Sandy was informative, friendly and helpfull. I Would recommend this facility. Supercalafragalisticexpaladotous.

Beware of any Public Storage. Within 3 months of renting, my rent cost went up $100/mo. Within 6 months of renting, my price had literally doubled. I called corporate (the only way to ask for a rent adjustment) and explained that I could get a climate controlled unit for $200 LESS than I was paying them for a NON-climate controlled unit. They said they would do a market analysis and determine if any adjustment was needed. They initially declined any adjustment, and when I fought harder, showed them there were 3 places within 5 miles of my location for $200/mo less, they offered to adjust my rate by $30/mo. I found another place and got the heck out of there. I understand they want to make money, but they are out to screw the average person. I moved an entire house worth of contents in the middle of an Arizona summer to get out of being continually bent over. WORTH IT! My advice? Find ANYWHERE else but Public Storage!!! read more

Katie was very helpful with the questions I needed and helping with my account. She took her time to get me the best value I was looking for. read more

Rent has been raised over 250% since we have started. We believe that a reasonable increase is okay, but paying over double is absurd. Plus, a new renter asked about rates and was quoted half of what we are paying .... this industry should be regulated! I've paid every payment on time, if not early and they jack up the rates ... not good business practice. read more

Signed up and secured a unit all online! Very easy process. Lock is included, but can be refunded through having your own. Unit was marked down and half off for the first month. Facility is clean and staff is very friendly. One does have to show proof of insurance for the unit. So far, so good! read more

Lacey is Awesome!!! Was very helpful on helping setup our unit!!! We will be recommending this facility!! read more

This is a very nice and clean Public Storage. The Manager, Lacey, was very friendly, professional & especially helpful. She was always ready & available to assist with any questions we had. Also, the lot is big enough for an 18 wheeler to drive in and unload items. We would definitely recommend this business. read more

Will never rent from this company again. One person told us one thing and another one another thing. Will not work with you once so ever. Workers are very rude and not helpful and don't seem to care about their jobs. They also charge for a full month regardless if you are staying even a day after, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. If you are looking for a company to make your life easier, do not use this company. read more

Warning- Public Storage will charge you for the entire month, even if you move out on the first. So essentially they will collect your entire month's rent and then turn around and charge an incoming customer to take the unit, giving them double rent for that unit. Combined with poor customer service for the seven months we rented from them, this is enough for us to never use Public Storage again. read more

This place is great! The property manager Jordan is awesome and very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and clean place to store their personal items. read more

This has been the worst storage unit experience I have ever had!!! Due to covid and being out of work I made a payment late so they cut out my $20 lock that I was forced to buy from them when I rented the unit and cut it off before even going to auction and now are expecting me to pay another $20 for another lock because I made my payment to save my stuff or I can leave my stuff completely unlocked for anyone to go out and grab whatever they want out of my unit! Looking for new company to rent from, Public storage has been an absolute nightmare!!!! read more

Very professional staff, quick to answer concerns, and very courteous. I feel that my belongings are secure and I am comfortable with the cleanliness of the property! read more

John the property manager is super nice. He was very helpful in answering questions I had the other day and he doesn't mind if I park my car there while I go for a ride on my motorcycle which I store there. Very friendly and the units are priced very decently for being in a more expensive town. read more

This is my first time ever using a storage unit and after doing some research online I decided that Public Storage was my option. I made my reservation online and Jordan call me within minutes to confirm it and to help me get settled in. I went in later that evening to finalize my lease and he really took his time walking me through everything from locking the unit to paying my rent. He really took the time to make me feel comfortable with the whole process and that all my needs were met. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone who needed storage. read more
