We specifically booked a luxury SUV to ensure enough space for our luggage. When we arrived right as the location opened, we were greeted by a customer service representative named Ana, who had actually just left us a message as we were walking in. Unfortunately, she informed us that the vehicle we reserved online was not available. While this clearly wasn't Ana's fault and appeared to be an issue with the company's online booking system, we were understandably stressed since our departure time was approaching and we needed a solution quickly. Ana immediately stepped in to help. She asked if a minivan would work for us and said she would do everything she could to find one, though she couldn't guarantee availability. We left the location to figure out a backup plan, and about 20 minutes later Ana called to let us know she had secured a minivan for us. She truly saved the day--and honestly saved the company from what would have been a very poor review due to the misleading online booking experience. Ana was proactive, kind, and solution-oriented, and she is absolutely an asset to this business. We are very grateful for her help. read more

terrible company...they lure you in with low prices when booking online but when you arrive to pick up the vehicle you get a surprise of fees that weren't explained when booking also when I arrived at the shuttle pickup at the airport to be taken to the rental place they said they'll arrive in 10 mins it took 30 mins before the shuttle actually picked me up read more

What made it a great experience was the courtesy and extra attention of the rental staff. Willie and Mike went out of their way to get me on my way with a suitable car. They didn't have the exact type car I reserved, but provided something that worked well for me. I discovered a small annoyance with the vehicle about 5 days into a 2-week rental and upon return, the person at the counter (wish I had gotten his name!) made it more than right. Enterprise was an hour late My pick up time was 9:30AM. At 9:41 called to find out what happened and the phone just rang and rang. Called again and got an answer, only to find my confirmed reservation cancelled. Finally, was picked up an hour late. Reservationist just brushed off my complaint so I assume this type of poor customer service must happen all the time. I liked the idea that Enterprise, "will pick you up," but an hour late is unacceptable. read more

Literally had to wait over an hour for my car rental, even though I got there right when they opened and there was only four people in front of me. The branch manager, Rachel, didn't show up until 10am then when she did get there, she helped one person get a car then disappeared. The young lady at the counter was very nice, Lindsay. The only other person working was Casey. The poor guy was running around trying to get people cars. These two were great but the manager was very unhelpful, I felt badly for the other two. Hopefully they get transferred to a better location where the manager actually cares. read more

Horrible customer service. If I could leave negative stars I would. I returned a car in November 2019 with a scrape on the front. This enterprise location charged me a $500 damage deposit and said they would need to have an estimate done of the damages. After going through enteprise's claims department for Over THREE MONTHS they told me the branch would not be pursuing the damages and would refund my money. I have been calling this location for over three weeks now trying to get a refund. The staff take down my name and number saying the manager will call me back and she never does. HORRIBLE. I just want my $500 back if you're not getting the car repaired!! How hard is that?? I am never using enterprise again and wouldn't recommend it to you either. Use hertz instead. read more

I had dealt with Enterprise several times over the years, and was always very happy with them, to the point that they became my preferred car rental agency. All that changed when we met Loren, the new manager for this location. He is dishonest, hides fees and surcharges until you pay for the car, charged our credit card without permission or prior approval, was unprofessional, discourteous and did not follow through on any of the things he said he would take care of. He lied to us repeatedly. I own a business myself, and know the importance of customer service and building relationships. It takes years to earn a customer's loyalty, but only minutes to lose it. Great attitude, friendly and just make it hassle free. I appreciate the young men who work at the broadway and priest location. An Uber drive to the airport is under $10 . Getting there a few hours before the flight was well worth the chill attitude everyone has before the barrage. Drop off time mid afternoon before 3pm just makes getting everywhere easier. Weekly rates online are super competitive. Enterprise so far has done the best of all the other rentals. read more

Absolutely terrible! I was in an auto accident and the insurance and the collision center were trying to figure out an end date to extend my rental and in the mean time enterprise charges ME $235 for the rental. Absolutely not authorized at all. I called them everyday for a week and they said they were waiting for the insurance to update the system with a new date and they didn't get the update in an appropriate time so they took it upon themselves to charge my card. read more

Had reservation made at 2:00pm, no vehicles were available when I got there. Was told they pulled the reserved vehicles because they could not confirm the reservation, they tried to blame me for not answering and not able to a voicemail. When I asked why a voicemail wasn't left, an answer could not be given. Never really had an issue with other enterprise locations, but this one just irritates me as they tried to blame me. read more

So this weekend I had the most terrible experience with your company. I'm a Silver member and have been renting vehicle for the past two years in a regular basis. I only use the location in Tempe, AZ at 1131 w Broadway. I normally rent on the weekends I get my 5 year old daughter so we can plan day trips our activities. Because of the cost are times, it's once every other month or so. My last rental was in January for her bday weekend. In January I shattered my left ankle requiring surgery and 10 weeks of non weight bearing healing. This past week I got permission from doctor to start walking on it. So of course I planned activities this weekend with my daughter. I made my reservation for this past weekend (May 13th, 10 am), me and my daughter took a $6 lyft ride to the office. This is when the nightmare begins. I arrived at the location at 9:40 for my appointment. I was greeted by a young lady D. Amanda Carreon, she asked if I had a reservation and my id. I told her yes and gave her my license. Now I don't have a credit card, I use my debit card which requires that I pay a deposit which applies to my rental charge. I gave her a copy of my rental insurance showing my address, she declined it. She stated I needed utilities statement, but would take proof if I could show it online. I pulled up my Srp account, showing my address, but because it's on the M power type of account, which allows you to control your electricity usage, so you don't get a regular bill but it does show your payments. She declined that because it's not a regular account. I showed her my Cox statement but it had a past due balance of 76.00, which is paid by my company. She declined that as proof. I offered to pay that balance but she said it wouldn't matter because I couldn't show her a statement that didn't show a past due. I offered to show my bank statement with my address, she declined that and said I couldn't provide other proof. I explained to her that I've rented from this location for 2 years and never had any problems like I was experiencing, she showed no concern. I told her that I took a lyft here with the understanding of renting a vehicle with my daughter. She handed me my id and started to assist the next customer. I asked for her name and the name of the manager, and his or her manager, she gave me the name of Alaina Harris, which I will be contacting today. In this day and age of PR nightmares and customer service horrible experiences, you would think that companies would stress to their managers to make positive interactions with customers a priority. Especially clients that have been faithful to the company and brand. I guess 2 years of renting from the same location, silver membership and my daughter excitement meant nothing to this company. I'll wait to see if someone will reach out to me. read more

The customer service here was absolutely amazing!!! Azaivier Davis was extemly helpful and fast and made renting the car super simple. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Which we were VERY grateful because our parents car broke down in California and we needed a car ASAP and they were on top of it. I don't know what would have happened if they didn't save our day. I have rented many cars, especially in the Phoenix area, and this place was by far the best I've used. Every employee that was working when I picked up and dropped off the car was very friendly and showed great customer service skills. Matt was the one who helped me with my rental and he was exceptional as well as every other employee at the time. Matt even gave me a ride back to my place after I dropped the rental car off. Such a great place to rent. I got a sweet Elantra hatchback for an amazing rate, much cheaper than renting from the airport and only a ten minute uber away. The employees were super nice and I couldn't have been happier about my experience here. By the time you take the stupid rental car shuttle to the airport and wait in those lines you really aren't even losing any time assuming you are staying on this side of town. read more

We have a great, clean, practically brand new Chrysler town and country and the best part was we didn't even have to leave our hotel to go and get it. I had a great experience with this location. Initially I made a reservation over the phone and reserved a Ford Focus for four days as this branch was closed on Sundays. I arrived a few minutes before the time I reserved the car for and there was only one customer ahead of me in line. That person was taken care of quickly and I was promptly greeted. The customer service agent who helped me let me know that I would not be charged for the forth day if I brought the car back before noon that Monday. My car was ready within minutes of checking in and the gentleman who was serving me walked around the car with me to inspect it for dents or damage. We both found the Ford Focus to be in good shape and I had no problems with it on the road. I was able to return the car that Monday morning and they had the gates open right at 8:00 AM. My total ended up being $193.48 (car rental plus damage waiver) for three days with the forth day being taken off as I brought the car back before noon. I highly recommend this Enterprise location due to their quality customer service, timeliness, and courtesy. read more

Turns out they're only open after I start work and close before I get off of work, and the only location that has a night drop is another 30 minute drive (one way), during the busiest hours of the day's travel. I've never had anything but a pleasant experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff is always very professional and go out of their way to make your rental car experience the best it can be. I had my most recent car rental on Friday 1/27/17 through Monday 1/30/17. I was looking for a special, so I took the cheapest vehicle, which would have been a tight fit being I'm a big guy. I reserved a Mitsubishi Mirage and they offered an upgrade without me evening asking. I wouldn't use any other rental car company. Enterprise always exceeds my expectations. Their vehicles are very well maintained and always very clean. I hope you choose Enterprise for your next car rental. read more

Brandon and the W. Broadway location came through when another Enterprise store completely dropped the ball. They were convenient to my hotel and we were in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I made the mistake of returning the car to the airport drop off, which incurs a $35.00 fee for not returning the car to the same location. Brandon was able to refund this fee as the Airport lot and his office are less than 2 miles away. Had I returned the car to Texas, these one way fees are certainly understandable. Hindsight.. I could have returned the car to his store and asked them to drop me off at the airport. I already paid for the day, the gas and had unlimited mileage. My mistake, not there's. read more
