I rent a RV storage covered space here. This facility has thought of it all! It is the absolute perfect place to store my precious goods. I greatly appreciate the level of security that is provided. The access times work well for me. There are so many amenities that I don't believe I can think of another place that offers all that Tower Storage does. Wow. Been there 4 months paid on time. Now my rate is going from $78 on my unit to over $180? WHAT?! That's insane. "Although we strive to give you the best storage rental value for your money, it has become necessary to increase the rental rate on your unit to keep up with the supply and demands of the market, the ever increasing costs of doing business (i.e. taxes, utility increases, inflation, property improvements, increasing vendor costs and upkeep)." Sooo what you mean is this: "Due to cooperate share holder and CEO greedy demands ONLY, we must raise rent to increase their pockets for their life style to continue". We all know inflation was BS. So let's stop LYING about that still. Cooperation's such as US Storage Centers which this is owned by has continually overcharged people. this place is absolute trash. The host Jasmine is the worst and never available . The car wash is always broken. They change the hours of accessibility, which is super inconvenient. they raised the prices about three or four times in one year so if you sign up, get prepared to have the price increased on you. when I left my storage, they tried to charge me for two additional months. Don't waste your time! We have been trying for 2 months to get into this storage just to sign our papers and setup our gate code with representatives. First time we tried was on a Friday, they say they're open until 6, we got there at 1 and there was a sign on the door stating they'll be back at 2:30. We got there at 3 and they were CLOSED! We then tried the next week and got there on a Saturday at 12, says they're open until 5, but there was ANOTHER sign on the door saying won't be back until 1:30. Didn't even attempt to try again. Fast forward to today, we called a week in advance and let them know we will be showing up Sunday at 11, they open at 10. we called in advance to heading over and they said there are no representatives on sight. If you're gonna be a business with posted hours maybe you should work the hours posted or don't have them displayed!! Even after scheduling an appointment with you, you can't even be there. read more

Tower Storage is relatively new and the property is well cared for. The interior storage units are extremely clean and it's cool inside. I love that they keep it at a steady temp year round so I won't have to worry about my items in the AZ heat like I did last year (when I had my things in a storage unit at Public Storage that was Not climate controlled). At Public Storage, it actually cost $10 more per month than what I'm paying for my climate controlled unit at Tower Storage. There is a dolly for use which makes it easier to transport items, especially boxes. My dog died recently but he would have loved the free dog biscuits and the dog relief area that is a small dog park just for customers. There is also a conference room for rent (at a very competitive price). Gabby, the senior property manager, was friendly and extremely helpful and even went back to the office to get a tape measure to measure the unit for me. It was true to size unlike some storage facilities that charge for a certain size but they're really two feet under. *Tip: always measure and don't assume. Gabby was very patient with all of my questions. She already impressed me when I looked at everything and bought my storage unit but more so when I brought some items to my unit for the first time. Gabby came to my storage unit area with a dolly to make it easier for me to transport heavy boxes to my unit. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness by taking the initiative to offer assistance. Highly recommend Tower Storage. It's the complete opposite of Public Storage in a good way; makes me wish I changed storage facilities a long time ago. read more

Started out at a good rate on a special but then skyrocketed in price. Pros: clean facility that is gated with a code Cons: customer service sucks. When I tried to check out the manager literally told me she lost a customer because of me since I didn't give enough time...so basically my 160 every month wasn't enough to consider me a customer this whole time. The facility is new and has a number of amenities. Our monthly fee includes onsite dumping, water, tokens for use towards the onsite RV wash and free ice from the office. They also have propane you can purchase onsite. They have a number of cameras that rotate through the property to keep an "eye" on things in the lot; this is viewable in the main office on the several large screens they have. My only "negative" is that they really need to update their contract to reflect the accuracy of the terms/rules. As an example, the contract states "no animals or pets are allowed on the property", yet the property has a dog park in it and they provide dog treats in the main office. There is also another rule stating that "occupant will notify management if the vehicle, boat or trailer is to be out of the space for more than 24 hours". That basically means you would need to tell the office every time you use your RV. When we called to ask about this specifically, we were informed that they really only need to know if it is more than 30 days so they can ensure that the space hasn't been randomly vacated. read more

Lyndsay has been great every time I've been into the office. I've rented units in Arizona and California and this one is by far the best run and maintained I've dealt with. I have in indoor unit and the temperature is always cool, even when it's HOT outside. The halls are clean, as are the driveways. read more

We have a RV spot and the rate increases are insane, been there for a little under 2 years and have had the rate increased at least 3 times! We are now paying almost $50 more than their advertised rate for new customers, why would you treat a loyal customer that way? We are going to have to go to another facility that is charging almost $90 less for the same covered but bigger spot. It's a nice facility but feel taken advantage of by the owners and their constant rate increases. read more

Eric was very helpful and do a great job showing us around and also showed us what was practical. The other facilities near by had cob webs, looked dirty and no insulation on ceilings. Tower was very clean and had other cool stuff like a dog park and even car wash cleaning facility. The spaces were clean and the ceilings were insulated and you couldn't tell that the non AC rooms were without any conditioning. Very nice place and helpful staff like Eric. read more

Paying a premium for a facility that is at this point just as ordinary as my previous storage facility. No wash facility or propane yet and no eta at this point. They opened prematurely and should have been fully functioning before taking us in. My words echo the feelings of several RV owners that are now onsite.The trust is not there. The access hours are out of sync also. Access before 6am would be much better as it is cooler and there is enough light to go in and clean our RV's in the non-functioning wash facility:( read more
