And that location has customers coming to your location ... you really should know not only the cross streets to your location but which corner you are on ... southwest, northeast etc... Probably even more critical if you work for a storage facility. Moving trucks are not easy to maneuver and especially around busy intersections. I didn't set up the rental and had never been there. I was helping a friend from out of state get his mom moved. Nobody I was with knew which side of the street the facility was on. I called the location to verify the cross streets and then asked apparently the most frightening question of all... which corner are you located .... Dead silence but she retrieved a map .... After a couple of minutes looking she said Northeast corner..... nope!!! Close though !!! Anyway hopefully the managers will read this and make sure those who answer the phones know exactly where the facility is located. The young lady was very nice.

I have stored with UHaul, Extra Space (dear god no!), and other small names (usually go with these..) and just like I wrote.. these "smaller" or lesser known/non-corporate big dawgs are usually the way to go! Extra space auctioned off illegally some sentimental items that I should sue for. Uhaul turned into a whole ordeal that was ridiculous. But this Tri-city Storage for my move across the country that I could not fit everything in my car for at last minute has been SO PLEASANT! They were amazingly nice for needing a unit last minute, then my stuff didn't fit (what a shock), so I needed another one. You'd think they would price gauge me like the other guys.. nope! Got a second one in no time, moved in late, was out late, it was THE ONE NIGHT it poured rain in Phoenix ugh! I got to utilize their complimentary moving truck WHAT A GODSEND! The employee(s) are so friendly and easy going. They have text reminders for payments. They aren't nazis about making payments if you forget. Uhaul charges hundreds of dollars plus interest if you are a Minute late. Seriously. Not here. You need to pay your bills, but they won't knock your door down if you are human. Which we all are! And being all the shit hit the fan on my 2,500 mile drive across country the last thing I needed to worry about was my stupid storage units with some of my most valuable things in them! I got rid of everything but my most valuable items so in my units are some seriously worthless but priceless to me items.. if anything happened to them I'd be devastated. While driving across country a semi dumped all its cargo right in front of me and cracked all my wheels while I had no choice but to run over it all. While this was happening did I want to hear about late storage bills or water damage or a break in?? No! Thank you tri city for being a fantastic storage facility and taking care of my stuff and having your shit together while I didn't! I'll be back soon to somehow haul all my crap across the country too - in the mean time I'm glad I can trust your facility to take care of my things and not be a**holes in the meantime My facility is on McKellips but I'm pretty sure they have quite a few in the valley, have been around for a while and actually belong to a large owner business but you'd never know because they act and operate like mom and pop owners. They have pay online, and sms communication and the facility feels safe at night. Thanks guys!

I was not made aware of this prior to renting and never even stored anything for my very short time attempting to use this service. It did not feel secure. I was also charged a full month's rent for September when I "moved out" on the 3rd. I was told I would receive a prorated rate and then had my account zeroed out after I paid the entire month. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
