I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

If I remember correctly, he actually had a quote to me within a day after I sent an email. Appointment scheduling: Although I didn't schedule an appointment with him immediately after receiving a quote, I did reach out to him via phone after my parts arrived from TireRack.com. Nate answered promptly, and I explained that he had sent me a quote earlier, for which he was able to find quickly while on the phone. He said he'd be able to come out within a day, and I was in no hurry so I left it up to him. I spoke with him the following day, and he stated he could come out today. He contacted me again when he was on his way to my house stating he would be here soon. The actual work: He arrived promptly and he completed the work in just less than two hours! After he was done, he took the time to explain the brake pad manufacturer's break-in instructions which was great as I would have completely forgot. Overall experience: Arizona desert sun and heat in the summer is no match for his work and his professionalism. 10/10 recommend going through him over any dealership (who wanted $2000) or independent shop (I received quotes of $800+ from various shops in the area).
