I don't have any problems with it. I load what I need to in there and it's pretty spacious for the unit that I got. I'm even thinking if I should go a bit bigger. The light by my unit is either out or maybe doesn't sense my motion cause they do have motion censored lights. They do have music playing so you don't feel alone and it's not super loud so you don't have to worry about not hearing anything. I love that there are carts available to use so you don't have to carry all of your things to your unit. I do feel safe with my items being stored there with all their security they have. And I love love love that it is temperature controlled. These 3 things were probably my main concerns and they checked all of the boxes. Being a new year, the price did not change for me. I think whatever you sign for and agreed with for the price is what is locked in. I definitely recommend this spot to store your items! I see more & more popping up throughout the East Valley.

I find it really shocking that I was charged a 27% increase on my unit for no reason or explanation. I called three times and left messages right after I was charged, as I thought it was an error on their end. I talked to Kyle and asked him why I was charged, and I was not notified by phone or email. Kyle said he would send in a complaint about it to corporate after our lengthy conversation, but it was not even done. I also told him because of the addition of $50 a month I would be leaving asap. I was sent a copy of the PDF increase 30 days after the increase was charged to my account. It shows on the PDF that they give their customers a 3-day notice for a 27% increase, which was $50 over my monthly payment. A 3-day notice, so their customers may not have an opportunity to make a decision to stay or leave. I have been waiting for a call or response but did not receive any communication from anyone at this location in this matter until I called back to confirm I already moved from this location. Sad that this company has to do this to make money by putting people in a difficult position of having to move or forced to pay this ridiculous increase. I will never use your company again and will share my experience with everyone I can, so they do get forced to make a decision like I had to. Again, it is really sad that this company has to take advantage of their own customers to make extra money. All together, it is a wrong and unethical practice. I can't imagine doing that to anyone in my business.

I called and called (they were open) and no one answered the phone. I left a message saying I had a receipt for my payment but then 2 hours later I received an email saying my rent was past due. So, I drove over there and tried to get an answer about why this was happening. "Girl" at front desk didn't have a clue why $1 was still showing as open, even though I explained Yolanda told me what was due when I brought the check into the office. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this establishment. My neighbor told me they used to rent there but had their rental amount increased 3x in one year!! I'm going to move out.

Cheryl is very informative and kind, they keep nice units, always a clean and secure facility. It's a great feeling to know you are getting your money's worth especially in this poor economic time. My husband initially wanted to use a different company but these guys were so helpful, and the building was so clean we just had to use this company again. The managers here are so helpful and really easy going. She made me feel like I was the only person that mattered at that moment.. Great price and great folks to work with. Safe and clean. I would not recommend this storage facility for valuable furniture, antiques, books, or belongings…read morethat would be difficult to replace. I stored a large amount of personal property here, including antique wood furniture, books, and other belongings. Before moving everything into the unit, I took photographs documenting that my property was dry and undamaged. After the property had been stored for an extended period, I discovered significant water damage and mold. Some of my furniture and other belongings were badly damaged, including items that were valuable and/or irreplaceable. What has been especially frustrating is dealing with the aftermath and trying to determine how the water entered the unit. I have spent a significant amount of time documenting the damage, communicating with the facility, and dealing with the separate SafeLease protection claim. I also strongly recommend NOT purchasing the SafeLease protection offered for your belongings without thoroughly reading the exclusions. I paid for this coverage specifically to protect my property, only to have my claim denied under the flood/surface water exclusion. SafeLease has not adequately explained to me what evidence established that an excluded cause was responsible for the damage or how other possible sources of water intrusion were ruled out. Based on my experience, the protection felt misleading and provided very little help when I actually needed it. I personally feel that paying for the SafeLease protection was a waste of money and would not purchase it again. I understand that unexpected damage can happen, but when you pay to store your belongings, you expect reasonable care in maintaining the facility and protecting customers' property. If you choose to store your belongings here, document absolutely everything before moving in. Take detailed photos of your belongings and the unit, keep all communications, and carefully read both the storage agreement and any separate protection plan. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I lost furniture, books, and personal belongings to water damage and mold, and have spent a considerable amount of time trying to determine what happened and recover my loss. I would not trust this facility with valuable or irreplaceable belongings again, and I would not purchase the SafeLease protection based on my experience.

Great customer service is something important to me, and I found it here. Lots of storage options, sizes, they do have a cart indoors you can utilize to move things around. Truly helpful having it available. Hopefully this is my last move, but if I ever need a storage unit. I'm pretty sure it'll be with Public Storage again.
