In November of 2022, I came to Courtesy Jeep to get a new car because I had gotten into a bad accident and my previous car was totaled. The salesman that helped us, Ariel Hernandez, absolutely undoubtedly took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge on cars. He sold me a poorly made 2023 Jeep Compass that I have had nonstop issues with since I bought it almost a year ago. I'm paying $50 more a month than what I was originally quoted on the car. This car is NOT worth the unbelievable amount of money I am paying each month. The gas mileage is garbage. It takes $50 to fill my tank and I just barely get 200 miles. I completely regret purchasing this car. I always knew car salesmen were slimy snakes, but I'm appalled that they could so easily take advantage of a young woman just so they could get a good paycheck.

I had gotten warranty and other service from a jeep dealership just a few miles away and switched to Courtesy after countless issues I had with them. Courtesy has been amazing. I just got new tires and surprisingly they had the best price around! Richard, my technician was responsive and focused on making sure I was a satisfied customer. I can't believe the difference!

We have never owned or shopped for a Jeep, we love our new purchase! Our salesperson Teddy was the best! Super energized, informative and personable. He's just excited about our purchase as we are! Overall love our Jeep buying experience!

Omg I love this Jeep! It's only been 6 days and I can't believe what a great vehicle this thing is! It does everything! My salesperson, Chris Caban has made sure we have all the information we need to know how this beast works! Ask for Chris when you go to Courtesy Jeep. He's no pressure and gets to the point!

GO TO THIS PLACE,. From the moment we park our car and walked in, my wife and I where treated like Royalty. Edwin Puga is the best Car Salesman I have ever accounted. Never felt pressure and he took his time to answer all of our questions. Buying my wife Jeep from Courtesy was fast and simple. My sister n law references this place to me and I will tell all my family and friends to buy from Courtesy . Jeff Bonner and his entire staff is AWSOME !!!!

I signed the 1st document showing it was removed. When I went back to see them to discuss this, THAT document and that document alone is just gone. This item was already negotiated out. They basically stole $399 from me. I still got a good deal, but not the deal I was supposed to get. I used to buy a new car every year, it's low-life thieving dirty tactics like this is why I haven't bought a new vehicle in 5 years. I'll never buy another vehicle from ANY Courtesy Dealership the rest of my life. They could fix this by giving me the $399 plus tax. But they refused. UPDATE: Confirmed by 2 different shops that install ceramic coating. My vehicle has no ceramic coating on it. It was just a $399 charge for nothing. Thieves. Shop elsewhere!!

So I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and from the start everything seemed normal…read more-- regular calls, updates, and invites to come in. Once the truck was finally ready to test drive, I came in, checked it out, and fell in love. I told Melissa (sales rep) and Eddie (sales manager) that I'd been looking at trucks for a while, and I was ready to make a deal, but I needed to talk to my partner first. Right away, Eddie offered to swap my newer tires from my trade-in onto the new truck, and said I'd also get a detail after the rain stopped and a full tank of gas. After going back and forth on numbers, I decided to move forward. When I showed up to sign paperwork, Melissa already seemed annoyed to deal with me. I get that I'm a detailed buyer, but when you're signing a long-term contract for a vehicle you depend on, you have every right to ask questions and negotiate. We agreed on the price and the tire swap. But when I was given the "30-day promise" document, it said "none" under promised items. I told Melissa it needed to list the tires and detail, and she said Eddie told her it didn't have to. I refused to sign without it included. Eddie came out and told me I could just take both trucks and pay to have it done myself -- which was ridiculous, considering it was their offer. At that point, I was ready to walk away. Melissa was visibly angry putting my plates back on my old truck. A few minutes later, Eddie said he'd "eat the cost" and have it done Monday. I agreed, and asked for it to be written on the 30-day note. That's when things went downhill fast. Melissa came back inside and loudly said, "You guys are starting to piss me the f* off."** My partner and I just looked at each other in disbelief. After that, she basically vanished -- no walkthrough, no app setup, no feature overview. When I finally drove off, my "full tank" was actually half. Eddie apologized and said he'd fill it Monday. Melissa texted that "fill it up" only means half a tank. (Still not sure how that makes sense.) On Monday, I dropped the truck off first thing for the tire swap. No communication from Eddie or Melissa. Only Brian in service, who was polite and told me it'd be done by end of day or noon Tuesday. It wasn't. Eddie didn't reply until late that night, saying it'd be ready Tuesday. Then Tuesday turned into Wednesday because they "lost the lug nut key." Randy eventually stepped in and helped get it finished -- he was professional and understanding -- but it's clear he was left cleaning up someone else's mess. The truck wasn't detailed as promised, and when I picked it up, the steering wheel shook and it pulled to the right. Service confirmed no alignment had been done, even though that's standard when changing to larger tires. Now I'm out a detail and likely paying for my own alignment. Long story short, I would never buy another vehicle from Melissa or recommend this dealership to anyone. Once the paperwork was signed, both she and Eddie disappeared, leaving others to deal with their promises. I even left a voicemail for the GM four days ago -- no response. Once they have your money, it feels like you no longer matter. This experience is exactly why so many people hate buying vehicles. Just the last thing I have to add. They charge all these extra.... Air, nitrogen, LoJack, professional tint... and other bs. Their professional printer needs to be fired. I didn't notice it when purchased cause it was cloudy, the back windows are tinted brown... the rest are regular dark blackish tint. Like you want to charge me for that?! Just another thing I'll have to pay for.

We were immediately greeted by Carlos who walked us over to a few different models to look at. Carlos is a very unique and pleasant salesman to work with. None of the games, he listened and acted on our preferences instead of selling us what he'd been told to. When we found the right trim and options on the car we came to see, the color in person didn't grow on us. So Carlos led us over to the new intake where he had exactly the same car, same options in a striking blue. So we talked prices but ultimately on the day we didnt impulse buy and decided to take some time to think about it and left. There was no hard sales after that. I have to add here, that our experience was still jaded by our earlier visits to OTHER dealerships. They use things like bait and switch tactics (getting your budget, agreeing on a price, then changing the vin & car on the paperwork to a lesser trim and price) But we found none of the sales games with Autonation. This was such a differential turning point for us and why we decided to drive all the way back to close the deal. Not once did Carlos or his manager get defensive or upset when I was armed with photos, print outs of the car and vin to check Carlos's monitor and paperwork at every step of the process They were totally understanding The whole process of buying the car took less than 2 pleasurable hours and that included a personal tour and demo of all the cars new features by Carlos.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Alex, who never mentioned that he was the same person we had been emailing. He handed us an "Alex" business card, so we naturally assumed Alejandro wasn't there and that Alex was a different salesperson. Throughout our visit, no one corrected that assumption. In fact, the sales manager, Dennis Torres, even told us, "Alejandro isn't here, let me get Alex." It wasn't until the very end of our visit, after I confronted Alex about the confusion, that he admitted his real name is Alejandro and that he goes by Alex for "professional reasons." If that's the case, there was no reason to let us believe they were two different people the entire time. It made the whole experience feel deceptive. The first Volkswagen we test drove had a loud engine noise that immediately concerned us. Instead of acknowledging it or giving us a chance to listen, Alex turned up the A/C, turned on the radio, and kept talking while we were trying to hear the engine. That same Volkswagen also had what appeared to be a backup camera screen, but when the car was put into reverse, the screen turned completely blue because the camera wasn't even connected. We were never told that. We then came to look at another Volkswagen because we had specifically been told it had a backup camera, which was one of our biggest requirements. After taking the time to come see it, we discovered it didn't even have a backup camera at all. We made that requirement clear from the beginning, so it was frustrating to have our time wasted on a vehicle that never met our needs. Eventually, we found a Nissan that checked every box we were looking for. Even after everything that had already happened, we still wanted to buy it. We simply tried to negotiate because we were about $2,000 apart on the price. Instead of working with us or making any effort to earn our business, Alex refused to negotiate and essentially told us to go find another car somewhere else. Between pretending to be two different people, having the sales manager go along with it, trying to distract us from a loud engine during a test drive, showing us one Volkswagen with a disconnected backup camera and another Volkswagen that didn't even have the backup camera we were promised, and then refusing to negotiate on the only vehicle we actually wanted, we left feeling like our time, intelligence, and business weren't respected. Buying a car is one of the biggest purchases most people make. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced at Ideal Cars, and I hope this review helps future buyers know exactly what they're walking into.
