All went perfectly prior to the move and throughout the duration of renting. As a person that had another unit in Texas, I love the personal messages that confirm payment has been received and everything is well. Upon moving out we were happy to see everything in tact and loved that although we accidentally had food in the storage (opps :-( ), no bugs were in our unit. I definitely suggest this location and having April oversee the property is a plus.

He was condescending and rude and petty. He didn't even have much interest in hearing about the people who are visibly seen living in the storage center. Regardless, he said our rate is still better than the current one and nothing could be done. I can't wait to get our stuff out of there. What a SCAM! I was so happy to find a place nearby with decent monthly rates and friendly employees. We moved in at the rate of $113/month for a large unit. 4 months in, we got a rate increase to $212/month. That's nearly 100% more. That made me realize that their month to month policy was not meant to benefit me, but to allow them to randomly increase prices. I finally made it in to the office in month 7 to ask if there was something we could do for a rate adjustment and I was told that has to be asked for within a time limit after the price hike, and that time had passed. I then asked for a number to call corporate and was told that any complaints I have need to be aired here, so that's what I am doing. Apparently one option is to rent another unit in the same place and ask for a lower starting price. Response from the owner 4 days ago Thank you for your review and feedback, Marla.
