I always had such great service in the front office. I wish I could remember the name of the manager up from , she was always so reliable and very easy to get information to me. Great customer service is something important to me, and I found it here. Lots of storage options, sizes, they do have a cart indoors you can utilize to move things around. Truly helpful having it available. Hopefully this is my last move, but if I ever need a storage unit. I'm pretty sure it'll be with Public Storage again. read more

Having issues getting a call back to discuss a billing issue. I've called three times so far. My unit was outside the gate, and I was paying around $400 monthly for it (which is almost twice as much as that size is listed for online.) After moving out, rent should've been prorated for the one day in December, when I was cleaning the unit, this location is attempting to charge me for a full month though. I moved in Oct 2023 rent was $122 and change in Feb 2024 Four months after renting a unit they increased it to $157 then 5 months later they increased it to $209....thats $86 increase in LESS than a year absolute ripoff I'm in complete shock! Employees at this location are typically very nice so nothing against any employee. I am unhappy with the property. Have been a customer since 02/20 and my starting rent was 66$ my end rent for this month 02/25 was $200.66 .... There has been no change in the facilities for this pricing to continue to go up. Super strict about closing and will not be able to get in your gate after 9 and they will send you an email if you leave just two minutes late. Expensive. I've rented a 10 x 10 space for three years. In that time the rental rate has increased from $183 to $360. I'm moving out. The facility is well kept with good access. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. There is nothing we don't like about the facility other than the routine increases in the rate. The last increase motivated us to find more economical space. (Seems a bit greedy, but it's a great business model if you can retain your clients.) With that - why only a two-star rating? Well, we wouldn't be moving out if we were happy with the service. But, a one-star rating seemed unreasonable. read more

this facility raises the price by 30% every 3 months with no notice. they claim they give 30 day notice for this and they do not, which is a violation of the contracts signed. go somewhere else for storage needs. read more

Place is clean and super easy to get to your unit. I really haven't interacted with anyone. I'm on autopay and the gate is opened remotely from your phone. Haven't had any issues so far. read more

Lynn was fun and now there is Kelsey. She is quite helpful to listening to my complaint. I paid online for two storage units recently (this has not happened now) and part of total went to paying a unit until April while the other unit needs $174 beginning of February - when I paid the total for both units for a month - but it was screwed up - one being paid up until April. Kelsey gave me the number to call - she can't take care of it - and I was unable to reach a person - other than pressing number 4 for person at storage location. I try to budget my monthly bills and this is screwed up. If the adding like this continues its a good reason to move - and I wasn't planning on doing that either. I agree with the other remarks that the increase in storage rate is pretty continuous.......... read more

They promise prices and every 2 -3 months price gets jacked up 40.00 which is not even told to me. When I started there it was $119 then now it's 183.00 that's crazy. They didn't even send me an email of a price increase... I do not recommend they love to take your money. read more

She makes sure that when you leave she did her best to please you, 5 stars and very recommended! Also she reviews all extra fees, I was shocked this location only does the cylinder locks and you must buy it for a one time 19.99 fee but it was still a great deal with the $1 first month sale. read more

Lynn is who I've always talked to and dealt with and she is amazing. The place is clean and the people at the front desk are nice. The climate control was good on the occasions I visited my storage unit and lighting is good. Those are all big pluses. But, when I toured the facility before deciding to rent a locker there, the door lock was broken on the building where the locker I wanted to rent was located. I was assured that all locks in the complex were scheduled for replacement and the broken lock would be replaced at that time. I was told it would probably happen within a few weeks. It's now more than 1 year later and the lock is not repaired. The ladies at the front desk kept telling me me when I asked that they didn't know when the repair would happen. I finally called a manager and was told that they decided not to repair the lock, after all. The fellow claimed that since the facility is gated, there is no need for locks on the buildings. Sure, gated is nice. But it is no trick at all for someone who doesn't belong in the facility to simply drive in behind another car who legitimately opens the gate, Being gated in reality provides little security. Then there is the rental charge. In just over one year the rent on my unit went from $163 to $230. The on-line price for someone just signing up for the same size unit is much less. The company gets people to sign up by offering a low price, then quickly jacks up the rent. In my case, the rent increased by 41% in just over 1 year. They know that once you have your stuff in a locker, you really, really don't want to move it all so they pretty much have you over a barrel. read more

Seriously don't rent from this company. Money hungry greedy corporate company. If you have an issue the site can't help you. You have to call their 800 number to get anything done. They charge you late fee's of 34 after the 6th day. If you owe them just 1 dollar and it goes past 30 days they don't wait till you make your next payment they slap a 50 yea 50 dollar lien hold. I have stored alot and this is the first company that could care less about their customers and can't wait to get your money and start sending you auction notices before 30 days past due. read more
