DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. BUYER BEWARE. In less than nine months, Public Storage hiked my…read moremonthly rate to nearly 10x the introductory price I was quoted when I signed up. The first real communication I received after months of radio silence was a notice that my unit was two months overdue, along with a massive bill to prevent my late mother's belongings from being lost forever. I was forced to give up my rent money--leaving myself unhoused--just to pay off this facility, rescue my mother's memory, and move my things out of this place for good. When I called desperate for help, the employee had the nerve to ask if I had family who could pay for it, leaving me in tears at the sheer lack of empathy and basic human decency. This comes on top of them completely ignoring my voicemails after an alleged theft in February that destroyed my work tools, laptops, and original artwork, refusing to share camera footage or follow up on police reports, and using an app that activates 24-hour access charges instantly but takes two months to cancel. Save yourself the grief, financial trap, and distress: take your business somewhere else and cover your items through Lemonade renters insurance instead.

I highly recommend this place!…read more I called around to several storage facilities looking for a place to stash some items cheap and this was definitely the least expenseve place I found, also close and convenient to my home base when I'm in AZ. For a small space, all I needed, it was only $20/mo. Not only that but the lady I dealt with at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. They are low tech, be aware, to keep down the costs. They don't take credit cards and you can't pay online. So I just mail them a $20 bill every month with a SASE envelope so they can mail me a receipt and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend them!
