    I would like to start by saying I attempted to contact UPS directly with my feedback. However the…read morewebsite only allows you to call. The chat function says "please call". So, unfortunately here I am publicly saying this location is missing the mark on customer service: I arrived at approximately 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of me. 1 person on register. A person boxing items and a person in uniform loading a truck. The person on register seemed to be new/in training. They were asking the person boxing items a lot of questions. This is fine. Everyone has to learn. At 4:50 the person boxing says "your register will automatically shut down at 5:02". So, I'm watching and waiting for something to change. Cause there are now 4 people behind me. That's 8 people In line. Nope. At 4:53 the person at register says "just so you all know. The register shuts down at 5:02". To which I said, well I guess you need another person on the register. I'm not fond of being a grinch but at the point the associate working is telling me their staffing is going to cause me to not be able to complete my transaction, I am no longer patient. I'm not sure why person boxing didn't jump in to help. I'm not sure why cashier felt it necessary to tell us if we weren't lucky enough for them to figure out the process before 5:02 we were out of luck. But these "team members" sure didn't care about the 8 people who cared enough to patronize their employer. To those "team members" your employer requires patrons to keep their doors open. At some point when enough of us don't come back, there's not a need for "team members". Sorry to air your dirty laundry on Yelp. I tried to write this directly to those who could do something about it. UPS doesn't make it easy to tell them when something goes wrong.

Once the work was completed, he thoroughly explained all of his work and gave advice on how to properly maintain my gaming machine. He was always polite, respectful and demonstrated high levels of expertise. I would highly recommend him.

    Short story: I paid them $300 to get a gaming PC back up and running. It broke again within a…read moremonth. Same issue. He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.
