    rented car 1 month $900 then an extra week was $440 yikes hertz 1 mile north was 1 week $141 same type car this Avis is a ripoff

I was alerted by the car when I turned it on that there was a flat when I was at the hotel. I called my company's travel agent because I didn't know what to do and had declined the insurance and roadside assistance. The travel agency said to call enterprise so I did. They were so kind and arranged for AAA (which I personally don't have) to come change the tire. The driver and enterprise kept checking in to ensure I was okay. When they arrived they discovered it was just a donut in the trunk but inflated it and put it on the car. I was told not to go over 50 mph. Well that's hard when you have to take the freeway anywhere. So I called enterprise and they immediately reserved me a car 3 miles away and I took backroads to get there. They didn't have any cars available when I arrived. But a lady dropped her car off, the agent working immediately checked it in, cleaned it, and gave it to me. I was able to safely continue my trip in my new car. Great customer service and no extra fees!

When I got a call back, I asked if they have a physical location, and the response was "Do you want to rent a car?". I said I had some questions about their rentals, and again the response was "Do you want to rent a car?" I tried one more time to ask a question, and I was told "I don't do questions.     I have always wanted to drive a super car and knew there was a place in Arizona that rented them…read moreout since I used to live there in my younger years. I left Arizona to join the Army and now only visit once a year. It has been a family custom now to rent really nice cars on our vacation, and on this year's visit, I felt it was time to take that step into the super car class. I looked around and found fantasy exotic rentals. I reserved a beautiful white Lambroghini Huracan Spyder a few months before my trip. Now...I'm not wealthy by any means. I make enough to keep my family comfortable, so the money spent on this rental was really important to me, but I wanted us all to have a good time in an amazing car that we will remember forever. The $1700 a day price...that's alot of money for someone like me, but I paid it. Then I saw this place here on yelp. And to say the least...I was very concerned with the negative reviews. They almost convinced me to ask for my money back because $1700 is almost what I make in a month, to be honest. Then I saw that some entitled YouTuber has broken the agreement that he made with these guys and had his fans falsely attack this company with fake reviews because he didn't get his deposit back, and rightfully he shouldn't have. Upon reading that review, I noticed I never asked about the deposit, so I called Brett and asked what it was. I learned it was $1000 and couldn't use my credit card that I has just transfered all my money to. And? that's my fault for not asking sooner. Luckily a friend let me borrow some cash. I drove to Scottsdale and met Brett who showed me the amazing vehicle I was going to be driving. Brett's customer service and attention to customers' needs is nothing short of amazing. Until this point we have only talked on the phone and through text. Meeting him was something else. I'm pretty sure he knew I wasn't the usual client they may be used to... like I said, I don't make alot. But I feel he treated me just like he would have treated anyone else. He showed me the car and we did the most thorough walk-around I have ever done on a vehicle, and recorded it on video. He explained all the damage that was there on record, protecting both of us for liability reasons. I knew I wasn't going to be charged for damage I didn't cause, which gave me peace of mind. He then showed me how to operate the vehicle which was very thorough as well. Even beyond what I had been studying about it on YouTube. He explained the rules to me and yeah, I was a little disappointed that going over his prescribed speed would cost me my deposit but he explained why I'd lose that deposit and I was understanding of the rule. I was then off to starte My adventure, which consisted of a top speed of 30mph for the first hour until I got over the fact I was in a $300k+ car. Then, after getting used to it, the whole experience was a blast. This was the most amazing and fun vehicle I had been in. Way more fun that any military vehicle. This car was so freaking awesome i can't even really explain it in words. I drive the hell out of it for 24 hours. I returned it the next day and we went over a walk through again. Now the concern in the negative reviews were about the deposit being returned. I didnt even have to think about how long that would take and Brett was already handing me $900. The deposit was $1000, but I went over my milage, which was my fault, and I understood before I took the car what happened if I went over. The whole experience was like a dream and I am planning on renting another vehicle from them next year. I will always recommend fantasy exotics to everyone I know for an amazing experience.     Unfortunately, I have had much better experiences renting here at this location, but not this time…read more Companies have scaled back since the pandemic, and just getting the proper amount of people to work is a major challenge these days. Enterprise is no different. Clearly, the two employees were struggling to keep up on a weekday morning. Even with the higher demand renting cars. With the many traveling fans for the spring baseball training and warm weather seeking winter revelers. So, I called and I had asked for the ride where Enterprise (advertises) says, "We'll pick you up!" I was told 10:30 am would be ok. My requested hotel pick up time (10 mins. drive away). So, no driver employee shows up as said. I called again and now it's a one hour pick-up time window. Rental reservation is for 11 or 11:30 am. A suggestion was made from an Enterprise employee in taking Uber and that they'd pay or reimburse me for it. After my many requests, they never did that. Disappointing. All 'feel good' talk spoken here, instead of real action. They're nice, but uh... I mean come on guys, really?! Secondly, once awaiting in front of three other rental pick-ups, I still truly waited 45 mins to 1 hr. to receive what was a dirty, poorly maintained '24 Toyota RAV4 with ripped flooring - driver's side. Apparently, they were low on vehicles and this location was caught unprepared? On the positive side, this was given as a (free) "upgrade" from the FULL size reserved. Hopefully, next year will be better when I return? They've tryed but it's not enough. Not for these prices.

They were very transparent about not having many cars on the lot, but still worked hard to help me out. The first car they got for me had a nail in the tire, so they quickly took care of it. Even though they were close to closing, they were kind, apologetic, and worked fast to get me into a different vehicle. They even helped me install my car seat and made sure everything was set before I left. After driving that vehicle for a few days, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me. I returned to the branch, and they switched me to a new car without any hassle. A few days later, the battery on that vehicle started acting up. Once again, they handled it immediately and got me into another car--this time, one that I really loved. When I went on vacation, I returned the vehicle and let them know I'd be back later that week since my own car was still in the shop. Throughout this entire process, the customer service has been excellent. A special shoutout to CJ, who has always been incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. He--and the entire team--really go out of their way to assist customers and make sure everything runs smoothly. Despite a few bumps along the road, the level of service and care from the staff turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thank you, Enterprise!
