I did not receive it the next day, Saturday. I called them 3 times Sunday and left messages. I called on Monday and left a message. No one ever returned my call. All the phone numbers provided loop back to the site, except for the tech support number. I called tech support and they said only the site could help me. The site is not staffed. You must call, leave and leave a message to set up an appointment. They never called me back. 3 days later I received an email with my access code, but it was too late. I recommend using CubeSmart as my experience there was good.
