Very Disappointing Experience…read more This was my first time hiring professional movers, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. We were originally quoted 4-6 hours, but the move ended up taking approximately 11 hours. During those 11 hours, numerous items and parts of my home were damaged, including: * A buffet table was broken. * A Sonos speaker was damaged. * Brand-new hardwood floors were scratched. * A box of dishes was dropped and broken. * Paintings were damaged. * One of the movers used approximately three rolls of my personal packing tape. * One mover took approximately 15 drinks from my refrigerator. * One of the movers arrived late and, during the move, actually fell asleep in his truck for a period of time. The most frustrating part is what happened afterward. The owner required me to pay the full amount and told me that he would handle the damages through the company's insurance and/or figure out a resolution. He then told me he was out of state and would get back to me. Since then, he has stopped responding to my messages. I want to make it clear that the two movers themselves have actually been very nice, genuine, and honest throughout this process. They acknowledged what happened and admitted responsibility for the damages. My issue is specifically with the owner's handling of the situation and the complete lack of communication after receiving full payment. I gave this company the opportunity to make things right and handle the damages professionally. Instead, I am now left with damaged property, damaged floors, and no response from the person who told me he would take care of the situation. At this point, I will be reaching out to 3TV/Arizona's Family On Your Side, filing a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, and seeking legal counsel regarding the damages and the company's handling of this matter. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do your research and understand how they handle damage claims before hiring them. I expected a professional moving company to take responsibility when things went wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The company's response was simply that the mover claimed I was "flirtatious" (False) Their original response was that he had a wife and kids so he wouldn't do that then changed their tone to accuse me of being flirtatious Whether a customer is friendly or not does not make it acceptable for an employee to use personal information obtained through work to contact customers privately. The total I should've paid was $490!!!!!!! How'd I get charged almost an EXTRA $400?! They wrote the hours worked but added some arbitrary numbers. Waited in my apartment until I was able to come up with the sum from a family member. They just stood around in silence holding us hostage in our home until they were able to successfully ROB us AGAIN for the extra funds. It was ridiculous enough when we went to look for our pre-rolled joint that was meant for us as our move in celebration, only to find a F#%*!~ chip in it's place. Did we have chips in the building? NOPE! So how it ended up in our weed bag is beyond me. Just because it was in an open box, doesn't mean they can remove our belonging. Have they contacted me yet in regards to my complaint? NOPE!
