviced so I really have no idea if this was actually done. There was also bird shit all over it. The cover under the passenger seat for the battery was tangled again in the cables. The microphone is still not working and after reiterating to Travis that it was working perfectly fine before they got it I was told "well we can't find anything wrong with it". This is a horrible response to give to a customer especially when they did something to it for it to stop working and I can see on the diagnostic tool 3 different errors/notices! Very poor communication efforts from the service department. Took them 3 times to finally fix my original issue with my car and break my microphone leaving me with no resolution. They don't test the vehicle before giving it back to the customer. They don't pay attention to detail at all in their jobs! Absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! read more

Bought a new jeep Renegade Latitude 4x4 in Nov 2019. It is February 17 2020 and i just added another quart of oil. I have 2200 miles and have added 2 1/2 quarts of oil . The Service dept says this is normal. I have owned 13 new cars in the last 20 years and none of them have ever used a drop of oil between changes. Steer clear of this vehicle. read more

I had an older Jeep that needed servicing and I first went to a Firestone that was much closer to my house. They kept it for a few days and later recommended I take it here as they believed these guys could help me best. I left my jeep with Travis who was very kind, straightforward and honest. If available, I recommend asking for Travis at service as I surely will in the case my NEW Jeep needs it. Anyway, seeing my older Jeep next to much nicer, newer jeeps peaked my curiosity and I asked a salesman nearby if he could answer a few quick questions. I'm fresh in to my 20's and have no experience with buying a car. Rather than take any sort of advantage of that, Sal explained the many nuances that come with buying a car and immediately made me feel very comfortable asking questions and assuring me I was in honest hands. Sal was quick, straight to the point and never hesitated, I felt as though he was more concerned about my experience here than with me spending money here. In fact, we test drove a Jeep I picked out, one we agreed was a "good, safe, first car to buy and own", to a gas station and he filled the tank! I don't know if that's custom, but either way, courteous. He also helped me get what I thought was a great trade in amount for my Jeep in service. If available, I seriously recommend asking for Sal in the case you're looking to buy from here or have questions. The last person I spoke with was Mikey, he helped me buy the car. I had someone with experience buying cars with me during this time and her and Mikey did the majority of the talking. Experience should speak while inexperience should listen extra hard in this case. Some of the ideas we were given before walking in to this office didn't quite make it in to the final agreement and frustration on our side occurred. He explained his role and everything he was doing to help. (I understand being frustrated about not being able to afford something is not his fault, we weren't frustrated at him at any point although it may not have seemed that way.) Mikey dealt with it in the most professional and cordial way he could have. A few things didn't work for us after the first proposal. We were quick to let him know. It was long past closing hour at this point I should add as I got here within an hour of closing time. (Nobody here ever mentioned the time or complained about it being so late which was nice). Our (a bit too) quick frustration was met with extreme professionalism, cordiality, and lots and lots of help. At no point did Mikey seem stressed, he answered every question, explained every misunderstanding, worked around what we gave him with what he had as best as he could in our favor and got me what I believe was a very good, promising deal albeit him being many hours late out of work and having what I assume was a wellness check from his spouse that was very brief and not distracting and only added to the lighthearted mood he created out of the whole experience. If he was (reasonably) stressed, we had no idea basically. If available, I recommend asking for Mikey in the case you are buying from here. Very kind, relatable and honest. I came in with no intention to buy a car, only to service one. I left with an immense amount of information that was made to make sense to me, a new used car, a great first experience buying a car, and the ability to feel confident about my new car if anything should happen knowing this Courtesy Jeep, with these people, is a hop, skip and jump away. I took my Jeep in to get fixed after the computer module "short circuited" in their words and needing to get a new key programmed because my original key was intermittently working. After picking it up the first time and driving it home my keys were no longer working properly. I noticed my microphone for my Bluetooth stopped working after they replaced the module. A few cosmetic details were noted as well such as the leather fabric behind the steering wheel that attaches to the dash was not fully sealed, the vent on the far right of the dash was not fully attached or clipped into the dash, and the cover for the battery underneath the passenger seat was tangled in the electronic cables. I then called Travis Venters, the Service Advisor, and left him a voicemail stating all of this with no response from him. I called back the following mid-morning and left another voicemail with no response. I ended up having to drive down there to talk to him about it when he claimed he did not get my voicemails. I dropped it off for a second time for them to fix it and asked that he write down all of these issues as we walked through them. He did, but according to the printed tickets they were very poorly written and still did not capture all of the details I was telling him because they still did not fix it when I went to go get it for a second time. When I dropped it off the second time I stated that I wanted the new key from them programmed so I did not have to deal with them again and I did not care to have the other ones programmed. He obviously did not understand that because when I went to go get it a second time, one of the old keys was programmed and causing the new key from them to malfunction again. The microphone was also still broken and he claimed that "his guys ran through all of the connections again on the radio and nothing looked wrong on their end." The microphone was working perfectly fine before bringing it to them and every time I kept bringing that up I was told "well we can't find anything wrong with it" by Travis Venters. Another service advisor plugged in his diagnostic tool and I could see on the screen there were 3 different microphone notices and one of them said something about a disconnect. I spoke to the Service Manager, Brenden Hayes, who assured me everything would be taken care of first thing Monday morning and that he would 'oversee' this job. I heard nothing from them until Wednesday when Travis called to tell me it was fixed. Upon picking it up I noticed my service oil alarm was off and there was a sticker on the inside of the windshield stating to change it in 6 months. I was not told and it's not written on the ticket that the oil was serviced so I really have no idea if this was actually done. There was also bird shit all over it. The cover under the passenger seat for the battery was tangled again in the cables. The microphone is still not working and after reiterating to Travis that it was working perfectly fine before they got it I was told "well we can't find anything wrong with it". This is a horrible response to give to a customer especially when they did something to it for it to stop working and I can see on the diagnostic tool 3 different errors/notices! How am I supposed to get this fixed since they broke it and are refusing to acknowledge that or look further into it? read more
