The engine light was on, the alignment was off so bad it violently shook your arms whenever you pushed on the brakes. We are in AZ and light AC goes on an off the whole 100 degree day. I contacted them about all of these issues before I posted a review to allow them time to explain why they rented us a truck in such poor condition. They have not called us or even emailed us back. I would suggest you try a different company.

My husband was driving a van to pick up and close out our unit. The gate was open, so he drove in. She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!
