My experience has been great for the past year. Doug assisted me when I signed up. He was very helpful and thorough. He showed me different options and explained the pros and cons. I am pleased with the unit I chose based on his suggestions. Doug was also very quick to respond to email when I requested some changes to my account. The place is clean and there's always a cart available. There are a few parking spots right outside the main building, which is convenient for loading and unloading. The gate is sometimes left open, but so far, I haven't had any issues! read more

One star for the place being clean, that's the only good thing. We have rented from here for over 5 years. Each year the rent goes up, yet there is always something broken EVERY time we go there. If you decide to rent from here, just be aware of seeing signs like this, often. Not sure what they do with all their rent increases $$$$ - They definitely don't use it to repair anything. read more

Update to review. The business left a comment to contact them about the challenges I have been experiencing related to the damage/property loss. Carmela P. indicated that I email info@cubesmart.com, from what I believed would be an exchange to assist in resolving the challenges I originally posted. Well I emailed the address provided, and called out that Carmela P. requested that I email as she had responded to a review I had left on yelp. To date, which has been a few days since I received Carmela P's initia response, and still nothing; no return email. It leaves me to believe that my original review that included Cubesmart's lack of customer service and concern for damage/property loss to a loyal and never late tenant, was more accurate than I originally thought. Tb9s has now gone on for 3 months and still nothing. Our damaged property is still in the unit as our insurance company may want to inspect the items. New mattress and box spring, barely slept on, ruined and most likely starting to develop some nice smells, pictures ruined, antique (heirloom) bedroom set ruined, newer dining table and four chairs ruined and not to mention the small items. I called the 800 number and they were able to accommodate the same day. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the great customer service of this storage facility. The manager (Sara) gave me a tour of the unit and facility & showed me how everything works. Sara is very friendly, professional, and responds to your phone calls/messages. The facility is secure (gated w/ combination access), well kept, and clean. There's a small moving truck members can use & flat-bed carts to move your storage items to & from your vehicle & storage unit. I would of given the place five stars but I was caught off guard, when I called the 800 number. The online price does not include the following: -required monthly storage insurance, min $12/month for $2,000 coverage -one-time administration fee ($22) -if you do not have one, on-site, you will need a one-time purchase a disc lock ($15) Other than that, I'd recommend using this CubeSmart (Queen Creek & Higley Rd) facility. read more

Amanda needs to work on customer service skills. Had we had more time I would have relocated our storage needs to another location. We were met by a very rude and condescending woman named Amanda regarding a locksmith on the premises we had hired to remove our padlocks due to lost keys. Instead of introducing herself she approached me "saying we need to have a discussion!" I directed her to my wife down the hall. My wife was met with a very rude woman, berrating her for not calling the office. We called the office initially but were unable to get anyone. We were on limited time visiting from another state to allocate some items to relocate. This woman needs check her attitude at the door then address her clients. There are too many other storage facilities to endure this kind of crappy customer service. I'm guessing she must be family because that is only way she maintains employment. read more

Have used this location on Queen Creek Rd in Gilbert off and on for several years. Great experience each time. Excellent facility and the staff was always available and ready to meet our needs. My husband and I went in during a busy time and the staff was super friendly even with the pressure of costumers waiting. One costumer was extremely rude to the worker and she was still providing good customer service. The process was easy and the cubes are nicely kept. read more
