I had an amazing experience purchasing my Lincoln! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My sales rep Mark B was very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. The whole team there is very professional! I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman to anyone looking for a new vehicle! read more

I recently made two maintenance visits to Fiesta Lincoln with my Navigator. The first was a warranty replacement for a cloudy camera, which was successfully repaired. However, the next week, my dashboard lit up with a "camera needs service" error message. I took it back, and their diagnosis was that I needed a brand-new $1,900 CCM unit due to a "slightly bent bracket." I declined the service and took the vehicle to Pro Cal instead. They accurately diagnosed that a completely different camera--the ADAS camera above the rearview mirror--had detached following a recent windshield replacement. Once the ADAS camera was secured and the original CCM recalibrated, my cruise control worked perfectly. While the staff at Fiesta Lincoln was very courteous, their diagnostic process was quick to recommend an expensive parts replacement instead of finding the true root cause of the error message. I see many positive reviews here and hope mine was a one-off, but I will explore other repair options in the future. read more

Fiesta Lincoln: My husband and I recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator from Fiesta Lincoln. I didn't think I would fall in love with an Aviator but this Carpet Red Aviator took me for a magic ride! I love the color red and the interior is some of the nicest I have scene. The comfort level is luxury with a two tone interior. I never owned a vehicle with 30 way adjustable massage seats. Wow! What a treat! The horsepower is fabulous! I initially came here alone and I thought I was pleasantly surprised to find out how honest and genuine the staff here is. I later went home to tell my husband and we went back for a test drive. I have to mention that my husband received the same genuine experience. Thank You to Steve Cobb, Teagan Moses, Sam Tate, and the Sales Manager Scott Ritchie for making us feel welcome. Thank You for making our sales purchase experience feel seamless and transparent. If you're looking for a very nice and luxurious vehicle, you should consider Fiesta Lincoln. We did, and we are happy customers. Thanks again. I would also like to thank the general manager David Clark for hiring a great staff and coming out in person to congratulate us on our new purchase. Love, Vanessa Boerbon ‍ read more

Purchased our 2025 Lincoln Aviator in Maryland. We are on an amazing roadtrip & enjoying the journey in this beautiful luxurious machine. I LOVE it, minor issues (more operator error than vehicle), but it is a pleasure to drive. We hit 7500 miles in a month and needed to get a service done. Fiesta Lincoln is the closest to our Son so we went on-line to make an appointment in the time-frame we planned to be in Phoenix area. 1st Majot Complement- I was able to make an appointment with no issue (on-line) during the time that was best for us. That was amazing. 2nd Complement- upon arrival, our Service Advisor (Dexter) was ready for us. No waiting around - he came out & walked us to the desk- went over paperwork, signatures, and explained the complementary service. He walked us to the waiting room (very comfortable) & showed us the available beverages (soda, water, coffee) and other snacks. 3rd Complement- We received a text with video link showing us what the technician observed & the services he completed. Service & wash was completed in a timely manner & we were happy. Dexter walked us through the paperwork for completion & let us know his detail crew took care of some sap that was on the hood. We drove out of there very pleased with the whole experience- cannot compare to other Lincoln dealerships and service as this is our first one, but if they are all like this then we made the right choice. Previous vehicles were Lexus & Cadillac and we are very happy with our new Lincoln. read more

Start to finish we had a great experience with Fiesta Lincoln. I worked primarily with Mark, who was excellent. He was no pressure, super informative and really helpful through the process. I had an exceptional experience working with Addyson Spann at Fiesta Lincoln, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Addyson was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for -- not just in terms of budget, but lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals. Instead of rushing me toward one specific vehicle, she carefully walked me through multiple options, explaining the differences in trim levels, features, safety packages, and financing structures in a way that was thorough yet easy to understand. What stood out most was her patience and transparency. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she answered every question with clarity and honesty. If there was something she needed to double-check, she did so promptly and followed up quickly. That level of communication built a lot of trust. Addyson also went above and beyond during the test-drive process. She made sure I experienced the features that mattered most to me and pointed out details I may not have noticed on my own. Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and it was clear she truly cares about matching clients with the right car rather than just making a sale. The entire process -- from browsing to paperwork -- felt smooth and well-organized thanks to her guidance. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and even enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you make the best decision, I highly recommend asking for Addyson. She is a true asset to Fiesta Lincoln. Five stars without hesitation. read more

I think everyone understands how difficult car dealerships can be, and it feels like they will squeeze every last dime out of you. I have had some very bad experiences. However, I truly have nothing but good things to say about Fiesta Lincoln. We bought a car we loved but there were some things that needed fixed, they fixed them and we purchased it. After we brought it home there were another 2 issues that came up and after explaining them to the dealer they picked up our car, repaired and brought it back to us, they even detailed our car before returning. We worked with Ben, Mitch & Travis. highly recommend these 3 and Fiesta Lincoln, coming from someone who doesn't love car dealworships. read more

After getting burned by a dealership in the past, I was skeptical about ever finding one I could genuinely trust. But Fiesta Lincoln changed that. They're a family-owned business, and it shows--not just in how they run things, but in how they treat people. Finding a Ford Flex in 2025? Not easy. But they had one on the lot, and the entire team went above and beyond to work with my situation and make it happen. Teagan M. was an incredible salesman--knowledgeable, patient, and clearly there to help, not just to sell. Mitch and Sam were also phenomenal, working hard to secure a competitive loan that made sense for me. What stood out most was that everyone at the dealership genuinely wanted to help. If they can't get you into a car right away, they'll help you make a plan and set a goal to get there. If you're in the market for a vehicle, start here. You won't regret it. read more

My experience at Fiesta Lincoln this week was flawless. When I dropped off my car, Dexter met me as he always does with a smile and a salute, we always do that. He listened to my problems with the car and asked me some questions and offered some suggestions. He researched my extended warranty to determine what was covered. Your technician sent me a video that thoroughly covered all he found, a tremendous service by the way. To cut this off now, just let me say that the service was completed rapidly, and all was finished to my total satisfaction. Note: The larger problems were covered by my extended warranty, so the final payment was totally satisfactory. My kudos to Fiesta, but more importantly to Dexter, he's an absolute asset to your company. read more

So sad with their service department They treated us like we were insane with a constant metallic noise we kept hearing. We had our Lincoln in several times over a month, left it there so they could drive it to hear the noise. They never did. Then they supposedly said they fixed it. So we picked it up, drove off and heard the noise! We had just paid over $350 for that service.... Drove it 2,000 miles and it broke down, the mechanics at the other Lincoln place figured it out right away. Because it was broken! The rear end had gone out. I don't care if you figure out who I am by posting my story. What happened to us shouldn't have happened if they had better service employees and a less cocky service manager who knows it all because they hooked it up to a computer for diagnostics. We were gas-lighted and run around for nothing good to happen.... They will be happy to know we will never be back to Fiesta Lincoln. read more

I have no problem with the Lars in the PARTS department or KEN, DEXTER in SERVICE. I have a problem with the manangement. I bought a 2024 Nautilus. That has been in the shop 2x in less than 30 days. Had the car towed and 3 recalls already. When I told manangement I wanted a new car , they said sure , for $ 6,000 more, for the same vehicle. I feel used and tramatized in what was supposed to be a good experience for a luxury vehicle. Thanks Lincoln. read more

Working with Bill Arterberry has been the most unprofessional experience. Spend the last 5 days. When I asked for the application, he responded with "I'll send it tomorrow". Horrible service led to nonexistent service. I was very pleased with Tucker from Fiesta Lincoln when we visited with him to look at Lincoln vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in responding to all our questions. I was impressed with his ability to understand our needs and match up a vehicle that was best suited for us. My only concern is that when we determined that we'd like to purchase a high end vehicle, a little extra effort to make us feel special would have been appreciated. I guess business must be pretty good and that someone with the means to buy a luxury vehicle must be pretty common. read more

Service rep "Lucy" hangs up on people when you ask questions she doesn't want to answer. My car has been in their service shop for 3 months out of the last 4 months--horrible. Instead of calling me to let me know my car is ready, she calls me asking when the loaner car is going to get turned in. When I complained about how long they had the car, she got defensive and started talking over me--not cool. These people need to understand I've been making payment all these months and my car is better than the junk loaner they've been giving me. read more

The WORST customer service and service department I have ever dealt with in an alleged luxury dealership or any dealership, really. Scheduled RECALL warranty work, well over 2 weeks in advance with the "valet" pick up and drop off. Was promised that it was a 15-30min "quick camera change out"----30minutes before picking up my Navigator Black Label, one of the service managers calls to confirm and tells me they are really sorry I was told my truck would be done within 3 or 4 hours, and that they not only would NOT have my truck back in 2-4hrs, but that they would have it all day with no guarantee when they would get it completed. Or, if I wanted to bring it in myself, come in and WAIT in the lobby, that they MAY be able to "work it in" in a shorter period of time. WHAT is the point of making an appointment in advance...or even making an appointment at all??? Save your time, money and sanity and DRIVE TO SANDERSON LINCOLN---100% worth every minute of the drive to receive top quality LINCOLN CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2nd chance with Fiesta--last time they "couldn't recreate" the problem I had RECORDED video of--- will never have our business for sales or service again. Don't waste your time. SUB PAR across the board. read more

I always had a fear of bringing my car into the dealer. I was afraid no matter what was wrong they would charge way more than a local mechanic. We'll...I brought my car in for AC work. It was hot on one side and sometimes cold on the other side. I dealt with service representative Derrick. Derrick throughout my cars stay at the dealer was very good at communicating what was being done. They recommended some warranty work on the brakes: replacing the boosters. I also had an issue with the car's speed limit voice which I will have to bring back later with two FOBs. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost and extremely satisfied with the mechanical work done as well as Derricks customer service. Highly recommend read more

I had a wonderful experience with Kirk at Fiesta Lincoln as well as Sam, one of the managers. Kirk and Sam did their best to put me in car that I could afford and treated me very well. Did you know that if Fiesta's sales manager doesn't like you that they won't serve your car? Not even if you bought it there! After a dispute that lasted two month without resolution, I filled on a Ford survey to complain. I didn't realize that the surveys were only to praise, not criticize Fiesta. There's a recall on my 2021 Corsair and I've been told via email that I will have to take the car to another dealer. I didn't know that warranty work was optional. Prior to this encounter I was told if I wanted to buy a new car that I'd have to look elsewhere. So, I did. I've ordered a 2023 Nataulis from the Lincoln dealer in Phoenix. I'm sure that Al, the Fiesta Sales Manager could care less, but someone should...the owners? Or maybe Ford Motor. I know I do. And, by the way, I have no beef with the Steve in sales or Dex in the service area. read more

4 weeks to fix an issue that I was initially told would take 1 week at most to fix results in one of the most miserable experiences of my entire life. Two weeks due to being busy during the holiday season I can somewhat understand but another two weeks, resulting in me being without a car for almost an entire month is completely unacceptable. It became a comedy of errors, of initially confusing what needed to be done on my car, not being able to program my car's computer properly, and the guy they needed to finally program it being delayed on another vehicle. I am strongly considering just selling my car and buying something else so that I never have to deal with this sorry excuse for customer service again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I have been evaluating new vehicles for about a year. About two weeks ago I went into Fiesta Lincoln and test-drove a new Lincoln. I considered the price and after cost for insurance and decided the Lincoln was the way to go. They did not have the color combination that I wanted but Sanderson Ford did. Sanderson does not play well with other dealerships. Sanderson Ford quoted me one price but the payments equated to a much higher price. In addition, I was going to do 2.9% for 48 months but Sanderson refused to tell me that they had 0% for 60 months. Sanderson just played me for a fool too many times. I returned to Fiesta to consider different colors. Fiesta was able to find my preferred color combination car in California and have it delivered within 48 hours. They gave me a lower price than what Sanderson had quoted, they gave me 1500 more for my trade, and because I was able to qualify through an employer for the X plan, I also got an additional $1000 rebate. Did I say 0% for 60 months? Would never hesitate doing business with Fiesta (or any Berge dealership) in the future. read more
