Was a customer with these folks for over 4 years, they recently repaved the driveways yet failed to mask any units off, I opened my unit to find all of my stuff covered in asphalt dust, grit and gravel. I had to throw away several pieces of furniture. I asked them to refund my rent for the month because of the damage. They plainly said no... I've been a customer for over four years, I don't think a one month refund was crazy to ask for especially since some of my stuff was destroyed. Poor customer service, regular and all to frequent rate increases and I think there is a homeless guy living in one of the units. It's an all around raw deal , DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I recently moved to the area for school and using it for temporary storage while I find a place and they were helpful from the beginning to end. The lady who made my reservation was very knowledgeable and made the process quick. I got to the facility they showed me around first to make sure what I wanted was enough space and then set up my account gave me a gate code and lock. Simple and fast. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but one is the least you can do. Once you pay for your storage the service sucks. They are really rude and treat people badly. My unit had a leak and some of my stuff was damaged and they never even fixed the leak. They refused to even refund any of the rent when my stuff was damaged because they didn't maintain the roof. I have had other storage units, and first thing I noticed was how welcoming and down home the place is. The on-site management is always friendly and helpful, and the grounds are well maintained. Other places just don't seem to care like they do at AAA Alliance. Although the access hours may not be as extended as some others (7AM - 7PM), the location, for me, is very convenient and accessible. And you can pay rent and manage your account online. They have competitive pricing and killer deals ($50 off for mine and your rent for referring a friend, as an example). Tell 'em I sent you! read more

This place smells like something died in one of the units. I told management several times and no one cared. Finally i had to move my stuff because i couldnt handle the smell and management treated me so bad even after i paid in advance. read more

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to there constant rate increases. Every time I inquire about the rate increase they give me the runaround and direct me to someone who knows less then the person I just spoke to last. Place continues to be a headache and a waste of my time and effort. Happily taking my business else where! read more

I've had my unit for a couple months and I haven't had any problems. It's reasonably cheap and quiet. I even left my unit unlocked and the staff called and emailed me. Location isn't bad and it's never a hassle to get to your unit. read more

Very helpful and kind staff! This facility is in a great location, easy to access, and locks provided! They recently painted and gave the place a nice face lift... Also, each unit has its own custom pin code to enter and exit the gate. I feel my apartment is very safe during this hectic moving process. read more

I see another review says that the couple was nice, I thought the same thing but don't let the illusion fool you because they are not if you expect them to do the right thing. If they had a ZERO star I would give it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! DO NOT! I have made it 30+ years with never having an encounter with such a poor business. Sure I've had some less than ideal situations but who hasn't, those are understandable. But I have never had the displeasure or misfortune of ever dealing with the most unreasonable, irrational, no integrity having "business" such as this. You shouldn't even call it a business. It's a racket. I had an ongoing dispute with them over incompetence on their part and instead of taking responsibility and resolving it they illegally auctioned my things while the dispute was still pending. Great huh? Now it has been escalated to civil court. This is what type wicked people you will be dealing with folks. Please keep shopping for a business with a little accountability and integrity.
