So if the drivers are 30 minutes from your house, you're paying $160 just for their drive time. Aside from pricing our experience was horrible. We used them because we were in a time crunch. When the two guys showed up, we headed over to our new house to prepare. When they showed up to the new house I asked "Is the old place empty?" And they replied "Yep everything is done". They proceeded to unload into the new house and I signed some documents and paid them. We leave on vacation and get a message from our old landlord that the old place isn't empty. It's actually pretty full. There's furniture and boxes everywhere. It's like the movers got sick of moving and just left. We had to pay an extra months rent because of this. I called the company and her first response was "well you signed a paper saying that your old place was empty". So apparently when your movers are done, they expect you drive back to your old place to make sure the movers aren't lying. They were willing to send the guys out again but I would have to pay another $160 + drive time which would have probably came out to $320. This company doesn't care their customers or keeping their movers accountable.

Dakota was so calm, professional and reassuring we asked for him to be assigned for our move. He staged all the packing to be ready for the move and even called ahead to leave notes just in case he wouldn't be assigned for our move. I was thrilled to hear his voice this morning for our move. He was joined by Corey and new hire James. The three of them really seemed to like working together. They joked together, worked hard, dealt with anything we threw at them with a smile and a "yes, ma'am." Our move came in at the middle of the estimate, but at about half of what I thought the move would cost. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, Dakota H., Zach, Corey and James in particular.

When they told me they could do it in 2 hours I was pleased but reminded me drive back would take time too. I'm just curious how it took an hour to get to me when it's 11 miles away ? I was told by the lead mover that someone from the company would call within two business days. The next day Nate called because they messed up the billing but he would only discuss payment. He told me the same thing I'd heard before: someone will call within two business days. After a week passed, I called corporate and spoke to Jen, who said the same thing. I then called the franchise office and spoke to Candice Sundstrom who said, yes you guessed it, someone will call within two business days. IT HAS BEEN 8 BUSINESS DAYS (plus weekends) since the damage occurred and this is still unresolved. They are non-responsive now that they have been paid in full. My house is on the market and the damage is highly visible. I suspect they will respond to this review and say it is fake, like they have done to other recent reviews. I have photos and a damage report signed by their employee. I have receipts sent to me by Candice. I have a voice message asking for payment information. This is not fake. Steve Bruner owns this franchise and he should be ashamed of how his employees are running his business. So should his co-owner, Chris Willems. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with azmovers.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews.
