They greet you with a smile upon walk in but don't let that fool you, they do not care about customers here. They are dishonest and unprofessional, this is not how a great company like Enterprise should be represented. I have been a frequent renter from Enterprise, renting cars for almost half the whole year over the last couple years. I typically avoid ever going to this location and much rather prefer the McDowell location as I am always dealing with either rude employees, additional rental charges or charges for pre-existing damages !! It started last year with the first GM (Brock), he was an absolute pylon and should have never been entrusted with such a position. I had a car through insurance and he decided to call me at 7pm to tell me I needed to make a payment or return the vehicle that instant, I told him the vehicle had been extended but it was too late to call the adjuster and I would call the next day. He spoke very aggressive and rude, it was very intimidating. Sure enough the next day my insurance (tatefarm) extended the rental. More recently I returned a vehicle that had pre-existing undercarriage damage, that I had already initially indicated. Although, when I returned the vehicle (Madison) decided to open a claim against me for damages to the undercarriage. The car had no visible damage but a small crack on the bottom of the bumper that was already there!! That small crack has somehow become a $3200 repair on a Toyota Corolla, what a joke!! Funny thing is my insurance deductible is only $100 but I refuse to let them get a penny because I am not the one who damage the car!! It's been a nightmare trying to reach out to anyone regarding this matter within enterprise. The new GM (Bennet) was surprisingly actually nice when I addressed this issue in person but he did absolutely nothing for me and actually lied to me instead. Enterprise has lose my business over this because they didn't have the professionalism to deal with me correctly. No callbacks, no emails backs, no explanations, only a $3200 bill!! They can pursue me all they want but they won't get a penny from me, matter fact I'll pursue them in court & I will make every complaint possible to ensure this doesn't keep happening to my neighbors!!

Well, I am leaving a five star review based off of my two years of history renting from this location. Matt at the front is an amazing person. Not only does he take the time to make sure his cancer completely taken care of, he fix his issues that other people wouldn't even care about. This says, he is very thorough and efficient. He deserves five stars, and a raise for his performance. Matt remembered me From the several times I had rented from his location. He told me, hey sir it's been a while. Where have you been out. There was a point in time where I was consistently renting from this person Scottsdale. However, it has been a while, and Matt took quick attention to that. It was this detailed oriented personality combined with his very friendly demeanor, and made me Very happy with this company especially with Matt himself. He's an awesome guy. Again, I'll repeat this. Please give them a raise. I have seen this man deal with so many things busy here. It is a little bit of a smaller lot in the location can get a big pack busy. Has he told me today, January 13 2023, they had over 40 reservations today alone Pro tip: book ahead, using the app, sometimes find great rates, also please call Lynn if you have any changes or modifications to the reservation. I did witness a gentleman who came at 3 PM, when his reservation was at 10 AM. Matt was still able to help them out, but they do reservations on a first come first to show up policy.

Worst Hertz location I've ever experienced…read more The manager, Chris, was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I arrived, he was eating McDonald's at the front counter in front of customers. I had a reservation booked, and when my debit card didn't process, he loudly announced that my card was declining in front of everyone. That was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. When I used a different card, he stopped helping another customer just to yell across the store, "Make sure her name matches the card she's using!" Then when I didn't pass the soft credit check, he announced that loudly as well -- again in front of everyone. He wasn't even the employee assisting me but went out of his way to publicly comment on my situation. Financial matters should be handled privately and respectfully. I felt humiliated and treated terribly. Avoid this location if you value professionalism and basic customer service.

I looked around and found fantasy exotic rentals. I reserved a beautiful white Lambroghini Huracan Spyder a few months before my trip. Now...I'm not wealthy by any means. I make enough to keep my family comfortable, so the money spent on this rental was really important to me, but I wanted us all to have a good time in an amazing car that we will remember forever. The $1700 a day price...that's alot of money for someone like me, but I paid it. Then I saw this place here on yelp. And to say the least...I was very concerned with the negative reviews. They almost convinced me to ask for my money back because $1700 is almost what I make in a month, to be honest. Then I saw that some entitled YouTuber has broken the agreement that he made with these guys and had his fans falsely attack this company with fake reviews because he didn't get his deposit back, and rightfully he shouldn't have. Upon reading that review, I noticed I never asked about the deposit, so I called Brett and asked what it was. I learned it was $1000 and couldn't use my credit card that I has just transfered all my money to. And? that's my fault for not asking sooner. Luckily a friend let me borrow some cash. I drove to Scottsdale and met Brett who showed me the amazing vehicle I was going to be driving. Brett's customer service and attention to customers' needs is nothing short of amazing. Until this point we have only talked on the phone and through text. Meeting him was something else. I'm pretty sure he knew I wasn't the usual client they may be used to... like I said, I don't make alot. But I feel he treated me just like he would have treated anyone else. He showed me the car and we did the most thorough walk-around I have ever done on a vehicle, and recorded it on video. He explained all the damage that was there on record, protecting both of us for liability reasons. I knew I wasn't going to be charged for damage I didn't cause, which gave me peace of mind. He then showed me how to operate the vehicle which was very thorough as well. Even beyond what I had been studying about it on YouTube. He explained the rules to me and yeah, I was a little disappointed that going over his prescribed speed would cost me my deposit but he explained why I'd lose that deposit and I was understanding of the rule. I was then off to starte My adventure, which consisted of a top speed of 30mph for the first hour until I got over the fact I was in a $300k+ car. Then, after getting used to it, the whole experience was a blast. This was the most amazing and fun vehicle I had been in. Way more fun that any military vehicle. This car was so freaking awesome i can't even really explain it in words. I drive the hell out of it for 24 hours. I returned it the next day and we went over a walk through again. Now the concern in the negative reviews were about the deposit being returned. I didnt even have to think about how long that would take and Brett was already handing me $900. The deposit was $1000, but I went over my milage, which was my fault, and I understood before I took the car what happened if I went over. The whole experience was like a dream and I am planning on renting another vehicle from them next year. I will always recommend fantasy exotics to everyone I know for an amazing experience.
